They are affordable, friendly, and have a� pleasant waiting room.Downside, vending machines doesn't seem to have been upgraded since the 80's, and unless your leaving your vehicle you may want to pack a lunch. The atmosphere is a little to relaxed, taking 8am to 12pm to change a belt on my minivan.My technician was seen propped on the counter, chatting on his phone, and joking with coworkers, we had to alert him when my belt arrived, with a thirty minute delivery time and five minutes to install I have no idea how he managed to keep us four hours and am thankful we weren't charged by the hour.. Lol

I CAME IN FOR A ALIGNMENT THE SERVICE GUY TALKED CRAZY ALL BECAUSE HE REALLY DIDNT WANT TO DO IT BECAUSE ITS A DUALLY. DID THE OWNER TRIED TO TALK SIDEWAYS UNTIL he got checked straight racist. You will never point a finger at this guy .

Our tire pressure light came on, we took it in after a referral from Firestone (we were out of town from Texas) and they checked it out, found nothing wrong no charge to us. Back in Texas and still no problem with tire. We are most grateful for the honesty and kindness. Side note, mechanic gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner Edgar s Steakhouse.

Worst service ever would not recommend to anyone. The (mechanics) if you can call them that, broke a lug bolt off, and stripped another one, and left the center cap off on my vehicle, then wanted to argue that they didn't do it.

We stopped in because our trailer had blown a tire. Jack, the service mgr, was able to help us out and get us back on the road quickly. Price was reasonable too.

Very impressed with the fast service. Had a blow out on my camper trailer. Serviceman came very quickly and had us back on the road in less than 30 min. "Buck" was very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend A1 tire to others.

We highly recommend the Laurel A-1 Tire Center. We are a long way from home, just passing through in our RV when one of our tires went flat. Called these folks & they reacted immediately sending Buck to our rescue! He quickly repaired & replaced our tire (with a smile!) so our vacation could continue on. Thanks so much to all of you for helping us!

Real good service, very fast, I was only there 20 minutes for a alignment.1/19/21Carried wife's 2014 Jeep in for a pop sound in front end. They called that evening told us couldn't get to it today, fine. Didn't hear anything next day, So I called them at 4:00, told me they couldn't figure out what was popping, you need come get it. I guess since they weren't going make alot of money off it, they weren't going let me know to come get it. I thought it was the strut mounts, the guy told me they had 3 service tech, and couldn't figure out where the pop was coming from. I had already purchased the strut mounts, so I guess they didn't want to even try to fix it. The guy said, I'd hate to fix the mounts and it would be something else, I do agree with that part, it just seemed like they didn't want to fool with it at all.Update, it was the driver side strut. Got it fixed from a real shade tree mechanic!

I have been a returning customer of Laurel A-1 for 20 years, and I can tell anyone who wants to know that this is a good company, they have a trustworthy mechanic on duty; (I get my services done here when I am town) and their tire men are all excellent workers with fast turn around and smiles for the customers. The office staff are also very pleasant and Mr. Mac and Jack are front and center all the time. They use to offer popcorn, but, now it is coffee, I forget why, maybe the machine finally gave out? Anyway, good reads in the waiting room, and lovely powder room for the ladies. Big Screen tv. Oh, and cats and a great local native basket collection to admire when you pay your bill. I have been responsible for buying tires for probably 12 cars that have gone through these doors over those years, and we never had to bring anything back nor had we any complaints about anything. Price may not be the cheapest, but it will be money well spent and they won't pad your bill. San Miguel, CA

They do good work and I do recommend this business.However, stay away from the kid, Dakota.He's dishonest and unreliable.

Stopped in to get a used tire for my spare. The staff was very helpful and friendly and got me back on the road for far far less than I expected. Highly recommend and I will use them again in the future.

Saved my bacon! Had a caliper bolt missing and caliper was rubbing inside of wheel. Fixed it for me and didn't charge me a dime. We were traveling and stayed in Laurel for a couple days. The Jeep they fixed,I was towing, with our rv.

Went here a couple of months ago to get patch done on my tire, it was Friday afternoon about 4 and they didn't like the sound of a patch job bc they started gripping when I asked for it. Then after they supposedly done the job, the tire was still leaking and they said it was bc the tire was separated, (it was a new tire there was no way it was) so I asked them to pull it back off and re patch it and they absolutely refused and said they didn't have time to worry with me, so I immediately drove to southern tire mart and they checked it and all that was wrong was A1 put the patch in the wrong place, southern tire Mart was cheaper, faster, more courteous, and fixed the hole with a lot smaller patch then what A1 attempted to use. A1 customer service was terrible and the people were rude. They also put a plug in another persons tire while I was in the shop, that person had requested a patch and the manager told the shop hands to plug it bc they didn't have time to fool with a patch. That's pretty crappy

Really nice guy checked my tire pressure in all my tires and put air in. He didn't charge me anything. Great service!

I was there at 6:57 (they open at 7am) , waited an hour for my tires to be balanced and rotated just for the man to send someone in the waiting room to tell me that he didn t feel like dealing with my car today I ll never go back and definitely won t recommend anyone to them!

Witnessed one of the employees using his sister's colostomy bag hose as a spit tomb while waiting for a prescription to be filled at CVS other than that great service.

Great job & fast Service. On the way to Louisiana for vacation with the boat and had a flat on the trailer! A-1 had us back on the road quickly with a new set of tires! Thanks guys!

Bought a new tractor tire and they put a used tube in it. Went to put it on the next day it was flat. Carry it back said it was fixed. 3 hours later went to put it on FLAT. I called tell them on the way get there at 4:40 they are closed. They advertise they open to 5.

Only place in Laurel I go to get my tires and oil changed. Jack is the best and he is very friendly. He always takes good care of his customers.

I had tire trouble with my trailer on the interstate. Went to A-1 and they promptly fixed one tire and sent a service truck out to fix my other tire on the trailer.Friendly staff and workers
