Just bought new tires and had a front end alignment. Nice, friendly guys at the counter. You might have to wait a couple hours cause they stay busy. They try to get you in and out quickly as possible. Will be back and recommend CTS.

Went here to get brakes and taillight repaired. Told the guy behind the counter I would be waiting at the establishment for repairs. Told me they would get me done and let me know. I waited outside for 3 hours and when I walked back in and asked he said my truck had been done. They forgot about me and not only that they didn't even repair the taillight. Not to mention my brakes still weren't as they should be. Never again!!!

Love central tire!!! They have been working on my vehicle for years and I ve always had a great experience! They stay busy so you might have to wait awhile, but the fact that they are so busy should tell you they do great work!! I drive an hour from Starkville just to see them! Better prices than anywhere in Starkville when it comes to getting new tires!!

We use Central Tire for our personal and company needs. No complaints- everyone is nice, kind, and they always get us back on the road. First class service at CTS.

It's the friendly hometown place you'd expect. It always appears busy from the road, but they are usually able to help out when needed. These are good folks who I trust with our vehicles. I still bring vehicles back when in town for holidays for this reason!

If I could give negative stars, I would! I ve recently discovered that this establishment not only cheated me but put my life and the lives of my family in danger. I had a lift kit, new wheels and brake repair on my jeep performed here. Instead of a full brake job, The shop only installed a single pad on the left rear drum and a single pad on the right front caliper. Those were the ONLY things stopping my Jeep. I am beyond angry!

Purchased a new set of tires. Poor service. Took 1 1/2 hours to mount and put on the new tires. Think this is the longest I've ever had to wait anywhere for this service. You can't tell the employees from some of the customers because they don't wear uniforms. They were not very helpful or friendly. They seem to be doing to much work tires, mechanic, and detail with to few employees. Definitely need more organization and attention to customers. When I need tires or tire repairs again I probably will go elsewhere.

Awesome Service!! Was headed back from my sister graduation at Mississippi state back home to Madison and had a flat!! They were far from us bc of where we were located, but came quicker than what Geico had their ETA for! The gentleman Terry was such a gentleman and got our tires changed in record time! He also made sure we had air in the others!!! Awesome service!! THANK YOU for your customer service it was so refreshing!

Central Tire was a blessing to fine. We were traveling and had a flat. The courteous staff had us back on the road and treated our wallet well. Thank you to all the pleasant staff. May God bless you.

Fraud do not go here. These people replace a part that didn t need to be replaced. Then wanted to charge me double by telling me to come back so they could fix what I originally took my car up there for them to fix . It a shame that businesses like this company still exist. Taking advantage of people hard earn money especially during covid. Take your vehicle to Ford,GMC or Chevy dealerships. At least you know exactly what your getting for your money

Brought 2 new tires Friday am. 205/70r. Waited 1hour plus. Had to drive out of your stall at the direction of a technician. Noticed neither tire had been checked for leaks,(not wet). Passenger side tire had 20 lbs by the time I got to Forest. Aired to 35. Had to air twice more before arriving back home (winona). Discovered valve stem leaking(not replaced). Terrible results.

They are always welcoming. They work quickly and their rates are very competitive. They have a very comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend this business.

I came in off the highway with this mangled tire on my boat trailer.They ordered a tire and installed it the next day.I wish they had these common trailer tires in stock.They should keep a few in stock for Spring and Summer.

Slow , higher prices, more worried about listening to music talking or what was going on on their phone I would definitely recommend Meggs tire service first faster, friendlier and cheaper prices

The gentleman that actually runs the place named Mike was very rude to me and other customers very disrespectful to us could have really care less if we would have gave them our business or not then on top of that the prices are outrageous
