Came to get an oil change. I was told an hour to an hour and a half. After the hour and a half was over I went to see what was going on with my truck. I was told that they were backed up and that my truck was still on the track. If I was told this from the beginning I would have gone to another location. I missed the appointment that I had with the secretary of state because of this failure to correctly communicate the wait time. Brand new truck only 10k miles and it will never see this service center again for making me look like a fool and having to break my engagements that I've already been waiting a week for. Very disappointing.Service: Oil change

These people are scanners. They take no responsibility Inc e the car leaves the lot. Selling you a 3000$ warranty that they say covers everything when in fact covers nothing. Their service department is equally as bad. We bought a car and have had it in the shop 2x in 2 months. The second we used our shop because we didn't trust theirs. Do yourself a favor and buy your car anywhere else.

This was my second time visiting the service department. I must say that they are top-notch. I had a recall done and left the vehicle with them. By mid day or early afternoon my vehicle was ready. Wasn t sure if I had a way back and offered me a courtesy shuttle to pick me up. I didn t use it but glad to know they have that option for future visits. I definitely will use the service department again for my maintenance. Great job and a nice job. Pleased and satisfied customer.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Suggest to take your vehicle elsewhere. Paid for a diagnostic because engine light came on and an oil change. Checked truck when finally I got it back from them having it for a week. Oil change was not done (oil was burnt looking) and diagnostic never happened but they said it did but they couldn't find any codes. The truck was checked before going to dealership for service and a code did pull up before and after I got it back. They stated they couldn't find anything wrong but turned around and tried to sell me a used transmission for $5000. They couldn't even tell me who the mechanic was that looked at my truck. I was giving a run around the whole eeek until I decidedto go get my truck and take it elsewhere. That's when all of a sudden these services were supposedly rendered. Never again. I'll take it to the Brandon dealership for now on.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Took my Suv to get a oil change on Saturday morning. When I got there it was 25 cars ahead of me already at 8am with and estimated 4 hr wait. I left and came back at 11:30 am and I was driving out of there at 12:50! Timing is key! Now I know to come super early or after the rush. The guys there are great!

I love my favorite Toyota dealership! I been going to them for years. Just went in for my service they got me in and out so fast. I only had trouble with one service rep. Its not that I had trouble with her she was just a little pushy to get me to do some kind of really expenses service that did not make since. Other than that one time I always have a good time with them.

I wasn't too pleased this time around as I always am. I went to get an oil change only to get home and notice oil spots in my driveway. I thought maybe they wasted some while pouring it in and it was just draining out. Well, the next morning, the spot was even bigger. I took it back to the dealership and they did notify me that they did not tighten the drainage cap back after completing the oil change and it was leaking out. I gave them a 4 because they did apologize for the issue and fixed it.

We had a very horrible experience during a routine service visit. The service team damaged our van and would not take responsibility. What we got in return was rudeness, dishonesty and carelessness. The manager, Robbie King, and his team displayed ultimate unprofessionalism and certainly portrayed Toyota in a very negative light. I would think twice before taking your vehicle to this place unless you enjoy dealing with clowns.

I love Toyota. Now I was welcomed by some and others not so much. I feel like the upsale is really pushed here. Like you may have some life left in something they suggest you replace. Maintenance is important. So may just be me.

Was told I could bring in my 2001 Pontiac. I've had it serviced at my other Toyota dealerships in both Texas and Florida. Once I had it delivered, they refused service so has to get it towed to another dealership.

The managers work with their staff. They work one on one with the customers as well with answering questions and assuring your car will be taking care of.

Terrible service and experience!! I would not recommend taking your car here for service!! They are a scam and will damage your car on purpose just to get more money out of you!!
