I purchased a car from here 2 weeks ago and it quit on me today. They will knowingly sale you a trash car and don t care. Please don t buy a car at this place.

There should be a way to use zero stars. I did tote the note with this place and the car I test drove did fine when I test drove it....on the way home it broke down and it took them 2 days to get someone to pick it up and when they did they took the 2 batteries that I used to try and get it running and kept them. The cat did not have seat belts in the middle 2 seats and when I did finally get it back it drove for less than a day before it broke down again. They had it for several days again, then I got it back and once again, it broke down. When I first bought it I had them put it on a diagnostic machine and they said it was an oxygen sensor. I heard them tell this to several other customers while I was there..when the car broke down the third time I had someone plug it to a diagnostic machine and oxygen sensor never even shower up. They told me they had changed the oil, there was, in fact, almost no oil in the car. When I addressed them about the seat belts they said they would have to see if they had any. I went to the junkyard and replaced the seat belts myself the last time I had the car and low and behold it broke down again and they told me that the ONLY way they would put me in a different car was if I brought them more money and they did not give money back. So they basically took my $2000. I am a mother of 5, one of my children being 3 months old now. I have no idea why this place is open or able to sale vehicles with no seat belts. I do have a lawyer and the lemon law is in effect in Mississippi so they will be giving my money back when it's all said and done. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THESE PEOPLES HANDS!!!!

Drove 2 hours after settling on price of a car that seemed to good to be true. Did not feel right leaving my SS number here. Filled out a form for credit with my SS number on it and they left it on the counter with people walking in and out!!Bank declined purchase due to unsafe transactions. Thank god. Walked away to call the bank and someone was already test driving the car!!!! I asked if I could put a down payment and come back tomorrow and the dealer ignored me while talking to his boss. Over heard him say These people had 3 hours to come get this car. They had no info on cars history. Seemed like they were trying to get rid of it ASAP. Sales man said they only had it for 2weeks. I will not EVER be back. Worst car buying experience I ve ever had.

I went to Safeway back in the summer with $3,000 to put down on a car. Until that time I had never leased a car & did not have good credit & was only making $12 an hour at my previous job. Ruddy was my car salesman & he worked with me & helped me get a 2008 Honda Civic coupe. After getting my Honda I told him & Jared (one of the bosses) that in a few months I wanted to trade it in for something a little nicer. I waited 8 months & just recently swapped the Honda in for a 2010 mustang that I fell in love with! I had to pay a higher of a down payment but I expected that & they have been more than accommodating whenever I was late on a payment! They have extremely upscale salesmen & will work with you to get you a good car off the lot. I recommend this lot to everyone if you are looking for a good quality car, good customer service, & people who understand that sometimes a payment might be a little late! As long as you communicate with them about having trouble making your payment they will work with you!!!! Ruddy & Jared have helped my son & me out TREMENDOUSLY & if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

They are very friendly and pleasent ppl to deal with! Jorge the owner is a really nice man. If you need a good vehicle and want a honest deal I suggest you go see them!! I have bought two vehicles from them and haven't had any issues with either one of them!!

Won t let you give zero stars. This is the most crooked dealership I have ever dealt with. Paid these people 2500 dollars down on a vehicle, drove it less than a week and had to put it in the sho for a thermostat. Got it out of the sho, drove it for a week and a half and it died and would not start. They picked it up and told me they would fix it. Three weeks later I had to go to the dealership to see what was going on with my vehicle, they tell me it s fixed but I can t get it back unless I pay the towing bill and the cost of them fixing it. All total 1100 dollars. They told me they will not refund my money that I paid for the down payment. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. Stay away from this bunch of crooks.

In March of 2014, I began looking for a newer, more fuel efficient vehicle than what I was driving at the time which was a 2000 Ford Ranger. One of the first vehicles I came across was a 2005 Mazda 6 at Safeway. Ruddy was the salesman who helped me, and he couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. The car itself was in great condition and had much more amenities than was necessary for my purposes. However, the price was absolutely unbeatable, so I simply couldn't say no. They changed the oil, as they do with all of their vehicles, and they also provided me with new brakes and windshield wipers. The whole staff there was incredibly friendly, and they really seemed to handle business and customer service in a notably professional manner. Safeway undoubtedly gained my genuine recommendation.

I purchased my first car from Safeway auto sales and I'm SOOO happy I chose them! Sam and his team will work with you no matter what. Me being a first time buyer I didn't know much but they made sure everything was explained to me and helped me every step of the way. Not to mention I was in, out and enjoying my new car in less than 2 hours! I would recommend Safeway over any other dealership around here! I will absolutely be a repeat customer with them! Thank so much guys!

A very good place to get a vehicle. They have been one of the most helpful lots I've been to. My motor went out and they worked with me to get it fixed very quickly. I will get another truck from these guys they do great business

This has got to be the worst dealership I have come across. Was looking at a vehicle to purchase but only got the run around and lied to. Sam has the worst salesmanship I have ever come across. I have good credit and a good job. Best believe my money and business will be going to a more friendly upstanding location. I would not recommend safeway auto sales to my worst enemy

I didn't want to give them any stars but this is the only way I could leave a review I'm an essential worker (hospital) and went there the end of February and bought a 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt lt. I haven't had the car 3 months and the a/c & heat has gone out.. The key has gotten stuck in the ignition twice (the first time I had to replace battery and this time Idk What's wrong with it) and When it rains the floors get wet on the passenger side..I called them about the problem and they told me that because I paid cash for the car I had no warranty. Now I'm stuck with no money and a car that needs repairs.. I will be reporting them to the BBB.. Do not go to this place just to end up with a lemon. I got the title to the car last wk and they failed to mention to me the car was rebuilt as its stated on the title.. Such a rip off!!

Got a truck from them and it didn't take long at all. They was nice and very helpful. I love my new truck. Before taking it off the lot they checked it out and made sure everything was good on it. Highly recommend.

I have had my Chevrolet Traverse from this company for 6mos, the vehicle has been taking back three times for problems within this 6mos, now they are saying the motor need to be replaced They are not trying to fix it and I just got it beware of these lemons lemons trying to charge me for towing vehicle to their carlot and towing fees to bring back to my house instead of fixing it or giving me another vehicle if you keep your fluids in a vehicle you have done your job they are not checking their vehicles before selling them just a bill you have collected with no results and being carless. I paid $2000 down on vehicle and $365 a month what a RIP off now I'm out of a vehicle Worrying about how I'm going to get to work daily these people are rude and don't care about there customers beware I repeat beware

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND BUY A CAR AT ALL. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR SALES MAN. I went to buy a car and he based me buying a car off of the vehicle that I came in which was a 2011 Ford 350. He figure that since I was in a vehicle like this that I should pay 10,000 dollars down. He didnt even take my credit app. and process it. Then he says can you pay 5,000. I said no sir. i HAVE 2,500. Then he says well you drive here in that truck you should be able to do 10 or 5,00. Mind you not he still had not taken my application. I told him that is okay I will take my business else where. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT A DOLLAR NOT THE CUSTOMER. i WILL BE REPORTING YOU ALL TO THE BBB.

My experience at Safeway auto sale was very satisfactory. Their personnel was friendly, informative and welcoming. I felt Arturo took real interest in meeting my needs. I highly recommend it.

once again .. I'm back at this car lot on Sep-9th-2017 trying to get my car fixed .., they sold me a car & the engine went bad within two days .., it has not even been two weeks yet. I've got my insurance and tags on this car already & afraid to drive my own car down the road because it will not even go pass 50mph .. I've done spent a total of $1,142 on repairs already because I really like this car ..so no I don't want my money back unless you pay me for what I done spent already on this car and repairs & plus my down pament!. Im So upset right now! .. I feel like I worked too hard for my money and I can't even get treated like a good costomer .. they always pushing me off to the side when I'm asking about the cost and repair needed done to my vehicle., It like my car doesn't really matter as long as they gotten their money!. Very disappointed in myself for even coming trying to give my good business ..

They have great salesman. Everyone is professional and they work with you with a great price on monthly payments and down payments I bought a jeep from there worked great and now I bought a truck from there. Its a great place to look for a good vehicle!!

worst dealership in Mississippi. tell you one thing on the phone then when the so called manager steps in its double the price and down payment. Dont risk the headache go to a reputable dealer like Southaven auto sales. went there and no problems getting approved or my deposit amount. STAY CLEAR OF SAFEWAY AUTO they are a bunch of crooks!

Sam Flores is a man of his word, if he tells you he s going to get you in a car, that you want, he s going to do just that(and some). SafewayAuto is the way to go rather you re in Hornlake, Southaven, or even Memphis,Tn. Get yourself over to SafewayAutoSales and get YOUR Car.
