I had dealt with this dealership with an Audi q5 service a while back and was not overly impressed. So I tried again and took my Atlas Cross Sport to VW Jackson for warranty repair. 4 hour round trip. We picked up the vehicle a couple weeks later after repairs were completed . When we arrived back home we found the filthy oily under engine cover thrown in the cargo area (see photo) not reinstalled on the vehicle and no hardware to install. I was shocked to say the least. After calming down, All I wanted was the hardware sent to me so I could reinstall the cover. After several calls (7) and left voicemails(3 that were never answered) talked to 2 different service managers and a direct email to customer service, I was promised twice that it was on its way. Now it s almost 3 months later and I have received nothing. I would not take a lawn mower to this dealership for service. And I would not purchase anything they offer for sale in their entire dealership portfolio due to the poor service I have encountered. Worst experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Steer far away from this place.

The Service department of Jackson is a JOKE!! One the service manager is RUDE AND a complete jerk. The last I talked to him about my key fob he treated me like an idiot. And now My husband has literally been calling for 2 weeks to try and get an appt. No one ever answers nor calls him back. So he called for the GM this morning. Guess what?! Can t get them on the phone and you go to leave a voice mail and it hangs up. I called and left ANOTHER voice mail for the service guy..

Volkswagen Jackson is THE BEST! Taylor Salter was my salesperson and he was incredibly helpful! He went above and beyond to help me get the right vehicle quickly. Even after I had chosen my SUV, he showed me various features and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this car dealership and Taylor, specifically!

Look for Caroline snow she is the best!! we had been to all the dealerships in Rankin and no one had treated us like her, she was very kind to my two children, she gave them candy and crayons, she got us a beautiful car with an excellent price, she also explained everything to us about the car, her service is excellent! Thanks for all Caroline gracias :) eres la mejor!

I had an appointment to get a recall taken care of at 8 am. They called me at 12 pm to tell me that they don't even have the parts yet. I made this appointment a month ago. Shouldn't the parts have been ordered prior to the appointment?! I basically took today off from work for NO REASON. My time was completely wasted. I really hope that the next time I come in for the recall service that it is handled better. This is frankly one of the worst experiences I've encountered from a VW service center.

Amazing!! The parts dept was able to get the tire we needed in quickly, and Haywood in the service dept got my Atlas back almost immediately, so we could get on the road home. Haywood and Joseph were both extremely kind and sympathetic to our situation. Haywood even called the next day to make sure we made it home. Amazing people and so kind!

Repair shop is not good! Rude and very poor communication! Had a car towed there after they told me they would work on it. Told them make, model and year over the phone. Paid $540 to have it towed for them to deny the car.

Purchasing our new Golf was made super easy. Lawrence Porter worked with us to find the perfect car even when he had to bring it in for us from out of state. He also went through every aspect of the car when we picked it up. Also the finance department made the purchase easy and stress free. I was pleasantly impressed with our experience in purchasing this vehicle and would recommend everyone consider going here for any car purchase.

Okay customer service . All I have to say is make sure you don t leave anything you actually want in your vehicle when dropping off because two pair of my expensive boots went missing and they don t do anything about it at all . Someone there can t seem to keep their hands off people s things, and this is not the only complaint nor review as others have experience this too as well .

I just leased a new VW Golf R here with Caroline Snow, and it has been a great experience top to bottom.Originally I was looking to buy a low mileage 2017 or 2016 which had put me on a nationwide search for a vehicle with the features I was looking for. After weeks of talking with other dealers and seeing this listing for the new one, I finally called just to hear what they would do on the price.From the very beginning of the call one of the sales managers, Abe, made it clear they were trying to earn my business and make the process easy for me not something any of the other dealerships had done.About a week later I called them back and decided that I would rather take their newer, slightly more expensive vehicle to have the better buying experience of working with them. And again looking to earn my business, one of the sales managers spent about an hour on the phone with me explaining how the lease structure works, as I had never previously leased vehicle.The next day I flew from Houston to Jackson to pick up the car and they offer to pick me up from the airport - again sincere hospitality aimed at earning my business. The car was even better than I expected.Top to bottom, I would absolutely recommend this dealership and working with this VW sales team. I buy a different car every couple of years and this was one of the best buying experiences I can remember! Thank you!

My experience was HORRIBLE. Someone stole my sunglasses, insurance card, and registration. My vehicle was ransacked and dirty!! Items were thrown all over the seats and floor. Someone left their personal cup in my car. My vehicle was NOT protected. I left it to this dealership to not only repair but to keep it safe. I expected better from this dealership. I paid you to repair my SUV and my items are missing. No one can answer my questions or refer me to a manager. What do you mean there is no one on call or no point of contact? An on site employee claimed her email was not working. I had to send a personal email to document with pictures and report that I was violated. Let me also mention I was verbally quoted one price and ended up paying an additional 400.00. This location needs to close down and go under new management. They need training in customer service and dealing with issues that arise. A consultant needs to help them get their business together. This is still am ongoing matter that has not been resolved by the dealership. Still awaiting their response to the items that were stolen and the condition of my vehicle. Please please do not take your vehicle to this location. The purpose of this review is to share my experience and prevent this from happening to someone else.Terrance & Jeneen Jones

My experience has been fairly negative. It took days to get in touch with the service department, even after leaving several messages. Never received a call back. The service department over corrected an issue with my tire and then charged me to fix. Service is slow. just all around disappointed with the quality of service. I will now resort to taking my VW Jetta elsewhere.

We had a very pleasant buying experience at this dealership. Caroline Snow was the one helping us, and she was very personable and patient with us. She answered all of our questions and worked with us to make sure we left with a great car that fit in our budget. We will definitely use this dealer again in the future!

In an age where many complain customer service "isn't what it used to be," sales associate Caroline Snow is exceptional. Caroline was so good to me when I purchased my new car that I promised to send everyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle to her forever, and I mean it. From start to finish, Caroline exhibited more patience, professionalism, thoroughness, and dedication to her job than I have ever seen by any car sales associate--hands down and not even close. As just one example, Caroline took the time to explain many features of my new vehicle that would have taken me hours to figure out through Google or the manual on my own. She is simply amazing. If you need a new/used vehicle, go see her. If you visit Volkswagen Jackson, ask for her. You will be just as impressed as I am with Caroline.

Caroline Snow was my Sales Person. I am quite satisfied with the service and professional manner she provided me with my recent vehicle purchase. Great asset to your company and you should keep her around or you will lose a good thing. I've never encountered anyone so humble and eager to meet all my wants and needs. Whenever I decide to make another purchase I'll definitely be coming in, hoping to do business with her. Thanks for everything you've done Ms. Snow. I'm happy with my purchase.

Beyond upset, sad, and disappointed.Service department and its manager is a joke. We waited a month to get our car in to get serviced and minor issues resolved. We dropped it off on a Monday morning and we re told it would be ready Thursday of the same week. Called Thursday and after 5 calls finally got service manager, only to tell us that it would be Monday. We call again on Monday, he said Tuesday. Long story short, it took 10 days, to get our car back. It needed and oil change, sunglass compartment replaced, problem corrected with water/ on the passenger side floor board. We picked it on that Friday and he said everything was corrected and oil change completed. A day after I get a message on the dashboard and the app that the vehicle needed service. We call and even left a message for the general manager , no call back. Today, two weeks later, I noticed a funny smell and decided to check the oil level, NO OIL! I ve drove this car nearly 2k miles with no oil. This has just tore me up, specially when the service manager looked me in the eye and assured us that it was all taken care off. Oh yeah the passenger side floor board, full of water. Mad is an understatement!Will be filing an official complaint, this 2021 Tiguan will be parked until of these irresponsible individuals gets it towed and We are assured no further damage was caused.

Horrible management in the auto shop. My girlfriend took her car to get checked out due to an alert that continues to pop up on the dash, and was told that she needed an appointment because of how backed up they were. Okay thats fine, no big deal. The next available appointment was over three weeks away, so she scheduled it. We dropped her vehicle off at the scheduled appointment... a week passes and we call back to check for an update, and the response was "we have not gotten a chance to look at it yet". We asked what the point of making an appointment was, and they said "to get in line for when we are able to get around to it." One would think that the purpose of scheduling an appointment was to have the vehicle there when it could get looked at, and to avoid being without a vehicle for so long. For these people to think that this is okay is absurd, and they should not schedule "appointments" if they are not capable of even taking a look at the vehicle a week after the scheduled appointment. ALSO, if they know that it will take so long to even "get around to it" (due to inefficiency, poor management, etc), they should provide customers with a vehicle in the mean time. I would recommend traveling to Tupelo or Louisiana than ever deal with these people. The turnaround will still be quicker.

I absolutely loved my first-time experience at Volkswagen of Jackson. Everyone that I met yesterday was nice and helpful. A very special thanks to Mrs. Caroline Snow, she is one of the best sales associates I have ever met. She was patient with me and I really appreciate her services. Her job went further than just selling me a car, she also connected with me and advised me on the best option for me. When I left, I felt like I had gained another family member! I would also like to thank Mr. Derek Sparger, really nice and straight to the point guy. He was very polite and I best he provided the best options for me. Great service and great work from both!

Ms. Caroline Snow was the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She went above and beyond to make sure we were extra comfortable in this facility.She made sure we got the right car and size to accommodate my daughter. My only regret is that I hadn t found her years ago when I first started purchasing vehicles! She is definitely my new to go to person. I m beyond frustrated with the service that I received. My car was partially repaired. My car was there for repair two weeks and everything was suppose to be repaired as discussed. My left signal light is still not working and the damaged car part is missing.There is a wire still hanging down. The temperature light is now flashing and sounds like an alarm going off. I didn t have that problem before bringing the car here.I live 2 hrs away from the dealership. I have no choice but to find another dealership in Mississippi that can repair my car. If you decide to go here, please get details in writing before any repair work is done. Make sure you check your vehicle after the so called repairs are completed.

We took our car in at 8 am after waiting a month for an appointment to have it serviced under bumper to bumper warranty. They argued with my wife about a battery in the key fob that we bought a new battery in. After 4 hours, they finished the warranty work. Then they held our car hostaged and refused to take our payment until the warranty company paid their portion. This is their standard procedure. So my wife has to sit up there about 2 to 3 hours before they will even take the deductible payment. A month ago, we ordered a key to have a spare. They forgot to order it. SO to get a key, we have to come back a second time and pay 120 for the key and another 200 for the programming. All of this could have been explained when the appointment was made a month ago. Instead, they wasted my wife's day and forced me to take time off of work to bring my wife food and to run the other errands that my wife had slated to run on her day off from work. This is poor customer service, and the dealership refused to take any ownership of the situation and put the blame all on us. If I could take this Volkswagen back to where we bought it I would and get a Honda, a Jeep, or Ram. I have had better service from them.
