My poor grandmother was unlucky enough to be towed by this wrecker service. Was in the hospital for the night lucky she was fine. She had to be removed from the vehicle by breaking the glass. I would say removing her from her vehicle was easier than getting her car back. This place isn t open on a Saturday morning or afternoon unfortunately. My elder family member is stuck without a way of retrieving her belongings. Places like this are truly sickening.
