These are good people, family owned and operated.Been a friend of the family for a long time. If I ever need something towed I always get a better price from Holifield's than from any other wrecker service 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

We had a light truck towed today. It cost twice what the last tow did. So I checked around. We could have had it towed today for half that price. It was the highest price I found. So I don t know who is giving good reviews. Unless their price was the going rate around here. Ours certainly was not. Sometimes friends or family may leave good reviews. Beware.Service: Car towing

My car had been totaled and towed to this fine establishment . The first time I arrived was at 12:30 p.m. I called because no one was answering the door and was told they were on lunch from 11:30 - 1 p.m. and to come back later. The man on the phone was very rude about me calling while they were on lunch however the hours posted online state open 24/7 and there aren t any hours listed on the door. I arrived back at the building at 1:15 p.m. knocked on the door still no one was here. I called again and the man on the phone stated he would send someone over it had been 40 minutes and still no one had arrived. I called again to ask if anyone was headed over so I can retrieve my items from my car and he stated that I told him someone was here and no to send anyone which was not correct. I didn t get an attitude I was not rude but the man on the phone was. After 10 more minutes of waiting someone finally arrived. This place is unprofessional and charges way too much to have such terrible customer service!! Never using this company again and hope my review helps people to choose a better company to get there car towed to.Service: Car towing

I had a dead battery, and AAA sent this wrecker. I m glad they did. The driver was very polite and called with any questions he had. Everything went smoothly, which is what you need in a stressful situation. I highly recommend these guys!

The young gentlemen that came and helped us that night was very professional and courteous. He was an all around nice guy just hated he had to get out in the rain to help us but was very appreciative . Will recommend this service to others and will use your service again if needed

This is the only wrecker service I use. I called them about 3 weeks ago and someone was at my location in less than 15 minutes. Excellent service.

Best wrecker service in town I noticed that some of the reviews have negative comments. There is a Holifield Wrecker Service in Waynesboro (Wayne County), MS....in the next county to Jones. Maybe you got your wires crossed with that one.

These guys are a scam. Not nice when they talk. Call someone else, they should be shut down for their scam business. Charged me $600 for 10 miles of towing.

Stay away. Avoid these scam artists guys. Call someone else. They have NO class, very very rude, total scam artists!!
