This is my absolute favorite pull-a-part. The guy that drives the forklift (name starts with an R) is so helpful and good at customer service. The ladies inside have such great attitudes and always treat us with respect. We can go in there and joke around with them and everyone is always smiling. Other locations are the complete opposite and that makes me so happy to have Jackson as my local pull-a-part. Thank you to all of the employees at the Jackson location! You are so appreciated

Thank you all! Mr. Jeremy & a manager kindly helped me with a tire purchased in which I had to return for an exchange due to a puncture in the tire in which I hadn't noticed but when exchanging it for the needed tire size it also had a puncture in it therefore Mr. Jeremy told me to go out onto the lot and to find a tire off one of the vehicles in which I did. The tire was on a damaged rim but the tire itself was good & they're having the tire taken off the rim for me. Great service you all & courteous people & keep up the good work! But please check the tires before setting them out to be sold! Thanks again!

THEY DESERVE 10 STARS! IT WOULDNT LET ME CLICK MORE THAN 2 STARS! I just want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to JEREMY and Aiesha? I hope I am spelling their names right because they DID ME RIGHT!!!! I had been trying to get this rear axle for days because the bolt stripped. As soon as they knew, they were quick to help me and I GOT THE PART! I was so happy as I am a youtube mechanic. Thank you all so much!

The young lady in admissions is always such a pleasure. It s always so great to see her smile and greeting when I enter pull-a-part. she always directs me where to locate the cars, what s new on the yard and what parts or interchanged. thanks Alisha & hope to see you on my next visit to pull-a-part.

I Called for someone to Pick my Car up Twice and Everytime no one was able to Contact me nor did they pick the car up Just wasted my time.They Don t give you an Exact time to Do a pick up it s just a Waiting game. That Never Happens

Pull-a-part is one of the best places to go for little odds and ends to keep your car on the road. I'm working on a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 that I picked up and I needed a 3rd brake light assembly. I checked the Dodge dealership and they wanted over $100. I was at Pull-a-Part for about 10 minutes before I found what I needed. I removed it and replaced it for less than $20....

I recently had a hard time finding the parts that needed. Harlee personally showed me where and how to remove the parts so I could fix my vehicle. I probably would ve left and given up if she hadn t helped me. That is the best customer service I ve ever experienced.

Wasn't very happy being forced to pay for a bad tire just because it held air pressure. Just to pay for the wheel that I actually needed. Although I did purchase 2 wheels and didn't get charged for the other. Supply and demand rite?

Customer service was awesome. All the ladies were extremely nice, knowledgeable and ready to assist. I was able to get my alternator at a very reasonable price & was back on the road in no time.

This place is usually a positive experience, I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately I've run across recent developments that cause some dissatisfaction. I hope maybe the business can think about improvements.Recently here in Jackson and at other pull apart locations I've seen that they place the car on three steel wheels instead of four. This allows the vehicles to tilt a lot easier in the back. It's much more dangerous for the customers. I encourage you pull-a-part to go back to the four wheels. I know you probably did it to save a buck, but it's better if you prioritize customer safety.Hybrid batteries usually always seem to be gone. I think pull a part might be pulling them right away. It doesn't seem fair for regular customers to not get a legit shot at the batteries.I have some suspicion that there is some insider information being given to people by staff of pull a part. For example a 2013 Nissan Titan was placed on the lot 04/06/23. The same day it is already missing the engine and transmission. This possibly creates an unfair advantage to people and takes away fair shots for regular long term customers. It's not just in Jackson, I've seen it at other pull-a-parts as well.

I usually don t like going places like this but I had the most helpful experience today. I need to get some wheels so I could move my car it was stolen from so I was having a bad day. Shannon Day, the lady at the checkin was so nice and helpful. She accepted my payment to get in , then left her post to come help me get a golf cart because everyone else was busy. Before I went out to the lot.. she reminded me to get a drink because it was hot out.I honestly felt like she wasn t accepting my bad mood and I appreciate her for that. Even though I only came in for 1 spare tire because of her, I purchased a whole set and signed up for a membership. I will definitely go there again. Thanks Shannon for assisting me.

You lose a star because you have an environmental fee on just about everything now. An core charge for an door and a fender? Nickle and dime you to D--th. I literally left with not even a dollar left in my pocket and that's bad. I couldn't even get a cheese burger for myself after all that hard work. This place used to be way less expensive than U-auto-pull-it. I don't want to see all these core fees and environmental fees everywhere. Just add that shyt in the price so I think I'm getting an good deal. No one wants to look at all those numbers. Especially if it's coming from their pockets

I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and more, and to top it off Hunter the cashier was awesome at check out. Very friendly and courteous. I will return for sure.
