Some delusional lady wouldn't let me exchange the oil filter I bought for the correct one because they had it in the wrong spot. It had been a month and they allegedly accept returns within 90 days

LISTEN be very careful with your vehicle here. Messed up my oil change and all the oil leaked out of my engine because they left a part off. Almost ruined my engine. They fixed the problem but it should have never happened. Will never get my oil changed here again

These men were awesome! I went to Walmart to get my oil changed and they said it was full of sludge. Their sludge remover was on order. Because I couldn't afford to go somewhere else they said I could get some oil from inside and they'd add it to my car as I had NO OIL in it. They didn't charge me to do this. They just wanted to help me and help me get back on the road until I can come back and get it changed.

I have NEVER come here and spent less than two to three hours trying to get service. I was here before they were supposed to opened at 8:00. They didn t own up until about 7 minutes after 8:00. Then they had to set up. Work did not start until almost 20 after 8:00. Even though I was second in line behind a tire repair, they didn t start mine until after that.Service is ALWAYS poor at Walmart Tire Centers.

Friendly service quick and fast! The young guy at the podium(i wish i got his name but he light skinned with dreadlocks and i think he said he was 22 years old) held a casual conversation with me the whole time! Great customer service!

Website is not accurate. Walmart on Greenway and Hwy. 18 in Jackson, Ms. I made 5 trips to get a tire, was not opened. Yes, Aug., 30th was hurricane aftermath but was told would open at 1pm! That was not true. Went back the 31st for 7am, not opened! Told might not open, short handed! The website has different times than the actual sign at the service center. Went Sunday, at 5, went 3 more times Mon and again Tuesday! Very dissatisfied!

The service hours says till 18:00. First of all the customer service has nothing to do with customer service. She hollered at me what are you here for sir? Oil change..oh no we are done for today. It was 16:50 not to mention I already waited about 15 minutes. Poor service quality by far. I asked her don't y'all close at 6? She said oh no we close at 5. So I had to leave. But the website says differently. I don't recommend this place.

Horrible! Couldn't tell who was working because no one looked professional. Took over an hour to rotate tires and I never received the alignment that I asked for. Called me back to discuss the WRONG car! When my car was finally ready, I still sat for a time until I got up to say my car is ready. That lady told me it was still in lane 3 and I to say I'm looking at it in the parking lot! Omg. Don't waste your time.

Let's see, I got there at 5:27 p.m. and they closed at 7 p.m. and they told me they were through taking tickets. I really needed a tire, guess I'll have to go spend my money elsewhere. They were nice, so that warrants 2 stars. Thanks Wally World!

We got a flat tire in Monroe, LA on a Saturday afternoon. We called dozens of places and couldn't find a service center with our tire size. Joseph and his team in the Auto Center at the Wal-Mart in Jackson, MS off I-20 were amazing, kind, and ready to help get us back on the road. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I just can't thank Joseph enough for his help! The people at the WalMart should give classes on Customer Service. We have never been treated so well at Walmart! Thank you Mr. Joseph and team!

Management especially there has Lost priorities.I was getting some stuff that's usable but they throw it in outside garbage like plants and chairs and etc.They almost embarrassed me so bad just to save green for the sake of God. They called cops . If you're stupid enough to waste Walmart assets and throw it away what's wrong if someone uses it like throwaway plants.

I went in for an oil change they start checking my transmission fluids i just needed a oil change Suspicious center plus they had refrigerant trying to put A/C in my car im telling you suspicious place to get a oil change and plus the onlything they do is oil change and tires this is not a automotive place

I took my truck there to buy 2 new tires, SPECIFICALLY my rear tired because they were the ones giving me problems. I dropped my car off at 9a.m and came back at 2pm to pick it up and when I got in my car, my tire sensor was still on and my passenger rear tire still read 27. Now they give you this print out when they check you out saying all tires on 34 but evident by my sensor theiy just probably print that out on all statements at time of checkout. My disgruntlement not only comes from the fact that they didn't switch out the right tire, which there is not excuse, but the fact that a tire repair place that had a car almost all day didn't even check the pressure of all the tires before sending it out to notify the customer if they needed another tire. And they have the audacity to charge for mounting and balancing! Sincerely a pissed ex loyal customer! And P.S I didn't even stick around for them to change the tire out because I wasn't about to waste any more of my day there.

I waited a whole hour only to find out they couldn't change my oil, even though they had my oil and oil filter that all the other Walmart locations previously used on my vehicle. They should have just told me that they didn't know how to change my oil

Short staffed, untrained staff, slow service. I had to go back because the tire that was serviced had a hole that the tech didn't catch.

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of the service and the friendliness of the staff!! This location usually gets a bad rep but I experienced the contrary. Good Job Walmart!

I had to wait a while because they need more counter help, and what I needed was not available, so I had to drive to the Walmart in Clinton, and again they didn't have the product listed online, so I had to go elsewhere to buy a battery for my Yukon. The bar code scan indicates a major misprint or misinformation online, because the battery with 800cc is 600cc, according to the bar code.

This department is great in the morning...everyone is smiling and happy...but try to go in the morning for an oil change....early in the morning or you will be there all day if you go after noon time

Had to sit there for almost 3hrs to get a reading on a 4month bad battery so I could get a replacement. No charge after an hour should have been enough time.
