Bad diagnosis. They only fix what the reader tells them is wrong and does not fully inspect the vehicle even though that s what you pay for.I ve been waiting for a month for a refund on a service that was done and everytime I call a new report is being put in. Unless you personally know what s wrong with your car I would not recommend going to themUpdate: New Management is willing to fix any previous issues but still did not fix underlying issues with vehicle due to not being the one who worked on it. Previous Manager Gone?? It s weird he left after i requested my money back for the service that did not fix the issue with my car.

Kind and courteous staff, Mike was super helpful. The young lady at front desk knowledge what she was doing and got techs immediately on my vehicle. The young gentleman who fixed my brakes had a bi smile and was good for a laugh.

Came in close to opening on Friday morning with an alternator problem and an oil leak problem. Diagnosis was quick and they quoted reasonable prices for the work. After offering a couple of financing options, they got right to work and were done with my car by noon! Very friendly people and would definitely go back there for any other issues in the future.

I've been coming to this Meineke for years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, affordable, and swift with my car maintenance. On my last visit just a few days ago, I had the pleasure to speak with the operating manager (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) about my Honda that was being brought in for some routine service work. Not only was he friendly, but he also talked us through the upcoming maintenance milestones our vehicle will have.

I brought my very first car and it needed some work on it. I took it over to Meineke to get some more information on what needed to be done. They were so sweet and respectful and Dennis made sure my car was perfect before I went home to Hattiesburg! He was truthful and honest about what was wrong and told me what was going to be the biggest fix and what may need to be fixed in the future! Over all I loved the team and company! If I have any issues and I m back up north Meineke is where I ll go!

My car died on Thanksgiving night. They were able to get me in and take care of the issue the very next day. They were great with their communication of the issue as well as sending a full read out of the issues the car had. They fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend using Meineke.

I went to get an oil change and had a great experience. I hear they're under new management. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes. They took pictures of everything, showed me, and didn't push hard for extra to spend (but made me aware). Dennis and his guys are great and are trying to turn this location back around, so if you have had a bad experience in the past I recommend giving them one more try.

Meineke on Goodman Rd. in Horn Lake, MS has never put a delay on their services regarding my vehicles since I have been using their outfit for both scheduled services and emergency services. They are prompt, efficient, and professional. I will continue hiring them for the services needed to my vehicles and will continue to recommend Meineke in Horn lake to anyone that has car trouble.Mark Chrzanowski

AWESOME place!!!! Got my car in a shop quickly, diagnosed the problem that I was having with my car and gave me a reasonable price to fix the problem! Got all of my problems fixed the same day and was very satisfied with the results afterwards! Highly recommend to get your car checked there, very friendly staff and great mechanics!

Went in for oil change. Services completed and drove off to take care of business only to discover the old oil filter remained on my vehicle. Called the business and was told to bring vehicle back for issue to be addressed and corrected. I took my vehicle back to this location and oil filter was changed along with oil again. Returned home and discovered smoke coming from under hood of truck. After allowing vehicle to cool down, my fianc� lifted hood on vehicle and discovered my engine cover barely attached to engine because the oil filler tube was broken and oil seemed to be leaking from around the oil filter onto other parts of the engine causing the smoke. Plus there was oil spots in the driveway now. I have used this same location for years with this vehicle and my other vehicle and have recommended it to others. I m highly disappointed in the level of service I received both times. It seems someone was upset from having to redo the job a second time which should have been done correctly the first time. As a result my oil filler tube was broken in the process. In hindsight, I m now paranoid about all past oil changes and wonder if any of my filter were ever changed. Don t know if they think females don t pay attention to their vehicles.

My experience was horrible. When I got my car back it looked like someone had been rambling throughout my whole car. They told me the reason why was because they was looking for my tires lock key. After the fact when I told them where it was when they called me and asked where it was. Out of all the years I have been going there I never had this problem because someone would always call me before searching my car like a police or something. Awesome experience. Received Tune up along with several other repairs. All done in one day. Fair pricing. I would highly recommend especially to those in the area of Desoto and Shelby County. Also, Jake the manager has great customer service. Really knows how to engage with the customers.

I had my breaks serviced and 4 days later the rear brake literally fell off and snapped into 2 pieces. The smallest piece wedged itself between the rotor which locked the tire up. They also lost my wheel lock so the other Meineke store had to use extraordinary measures to get the tire off in order to make the repairs. The store manager would not answer the phone the following day. After driving back to the location, because no one would answer the phone, they had no success finding the wheel lock. After the other shop got the tire off they found the wheel lock. I returned to the shop to speak to the owner. The store manager gave me the wrong phone number for the owner of the store. He did not seem bothered at all that this mistake could have cost me my life. Do not EVER EVER EVER use this particular location. Meineke in Cordova on Chittering gave much better service.

Took their time attending me. One was even taking personal phone calls and continued to deny talking to me. Gave me an outrageous estimate without even telling me the problem after 2 hours of sitting there.

This message is in reference to store location on Goodman Road in Horn Lake, MS. I'm confused as to why the customter can't be provided with the price of an oil change over the phone (before he/she drives all the way to the store). Why can't the worker look my vehicle up in the system over the phone (the same process that he would use when I come up to the store)? It doesn't make sense to me to not be able to receive an estimate. After hanging up, I called Firestone, Walmart, Valvoline, and Express Oil, all of which gave me a price over the phone. Two of them asked for my VIN # to ensure they were quoting me more accurately. Step up your service Menieke because your employee's unwillingness to provide above and beyond service to assist a customer will continue to cause you to lose business.

I had been going to this location for a while but it's been a minute since I've been there so I went in to get an oil change as usual so when my car got done they brought it out where I pulled in there were supposed to bring it out around to the left of the building so I said do you have me ready he says yes by the way I'ma give you this guy name he was quite a character Jake Ryan so he started quoting prices on my vehicle all the things that I needed done to my car never did he give me the price of the oil change. So he started going on what I needed repaired to my car this that and the other..I wasn't interested I told him so I went up to the counter I said how much is my oil change he said $75.00 with tax and all $80.00 so I said they have never charged me that much for and oil change Ive been a regular here so he pulls up my vehicles on the computer and shows me when the last I was hear which was irrelevant to me but it shows each time my oil change was $40.00 I went back to the front counter and he's still talking see this other guy here his oil change is $89.95 too ..I said I didn't bring that kind of money with me..so he took my keys which he had in his hands put them in a draw..he's says how are you going to pay .I said I have $50.00 in cash ..he said I'ma hold your car..I said you can't do that I'm a paying costumer. And I'm offering you $50.00 I said let me speak to the manager he said I'm the manager I said let me speak to the district manager he said he's the district..I said let me speak to whoever is over you he wouldn't give me a number ..he said ima drain all the oil out your car.. I ask for his boss number he wouldn't give it to me..so I called the police..by that time he was texting something in the phone ..he said he was lower my price which was 49.21 but he charged me $62.99 .. I was so glad to get out of there he was very rude to me i was in fret of my life who ever is the owner of Meuneke need to get him out quickly he goonna cause discorruption in Your company..

I had a pretty good experience Mark is one who help me and he was very honest person not alot people who work at this kind shops are, they just in for the money but here they was not and they stick to there warranty. The job i got done there was my back brakes and emergency brakes even know was very hard to do my emergency brakes. I also want to give big thanks to the men who was working on my car for my emergency brakes it was hard job but they all work together and got it done.
