Could not have been treated any better! Service Dept manager was great, mechanic who did the work was nice/personable, and even the girl ringing me up had a great attitude. Never had anything serviced there, didn't buy it there, I didn't know these people and am not even in the same town. My two local/semi local Honda people were 5-8 weeks out before they could look at a Pioneer 1000 with clutch issues. I called them and they said bring it on down that day. 4 days later they called and said it was done. CRAZY FAST! Pricing was EXTREMELY fair, below what the other Honda dealers had told me it would be (even considering the time/gas to trailer it down there), and I left there feeling like they were confident in their work. Hands down worth the 1:45 minute drive to them and and I'll never take it anywhere else. I never leave reviews for anyone, but these people were all so nice, I felt like it was the lease I could do for them. I'm always skeptical of what shop I take my toys to, but these people left me feeling really good about the whole interaction. Plus Laurel is a great town to visit if you haven't checked it out.

I picked up my Pioneer this weekend and these guys are true professionals! I had a brief discussion with Dennis weeks ago about what I was looking for and he was completely upfront about what he had coming in. He gave me a good price without all the junk fees dealers were including. The entire experience was very efficient! Thank you Honda of Laurel

After shopping all around the coast I finally landed on Honda of Laurel. Customer service is great and the prices couldn t be beat. Don t waste your time anywhere else . Go see Dennis and he will treat you right.

I wanted to post a complement to laurel Honda sport. there were two Employees by the names Of Rashaad and Marvin you came to my rescue today. A freak accident happened where my drivers license ID and my debit card slid off my lap into the break shaft in the consul and completely disappeared and I could not get to him. When they came out to take a look Richard called Marvin over and he was able to dismantle my consul and get it out within 5 to 10 minutes. They were angels to recover that for me. They did not charge me anything for this service as IExpected to have to pay a lot in order for them to do this for me. They did not charge me anything. That is what I call excellent customer service and these two employees should be recognized as I will buy my next car from Honda sport in Laurel Maryland. We already bought cars from them but definitely will be doing so again in the near future. Thank you thank you thank you.

Went there yesterday and my husband bought a 4 wheeler and our experience with Kevin was wonderful. He is a great salesman. He was very friendly and explained everything to us. He also referred us to a benefit to help kids . I had to get up early to go but it was worth it

I dealt with Dennis Windham. He was great. He didn t have any atvs when I asked, but he put my name down and was upfront with the out the door price. Dennis called me, and let me know when my Foreman arrived at the dealership. Also, most ATV dealerships tack on like an extra $1000 in freight and assembly fees. NOT these guys. They charge the price of the unit, tax, and like a title fee or something. My dad is driving 4.5 hours to buy from them , when they get a new batch of Honda Ranchers. Really like these guys.

The service is wonderful. All of the staff members are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The mechanic team was top knotch, they made sure everything of mine was done in a timely, professional manner. I will be back soon to get some new accessories added on to my new 4-wheeler!! Cant wait!!

Great selection of atvs,utvs and plenty of accessories for all. Prices are the best with in 200 miles on all the models I've got through them. Worth the drive to shop for your unit here. Sales staff fairly knowledgeable and very friendly. They always went the extra mile during the sale.

Great people to deal with. Drove 5 hours from Florida to buy from these guys. No games and gave me the best deal in the nation on a 2016 Rancher 420 4x4. No dealership within 200 miles of me would even touch thier price. Called on a Friday spoke with a salesman named Tony, he answered all my questions. Drove up on Monday and got there when they opened. I was out of there in less than an hour. From the salesman, parts guys,and mechanics A++ service! Buy from these guys you won't regret it. Ask for Tony!

This is a great place to purchase anything related to motorsports or lawn care products they have so much to offer you just need to check them out. I just bought a hustler zero turn mower and a tophat trailer from Kevin and he was very informative on both items I bought, great price on both items you want go wrong doing business with them.

was very surprised that there is hardly anything on the showroom, looks like they are going out of business. I went their for a solenoid for a four wheeler. when asked what it came off of I told them a Yamha. without missing a beat they told me they can't get Yamaha parts I would have to go to Hattiesburg. Doubting their explaination was true I went next door to Pro Flow, when my suspicion was confirmed, These solenoids are Interchangable across brands. I have the solenoid I need coming from Pro FLow they found the part I needed even though It was listed for a Kawasaki. All it took was a little effort.

I ride a lot! I average around 20k miles annually on my ST. Out of all the Honda shops in the world, the two best are, Honda of Laurel and Honda of Norfolk (that's in Virginia). Not saying the rest are bad, just these two are the bomb!

Very friendly staff helpful and the prices really can t be beat for hundreds of miles around .... we drove from Florida to get our 4-wheeler because we had been referred by friends we will be back and will be telling others of our excellent experience

Bad just purchase a honda rancher and it tore up already so if I was go to a place where company care about selling bad atv so people look up atv brand before purchase cause a lot of that brand having same problem we having then manager going to say we don't have no return haven't had Dam thing a month then I guess he was been flip about then going to say you can pick up and sell it who would want to buy it

I went by there to have them look at a check engine light on our 2018 Honda Goldwing Trike. I was turned down by service by head of service department, he said the owner doesn't work on Trikes, just goldwings. The last time I looked the front half of the bike is a GOLDWING!!!!! Don't have to worry about me every going back and I will pass along to all the folks I know. Dam shame I thought Honda as a friendly dealership. Well here is one that is NOT!!

I drove about 280 miles one way to buy from Honda/Yamaha of Laurel. They have great prices without a bunch of games and B.S. It would be so nice if more power sport and auto dealerships ran their businesses this way.

Looked at a new model s�s, test drove, and decided we liked and filled out the credit paperwork.They called the next morning to tell us we were approved, my wife told them we would be there after our children got out from school that afternoon. When we arrived we did not see the s�s, when I inquired they had sold it. I told them that we were going to buy one, if they could get it great, but if not I was going buy the first one available, would there be a problem honda of laurel doing the service, I was told , we aren't that way, we will take care of it. I did purchase one, checked with laurel honda to do the 20 hr service, first question they asked was, did buy it from here, then quoted 390.00 to do the service, called dealer where I purchased 270.00. I would recommend going anywhere other than laurel if you are interested in a honda atv.

I had two tires mounted on my 99 honda valkyrie which I was charged 85.00+.. On my first ride it left me stranded luckly not hurt but that is not my point.. Today I picked my bike up and was asked to pay 52.00+ to replace a vavle stem that should have been checked when tire was mounted.. I just feel like that charge was wrong.. I mean I hate such a small amount makes such a big deal.. It is just thu principle of thu matter.. I have always told folks how good laurel honda was and this is ######.. Gonna just try and forget bout it is bout all I can do cause it makes me even hotter than 38hot!!! Hope I never have to use their service deptment ever again!!!

Won't be coming back to order parts from here. Really sick of the subpar customer service at the parts counter. She would rather give an attitude than to help us find the part we were looking for.
