I was changing my car oil from this store for long. I used to love this place! But in recent times the service has become horrible in this store. My car was running great with no issue at all. Last time when I went to the store for regular oil change I have requested for a regular car check. When they said start the car the car was not starting. I was told my car battery went bad and it requires immediate replacement. I have asked them to jump start the car but they have said they do not have any jump start cable in the store and either I need to change the battery or I need to tow my car away. As the store was closing I was bound to change the battery. I reported the incident the next day to customer care and they said that within two business days someone will contact me and inform me about my claim but nobody did. Later, I contacted myself again in customer service and they said they had denied my claim which I had not been informed of at all. In addition, they have said I was told to turn off the light and I have said I need not to turn off the light because it is automatic which is a blatant lie. I was a regular customer of this store and went for regular oil change almost every time. Saying the car battery went bad while doing the car oil change, not contacting me after I had filed a complaint though I was informed I would be contacted within two business days and later justifying it with a blatant lie probably this is the worst service I have got from Valvoline! I have felt I have been robbed!

I was changing my own oil and found that the bolt was completely stripped and I need some professional help to get it off. I had all the parts I needed but just needed someone to get the bolt off. I initially took the car to the place across the street, and they told me I would have to leave my car there for 2 days and it would cost over $200!! Took it to this Valvoline and it was 20 bucks and a 5 minute wait! Honestly the best service I ve had at any car shop, shout out to KP for being an absolute champ

This was my first time at this particular Valvoline and the experience was great overall. The crew was very personable and helpful. The young man with the gold and black locs changed my oil and was great. I ll be back.

I used to love this place, but recently, it's gone downhill. They are always out of oil, machine doesn't work, tire gauge is broke...it's always something. Would be nice if leadership could come in and fix this place because they used to be so good.

I brought my own oil and filter to have my truck serviced. They charged me $75. They robbed me without a gun that's ridiculous.

Took well over a hour it took to get just a regular oil change. Employees try to upsell you on everything. Would not recommend this store. I will not be a return customer.

So glad to meet Henry and Jeremy! They were so nice and fast! They had me right back on the road in 10 minutes! I highly recommend and will definitely be back. It was my first time to visit! That 15 percent off to show their appreciation was icing on the cake! Seriously great people and I was happy to meet them!

Inconsistent with how they determine who gets serviced first which can be frustrating when trying to get a quick service during a lunch break. The company should either institute "first-come-first served" rule or let people pick the lane they want to wait in. I got in line at 11:10 with 1 other vehicle in front of me. Workers shuffled me around to wait in line 2 different times and as a result, 2 other vehicles which both arrived after me got serviced before I was even directed into the garage. I finally got to pull into garage at 12:10 and was on my way around 12:30. They usually get you in and out quickly but I am disappointed after this last visit.Service: Oil change

I went to this establishment this morning only wanting an oil change. That s all. A man came to my window and started telling me about something for $129(my oil change is usually $100 because I have a 2019 Volkswagon). I told him sure because like I originally only wanted an oil change. I told the man I had no knowledge of cars and only wanting an oil change. I ended up paying almost $200 and I still don t understand what else was fully done to my car since I only asked for an OIL CHANGE. I am never going back.Service: Oil change

I believe honesty is the best practice for any business, and these guys are truly dishonest, especially a worker named Sam who overcharged my a/c. And then told me it would cost $199 to fix something he caused. All i asked for was a simple oil change There was nothing wrong with my a/c until I left this place and i shall never return, and if you need an oil change, make sure you drive pass this place and they need cameras to show what these dishonest workers are doing while working on your vehicle

Sat behind a vehicle in the assigned bay just for an oil change. 35 minutes later after 3 cars pulled in and out in separate bays not one technician said anything!. The vehicle in front of me was still being serviced before I decided to schedule an oil change at another location while waiting. Sometimes people just want to be acknowledged while they wait and given a wait time simple as that.

Terrible experience. Pulled up at 3:45 for a simple oil change. I sat there for over an hour until closing time and they did not tell me one single thing that they were doing the whole time. They then end up telling me they can t get the cap off to change my oil. How do you let over an hour go by without knowing you can t get the cap off. They said it was too tight. Instead of telling me from the start they let me sit there for an hour until they close. Now I can t get one anywhere else because it s too late and I have to go back out of town tomorrow. Came in for an oil change, was directed to a bay to wait. Then, just before we were about to pull in we were advised by one of the employees that a truck that had just arrived was 'too big' for another bay and they needed to move that vehicle to our spot. So we backed out, moved to the directed bay, and the truck was immediately serviced. But, no sooner were we in that bay than another employee came over and told us to move back to our original bay because they couldn't change our oil in the one we'd been sent to. Literally given the run around and when asked about it we were just told 'well I didn't tell you to do that' as their defense.We had been coming to this location for years out of loyalty because of how kind employees were to us at one point when we had to do a sudden oil change before a large road trip after a death in the family, and the place, finding a fan belt ready to break and realizing that there would be nowhere open to reliably get it changed the next day, one of the mechanics stayed late to make sure the part was replaced so I could make it to my father's funeral. That's carried us over with sticking to this business while quality has frankly dropped off in quality so drastically over the last two years.And no, I have no intention of talking to customer service or an owner about this, because frankly you'll just try and buy new loyalty with a one time discount that really doesn't deal with the fact that I would still have to interact with this location. I'm just hoping to advise other people to consider another business before choosing this one. I fear you will not be satisfied.Service: Oil change

I was not greeted when I arrived and I sat there for over 20 minutes and nobody said anything to me so I left. I always go to them but it s normally in the morning and the service is great!! This time was during the evening and service was poor!!!
