Michael and Sarah are absolutely AMAZING!!! I've visited many, many stores (like many other people have), BUT I am grateful and excited to show appreciation, when I am treated like a "golden customer".You can only feel like a "golden customer" if you're (1) enthusiastically greeted upon entering the establishment, (2) the employee(s) shows their teeth to you (humans call it "smiling"), and (3) the employee is actively engaging and beyond ready to assist you with your needs.Michael and Sarah did all of the above, PLUS MORE.The conversation was great.The service was even better.And they both helped me to understand how to utilize a slightly complex Loaner Tool.I'd like to be clear and add that these 2 individuals truly and genuinely made my evening!It's hard to find good customer service, but a pure rarity to find EXCELLENT customer service!If I am able to make a suggestion, p l strongly urge MANAGEMENT to (1) give Michael and Sarah a raise, (2) show them that Autozone appreciates their excellence/efforts/service, or (3) give them another really EXCELLENT perk!(Or do all 3.)Thanks again, Sarah and Michael!!!10/10Specially recommend this Autozone and those 2 EXCELLENT individuals!

Fantastic experience, and all my thanks to Vincent for being a fantastic employee and helping me out when my car was having issues. He was knowledgeable and helpful when I was 7 hours from home and felt very defeated with my jeep. Thank you again for helping me get to Tennessee!

The employees at Autozone exceeded my expectations! I wanted to make sure to leave a review. I purchased windshield wipers through them, but did not know how to put them on my vehicle. The store associates were happy to stand out in the rain and install the new wipers for me. They did so with a pleasant attitude. Good customer service is hard to find, but the folks at Autozone went above and beyond to help me, and deserve recognition for their competence and kind customer service.

Usually have what you're looking for orkin order it but if you do buy anything and you're unsure if you maybe bringing it back because you're not sure if it's exactly the part that you need pay for it with cash because if not if you go if you buy a part and exchange it for another one they will keep the money that you spent if you pay for with a card they keep that for up to 10 business days and then you have to pay for the other part in advance for them to order it so I had like $1,000 tied up into one part and it was just a multifunction switch.

Excellent hospitality and professional staff. Traveling from Louisiana to Tennessee, our vehicle began to have a check charging light due to a faulty alternator. Vincent understood our timeline and helped us get back on the road. Thanks for your help and wonderful experience.

I had some problems with my wheel bearing and was unsure of a few things. The employee helped talk me through it. She even pulled the parts out so we could compare them. I'm no expert but not an idiot either when it comes to car repairs. The help and advice I was given made me feel 1000% more confident in what I was doing. Even offered if I needed more help to call later on while I was working on it. Thank you very much! I highly recommend people here

I ordered 4 lug studs online and opted to pick the items up in the store. What I ordered was in sick and marked ready very quickly. It took a few days for me to make time to get to the store, but when I finally did, I was greeted with nothing but a hollow stare from an employee.... No words at all. Then after cycling through several associates, my order couldn't be found. Things took way Ladner than they should have.

Always get good service here. But I noticed most of the time I go there that they are under staffed. They really could use some extra employees.

We just went bc my Mawmaw has no cold air so we bought the stuff in the can and we asked if someone could help us and they wouldn't.. and we really needed help bc we have a baby in the car and they wouldn't so we asked /strangers to help and they did how nice but the freaking workers wouldn't how stupid... I would definitely not go there again and I don't recommend it

Best experience ever.jimmy the store manager in Laurel went above and beyond to help me .I made a mistake thinking I had ordered the wrong parts,and he checked everything out for me and made sure it was right .even checked to see why my check engine light was on and told me how to fix it without costing me anything.I will definitely be back

Well on my way to Applebee's with the kidos, my vehicle started acting funny very dim lights. So I went to AutoZone to get a diagnostic. Found out that my alternator had given up. It was late and I am fortunate that they had the alternator that I needed. I was able to install the new alternator and a new battery and make my two hour drive to get back home. The team members at AutoZone was very helpful thank you all very much

Did not have an air filter for 2019 Chevy 5.3. They did not offer to order one either.Went to NAPA had an excellent experience. Got the filter $5.00 cheaper than Auto Zone.
