I am extremely satisfied with the quality of customer service I have received from Mrs Jenna Evans. I stopped by one time for a service and haven t stopped coming since. They are very fast and efficient with the work they do to any vehicle. I will always recommend my friends to come see Jenna for all their service needs.

WORST PLACE EVER. KEPT MY CAR 5 MONTHS. HAD AN EXCUSE FOR every time I called to see what was wrong with my car. Finally my husband had to go and it was a little better. Insurance estimates given and said they would start in my car asap.3 weeks later more excuses. Not happening I got my car back and /ey were still trying to get more money from insurance. Said they fied a tire charged 135 for the tire. My tire went flat on the way home. Thank the lord my son was following Still had the nail that he's showed to me. Went to Walmart was fixed for 15 dollars. Total of 5 months to fix my car.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT support this business. I brought my new 2022 Bronco Sport in to get the battery checked out and when I received my vehicle back it smelled awful like cigarette smoke and the cigarette butt pictured below was left inside my vehicle on the driver side floorboard. Non-smoker here so this was especially disappointing and careless in regard to my health and preferred lifestyle. Absolutely pitiful customer treatment and as a Laurel resident I should have known not to take my vehicle here as they have a reputation in town for being notoriously terrible in the way they handle business. The place should just simply be shut down. If you care for your vehicle, DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. -Christian Carter

A shout out to Service Advisor Aaron and Technician Josh. I recently had to to have my RV towed in to their dealership due to it stalling out on the highway. They were very supportive that we needed to get back on the road quickly and in only two days they replaced the fuel pump and we were back on the road. Again our thanks to them for all they did .

This place is very horrible poor customer service. The guy can t remember his name that works at the service desk is rude.They don t communicate with you at all when having your vehicle.This is the second time we ve had a bad encounter with them but definitely will be the last. I ve went by there several times and called to speak with Mr.Walker everyone s exact words are WE DONT SEE HIM BARELY KNOWS when he s here.if you can go anywhere else besides here I highly recommend it the first time my husband drove his vehicle there and had to end up getting it towed away only to take it somewhere and find out they broke 2 plugs in the motor and he had to replace the motor at his expense if I can give them a 0 that s what I would do

Mrs Belinda at Laurel Ford Kia is precious!!!!! After a week of looking around and being disappointed, she made this experience so nice and stress free! She worked with us, finding this beautiful New 2022 Kia Sorento Hybrid! I would highly recommend her to anyone! So respectful and kind!

I wasn't able to make a appt. like another customer I overheard talking to the person on duty. I had to make a 2nd trip for a alignment because technician was off. They had to go to the warehouse to get the tires that I could afford to put on my truck, but they had the more expensive brand there. But I'm thankful that they had the economical brand nearby so that I didn't have to make a 3rd trip. I was last there in Nov 2022 for "The Works" and by this month September 2023 I've had to replace two of my 3 year old tires (bought from another retailer)and have a alignment. The tires that came with the truck lasted almost 7 years without needing a alignment.

Even if I m unhappy I never to much leave a bad review, but In this case I feel like my husband and I are on an episode of punk d. We purchased a blue 2019 ford f-150 in May 2022 out of the 9/10 months we ve had the truck it s been at the dealership a total of about 6 times and about a total of 5/6 months of the time we ve had it . Needless to say we just got it back again from being so called fixed and we are having another issue. We pay a note faithfully ever month even when it s in their possession. We took the truck in for repair back in December and didn get it back until February but still paid the note. I would not recommend this car lot to anyone. My salesperson was all the help she could be but customer service from others wasn t even up to par. We have begged to get out this vehicle into another and we can t even get any satisfaction/help in that area. I ve done so much research and very aware that they can get us out this truck but the refuse to do so. What happen to customer satisfaction!? Took me showing out to even speak with the general manager after leaving several messages for him to call me. Please by pass this place!

Laurel KIA Service Department is absolutely a terrible experience from beginning to end. I had an appointment for two months, took my car in at the appointed time, car was there for two days and was never even looked at. Tried unsuccessfully twice to speak with the General Mgr. and he appeared to be dodging me. The employee at the Service Desk was not even apologetic for my inconvenience and that of my son who had to leave work twice to transport me to and fro. She had no PR skills and I don't think she cared what impression I had of her or the Service Dept. I would not suggest you buy a car from this dealership, because your chance of getting satisfactory service in the future is zero. Had oil changed twice in the Laurel Ford Service Department and was pleased with the service I received. Donna Blackwell

Worst car buy experience ever...Called and made an appointment to look at car. When I arrived the next day, the person I made the appointment with wasn't there. One sale person said she was off that day the other said she called in sick..that should have been a sign to walk away. Met with AJ test drive call. Made offer to buy on Monday, only stipulation was to have the oil changed and two new tires put on the vehicle. So they would all match. Took eight hours to buy a car. I was told I was changing when I got home, and I discovered that that was not the case. Too many lies go somewhere else.

I do NOT recommend Laurel Ford to anyone!!! The first time I dealt with Laurel Ford was when I had previously been in to purchase an Explorer for my wife. They ran my credit and told me I wasn t approved even though I had just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Against my better judgment I went in for a second attempt on inquiring about a new Ford truck. I asked to see the numbers upfront to see if they would be willing to work with me this go around. I talked to a sales guy named Marcus and clearly stated I did not want my credit ran until I saw all the figures. As I m sitting in front of him, they ran my credit and when I confronted him, he stated he needed to sell cars and had to do what he had to do . I confronted the GM and they some what resolved the situation by giving me a maintenance plan for my current truck. Fast forward to 2 weeks ago. I went in to get my oil changed on my truck and walked around to look at a new truck. I asked to see the numbers and how much I would get for my truck and instead, they ran my credit again with out my approval!!! Their excuse this time was they were to many people on the queue and clicked the wrong one , I was the only person there!!! I talked to the GM and all he said was what do you want me to do about it? It s been 2 weeks and I haven t even received an apology or anything. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!

To make a Long story short. Took car for wheel hubs and they told me I needed tires.. they refused a second check... So I took car to Woolwine Ford and they found both wheel hubs were bad and replaced them under warranty. Laurel Ford refused to check my Lincoln properly and I will never take my car back to that dealership. Mechanics are not equipped with enough knowledge to be considered good

Went in to Laurel Ford Kia undecided of what I wanted to purchase and didn't even know if I wanted to purchase anything at all. Ms Belinda Bender is a real salesman. She was very friendly and had so much patient. I was only looking and ended up purchasing a new vehicle. If you in the market to purchase please go see her.

We have had a GREAT experience buying through Laurel Ford Kia! Mrs. Belinda Bender was wonderful to work with! She went above and beyond to get us into our 2022 Telluride! We would highly recommend using them! It was so super easy and fast! Go see Mrs Belinda if you ever need to purchase a new vehicle!

I went here because my truck had a recall on it. When I made the appointment, they told me 30 minutes to one hour. It took 45 minutes so that was good. The waiting room and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The workers were all friendly to us. I would recommend.
