Very quick and nice equipment to tow my truck and trailer. Operator very polite and new what he was doing at very fair price. Thanks Wards for making a bad day seem not so bad.

SCAMMERS! SCAMMERS! Stay away from these guys. They charge INSANE prices. The owner is a complete 0. He charges $4000 for a 3 mile tow. He towed my truck down the street and charged us $4000. Said he'd hold my truck hostage if I didn't pay. Talk about the DIRTY SOUTH! Stay AWAY TRUST ME!! This is a DISASTER.Service: Vehicle wreckingService: Vehicle wrecking

My friend and I were stranded on I10 in Mississippi. The dealership and AAA were running us into circles with nobody wanting to pick up a van and trailer.Well, our good friend Roger from Wards Wrecker pulled up to us and instantly started working on putting our vehicle on the wrecker truck.Other towing companies were telling us that we wouldn't be able to ride with the driver because Covid, but Roger wasn't going to leave us in the cold. He got us off the highway, and helped us get stuff moving and back on the road.He even got in touch with the CEO Robert Ward to tell him that we had a destination that were traveling to and really needed to come get our stuff from the van the next day. Roger worked with us to make that happen. Roger was quick, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. If you EVER are stranded day or night, seriously reach out to Wards Wrecker. They will take care of you with outstanding employees like Roger!

Best towing in in Jackson MS area.Don't even bother to call or look for someone else.Other companies quoted us higher and gave us a run around that they are busy and they can only get to us in 2-4days since we needed a 500 mile tow.Every person I've dealt with was respectful and helpfulShort towns to long tows call them!Thank You Wards team for same day semi tow to Atlanta!

I delivered vehicles to the Nissan dealership next door to ward's wrecker service, when I got unloaded I backed up in pilot's gas station entrance across from the dealership to leave and the entrance had an incline and my trailer got hung up in the entrance. Ward's wrecker service pulled me out, they only had to drive a block to get to me and only had to pull me 5 to 10 feet and they charged me $350. Highway robbery!

The auto wrecker service was a lifesaver! They provided useful advice to remove our broken-down car quickly and efficiently. We were especially impressed by their friendly, professional customer service - they truly went above and beyond in providing us with assistance during this stressful time. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself needing roadside help!

My stolen vehicle was recovered by the police and had Ward's pick it up. I called them to get the information on picking it up and spoke with Wendy. Someone better give her a raise before another company steals her. She is absolutely the type of employee you want answering your phone as a business owner. She was extremely professional, considerate and polite. She made this whole mess of a situation much better.Service: Vehicle wrecking

These people were GREAT! It was kind of late and there were not many people willing to pick up from the area where the car was located in Jackson. Wards had NO problem getting right on the job! Earl was the driver who came and picked up the vehicle and he was very professional and on time!! I would definitely recommend their services to ANYONE!! I didn t get the young lady s name who answered the phone but she was very professional and she told me EVERYTHING. I needed to know over the phone including the fees!! I m glad they were here to help because I probably would not have travelled to that area at night myself! THANK YOU ALL!!Service: Car towing

This company was so friendly! We called for a tow at 10 at night! They came right away and got our car back home very quickly! 10/10 recommend!

Driver was cool but he took the axle off the truck to tow it. I guess this wouldn't be a problem if he would have put them back on. Was told he wasn't a mechanic and couldn't put them back on. But he mechanically took them off. If this would have them communicated initially then I might have not went with this towing service because now, in addition to the other repairs, I have to pay to put the axles back on

Highly recommend this company for towing! We popped a tire and called for help right away. They came within a matter of minutes. Our driver was very helpful and got us to where we needed to be! I m so grateful for this company and our driver!!

Well I never got a tow, after being told several times they were on the way. Then being told the owner was going to have to use a specific truck. I never did get that tow.

I didn't get a chance to use their services but the fact that when I was in need, stranded on the side of I-20 with a dead truck, Ms. Melissa offered to have one of her techs come out and check on me and jump my batteries or take me to a hotel room until a truck was available to tow me to Kenworth the next morning. She told me to call and see if another company might have a truck available sooner but to call back to let her know regardless because she didn't want me stranded in the cold. Just this bit of compassion tells me this is a company that truly cares for its customers and potential customers. If I ever need a tow again in this area, Ward's will be my first call.

Glad they got a good on call mechanic. Driver from Barnett said Loves truck stop mechanic worked on his truck all day and couldn't get it started. Called Wards late last night their mechanic came out and had his truck running in no time. Great service.

Awesome is too small a word for the Service they provide. Love, love, love this business. They helped me with my new Rav4. The competition would not even touch my suv without me agreeing that they would not be responsible for any damage - guy - said, I can get you out but it will rip your bumper off. This guy from Ward's - said, I can get you out. In less than ten minutes, I was out of the ditch and on my way to a better day. You just don't know how much I appreciate you. Since I sell cars, guess how wide my referral net is - that's right, it's endless.

The dispatcher and the drivers are awesome. The dispatcher was very polite in helping me while he find a driver to come my way. The first gentlemen came and was having trouble so they sent another gentlemen out within 10 minutes, and he got the job done. Wonderful example of team work... Thanks to you all!!

They have severely junked up I-20 and the beautiful Temple next door to it within the last month. It is such an eyesore. They took down one eyesore to just replace it with another.

Ward s wrecker service was amazing. They were able to help me immediately when others I called couldn t get to me until tomorrow. Brad was super helpful and so friendly. I will only use Ward s Wrecker Service from here out and I highly recommend, ask for Brad!

Ward s Wrecker Service! Thankfully I ve only had to use them once but if I ever need a tow again they will be the one I use!! They are very kind, professional, and helpful! Out of all the mess we had with our wreck Wards was the easiest part hands down.

Used Wards many times in the past. More than I can count fir sure . He was the best late night wrecker service in central Mississippi. My vehicle was towed on a Friday night around midnight. Not open for pickup on the weekend. Picked up my vehicle Monday morning before 9, was charged for 4 days of storage and towing fees. Cost almost $300. When I called to see how much. Was told one thing but when I got there it was different because of taxes....

UPDATE: Have adjusted my review based on response from Ward's.Driving home from work today, 5 PM on May 26, whoever was driving your truck northbound on 220 is a maniac. He rode my bumper at nearly 80 MPH for at least 3 miles, despite my not being able to go any faster due to the car in front of me. When the opportunity presented itself, I changed lanes because he was making me so nervous. Immediately, he swerved dangerously in behind me, and rode my tail for another 2 miles. When he eventually passed me, he did so at a speed of nearly 90 mph. I try to get a license number for a police report but there are no visible license plates on the back of your trucks, just your name in giant letters. This guy is going to kill someone someday.

My sister borrowed my truck on a Friday night, got arrested at a road block, then immediately released, Sheriff made a mistake. My truck was driven to the yard, not towed, I could not get it till Monday, I took cash and explained the whole situation. The guy in the back who uses a serious amount of profanity ( evidently the boss ) said something ugly, and I said "wow, I didn't even get a kiss." 330.00 for a mistake a deputy made, I understand it is a business, but they DROVE my truck from Clinton to Jackson and the receipt had towing fee on it. Hinds County Sheriffs Office uses them exclusively, and our new Sheriff knows I am spreading this story, lets see what happens.......

My wife called. Guy didn t have any interest in towing. If you can t do something it s fine but to be careless with customer service is horrible.
