Got stuck in soft grass was to heavy to to drive out. Called Burroughs Diesel. Shaun Lovett was dispatched out to me.. Shaun not only got me out of there and turned around he was a burst of great energy and conversation. He is a whistle while you work kind a guy.. on point and very professional never missed a beat.. And after all I been through be for this tire blowout on trailer day before got stuck that night but managed to get my self out then I got stuck again this time made the call to Burroughs. The steer tire came off our truck and my husband called over 5 wreckers to come help and none were available. He finally found this company and they were so nice and professional. The guy came so fast and he had a big job as we were hooked up to a loaded flatbed trailer and the tire fell off the truck completely. He was still able to haul both the truck and loaded trailer. He even was nice enough to drop the truck off at the shop then took the trailer to where we park at so it would be secure until we could get our truck fixed. We definitely hope we don t have to call them (because that would be we have a break down), but if we do break down again, these will definitely be our go to guys! My truck broke down on the interstate on a cold icy day. My office tried calling 6-7 towing companies but they wouldn t come out. Then they called Burroughs and they didn t hesitate. Their driver Shaun called me and asked me where I was and within 15-20 minutes he was backing up to the truck. Had me hooked up and going to the shop . Very friendly guy and knew what he was doing. I was very impressed by this company and their driver.

Other then the mechanic or technician he gets . The business need to take a chill pill .. $97 part all service fees $758.50... total $855.50. but they know u need the service. And they were only 14 miles away... Who knew there is a part call service fee for $125.. Talk about inflation it is what it is!

Commercial companies and ordinary individuals alike. If you are looking for a company with excellent equipment and services who, still possess morals and arent out to get one over on you on a service call or any other towing related emergency within 100-150 miles, I would highly reccomend you call Burroughs Towing. We had a truck have a catostrophic mechanical break down. Burroughs assisted us in transloading the load (37ft top portion of a smokestack) and loading the truck on another trailer for the most level headed rates I have seen since pre-covid prices. These guys also have a lot for storage if need be. If you are ever in need of assistance in the area or further out, give these guys a call first or stand the chance of running across a less respectable company. Id give them 20 stars if I could.

This company is the worst! One of their trucks w/ a trailer was driving in front of me when here comes a rock to my mother's brand new car windshield. I followed the truck to get information. The driver told me there was nothing I could do it's just road hazard. I called the company right away and the receptionist told me the same thing and chuckled at me. I didn't find anything funny about this situation. My mother passed away three months ago and the car was all I had left. I was devastated and extremely upset. I couldn't believe that company truck caused damage to my vehicle and that there was nothing I can do. My deductible is $1000 which I don't have. I was just beside myself that now I have to come up with $1000 and this company pays nothing. And also they thought the whole situation was funny. And maybe legally nothing can be done but morally they should have fixed my windshield.

The front office ladies were nice except one. I believe her name was Renae. She had a very nasty attitude. If it weren t for this, I would give five stars! Rest of my service was great.

These guys are the best at what they do! I could not be more impressed on how professional these guys are! Cody and his team did me a huge favor and kept my equipment safe during a time we need to be able to trust someone. Had a good experience workers for real nice they diagnose my problem within the hour and it took around 5 days to fix but with the overall work I was very satisfied.

One of the guys that works here older fella about mid 50's has to come to my wife's work place in baysprings and harassed and grabbed her. His name is Jon or James he left a card on her truck with his name and this workplace. I expect to owners of this company to handle the situation or I will.

Was quoted a price on tires all taxes included plus mounting charge. I was overcharged $200. Will never buy tires there again
