I have been shopping for 2 weeks for a new truck. I talked to Vincent and about 24 hours later he had me driving away in a new vehicle that was better priced than hundreds of vehicles I looked at online and dozens that I looked at in the Jackson metro area. Great experience.

I drive from Brandon Ms to get my truck serviced here. The service department are honest people who care about saving you money and do the job right. They don't try and sell you things you don't need or over charge you for the things you do.

Had a great buying experience at Franks Chevy. The internet sales and finance staff did a great job and were super easy to work with. Everything was already done when I arrived at the dealership with my trade, so with a few strokes of a pen, we were out the door and on our way home with our new vehicle. I would recommend this dealership for someone looking for a new vehicle.

Vincent at Frank's went above and beyond to help while buying my first truck. There was an issue with my new vehicle and he helped out resolve it, no questions asked. FANTASTIC SERVICE. Very fast and they were so helpful and friendly, I thought I was visiting relatives. Had issues with my Equinox while I was visiting my mother in Mississippi. I am from Texas and did not expect such terrific service. They diagnosed my trouble and had it ready by 9:00 a.m. the next morning. And did I say, friendly and helpful personnel. Vincent was the best salesperson. It was great he was able to find me a car I loved, (Chevy Sonic) while allowing me to buy local, and within my budget. That is, I was looking at a different type of car, out of town, and Vincent was able to get me a better car, local, and at a great price.

If you are looking for great customer service, Franks Chevrolet has you covered!! Make sure you ask for Coby Weir! This man went above and beyond to help me get EXACTLY what I wanted. Very professional and it was a quick experience too! 10/10 would recommend!

The WORST experience I've ever had in my life, They were soooo rude nor do they know how to talk to their customers , I'm glad i finally got my vehicle back but I'll never deal with Franks again & won't be recommending anyone else to them !

Top rated service! This business went out of their way to ensure that not only my husband and I were satisfied but also my three children. There aren't businesses that have excellent customer service anymore, but Frank's is an exception! We WILL buy again!

I would highly recommend Franks to anyone! Vincent our salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable on every vehicle we looked at. I have been extremely happy with my HUMMER H3 ever since I purchased it.

My wife and I were traveling from middle Tennessee and staying in Kosciusko overnight. We had a flat tire on our Honda Accord and Franks was the place I chose from the phone directory. Derek and Troy in the service department were great. My tire was repaired and they would not accept payment saying they did not want to profit from our misfortune. Thanks to both of them. The gentleman who repaired the tire was very courteous as well and placed our spare back in our car trunk and left the trunk area cleaner that when we brought it in! Thanks to all of them!

If you are in the market for a vehicle I would highly recommend Coby Wier. He will do everything he can to ensure that his customers get the best deal possible with a great experience. Took my truck there and it took 4 days to chg transmission fluid.And my truck got concrete splashed on it in there care. Yes they took care of it but they had an attitude about it I will not be coming back for service from there
