Porsche Jackson were fantastic. I was an out of state buyer for a BMW and given their extensive experience with out of state purchases they knew exactly what to do and which steps to take. It was a very seamless and painless experience.Carter (sales professional) and Lewis (sales manager) were very enjoyable to work with. They made a potentially stressful process as easy as possible. And Carter in particular was incredibly responsive to my dozens of questions and inquiries. He was very helpful.All around, I highly recommend Porsche Jackson. Great people to work with.

Great customer service from Pamela and the entire department. We purchased our '17 Panamera here as a CPO. It is a small Porsche dealership, so it will be a change if you've been to stores in high volume regions and cities like Atlanta or Tampa. Overall, they've done their best to make us happy, and we appreciate it.

My experience with this dealership was first-class. From the onset of my interest in the car to the moment I drove home, I was incredibly pleased. Burkie is a phenomenal salesman and is also very knowledgeable about Porsche. I left comfortable and had a new sense of confidence from the professionalism I encountered. The manager was polite and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make me feel valued. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to join the Porsche family.

I recently purchased my first luxury vehicle with Porsche Jackson and received a five star experience! From the moment Tyrus Page picked up the telephone in Sales - my out of state vehicle purchase was smooth sailing.I was nervous about the process - especially because I don't live in Mississippi. Tyrus and his team treated me with the utmost courtesy and respect - something that is greatly appreciated - especially by a female buyer. All of my questions were answered and everything was thoroughly explained to me every step of the way.I wish all dealerships would operate with the same high level of service I received. Tyrus is a class act. I'm in love with my new 2024 Porsche Cayenne. I will definitely be back. Totally worth the 2.5 hour drive!

Great experience at Porsche Jackson, Devin Hopkins was a pleasure to work with. Great guy who walked me through the entirety of the car and told me all the details about it. Respectful, and will diligently call you for any updates. Talented guy who also helped take some professional pictures of the car and send them to me. Flew down to Jackson to see the car in person, Devin spent the whole day ensuring I was having the best experience and Porsche Jackson even treated me out to lunch. Spoke with the GM Trace and Finance Manager Jill, both great people and also a pleasure to work with. Overall great experience buying here.Note: I also requested red seatbelts to be installed according to the deal, but they're on back-order and I have not received them yet, I'm sure they will get to me when available though. So make sure you ask for the part ASAP otherwise they might not be in stock for a while.

I live in the Houston area and have been looking to purchase a 2018 Carrera for several months. Not finding one locally with the Bordeaux and Black interior....I saw that Porsche Jackson had one. I contacted Burkie at Porsche Jackson, and he provided me with photos and a walk- around video of the car. After several phone calls and texts, I felt comfortable enough to purchase the car sight unseen.I would recommend Porsche Jackson to anyone anywhere. The salesman and General Manager were very accommodating, and I'll consider them again for my next Porsche purchase. Their customer service was well worth the long drive for me. I'm very happy with my car.

The customer service is so horrendous, I am surprised Porshe is able to have a dealership in Jackson. Unbelievably unprofessional, to the point that a mental health professional should have a training session with the employees.

Bought a Ford Bronco here gave full price. Experiance was good until i found out door code lock was messed up. I contacted Tyrus the salesman multiple times he said he would help and i never heard back. gave them 2 months!!! and still nothing. So make make sure everthing is perfect before you leave because they wont help after the sale!! NEVER AGIAN PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!!

I had an amazing experience with Carter and the Porsche Jackson team! I m from out of state and purchased a car from them. Carter made sure he answered every question I had, sent videos, and gave me all accurate info regarding the vehicle. He even picked me up from the airport (in a beautiful Porsche) when I arrived. I couldn t be more thankful and happy about my purchase and working with Carter, Louis and Jill at Porsche Jackson. I love my car and I highly recommend buying a car with them. ZERO COMPLAINTS!

Joe was easy going and laid back and very patient with me. Josh was energetic and supportive of whatever I decided. I felt very welcome and that I mattered. Dear Trace (General Manager), In response to your reply last month to Steve Waldorf, you failed to disclose when purchasing the car that it either had or you placed Michelin Pilot Alpin snow tires on the vehicle. This is not an ideal tire for a client to have in South Florida in the midst of heat. Michelin clearly states directly from their website "these Michelin Alpin tires provide great traction and braking performance on snow. Control and driving precision in severe winter conditions." These tires are not reflected on the bill of sale, nor on the CPO paperwork. I urge you greatly to take responsibility for what you sell to your clients. You clearly do not represent Porsche professionalism, honesty, integrity, nor exceptional service. Making a comment about you wanting to purchase my car back was a complete fabrication. On another note, I paid your dealership $1200.00 to deliver the vehicle to our home in South Florida. Not only did you hide the fact of these snow tires, but you also delivered the vehicle with an empty tank of fuel below 1/4 of a tank. When I called you on this the day after I received the vehicle I explained this and 1 week later I received a check from Porsche Jackson for $30.00. My take on this was again completely unprofessional. Contacting Porsche in Atlanta to file a complaint against your unfair business practices is next.I also need to add a statement about the vehicle driving like mud adhering to the road. Also 2 dealerships here in South Florida advised to replace the tires since they are the incorrect tires for South Florida.

Very smooth process!!! We live out of state and purchased our Cayenne from Porsche Jackson. Salesman, Carter Kraus was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with all of our questions from start to finish. Great experience! Carter went above and beyond with follow up to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The financial manager, Jill was also very easy to work with. These folks really care about the customer. I would definitely recommend Porsche Jackson to friends and family!

Great customer service! Even in the rain, Carter Kraus at Porsche Jackson made sure to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. He took the time to explain various options and exactly what I could expect with my purchase. I didn t feel rushed or pressured which is a major plus for customers when working with dealership salespeople. I saw another really nice salesman who came out while I was waiting for a key and he was really friendly as well. It was a such an overall pleasant experience here during car shopping.

Burkie was our salesman and he made us feel very comfortable and took his with us. He was not pushy, but I could tell that he valued me as a customer. He asked all the right questions to make sure that we were getting the appropriate car for us & not buying something for features that we never use. At the end of the day, I would have everyone that is thinking about purchasing a Porsche or Volvo to ask for & go speak with Burkie. I enjoyed our interaction throughout the purchasing process!!

This is such an amazing dealership. In my travels of searching a 718 Spyder allocation I contacted probably all the dealerships in the country, or at least most of them, and those guys, especially Carter and Josh, were *by far* the most fair, honest, and straight forward to deal with. It was such a nice breath of fresh air in the Porsche world. Highly highly recommended.

I d like to begin by saying that the staff at Porsche Jackson was always very friendly, kind and were never rude. That being said they need some serious training on quality customer service and providing a good customer experience. Peyton Mosely was great to work with during the sale which took less than 24 hours. However, once the purchase was finalized, our customer service experience took a severely steep nosedive. There was delay after delay along with excuses and a lack of any kind of apology and a lack of taking any kind of responsibility at every turn. It took over 2 weeks to get our vehicle delivered to us, after being told it would only be a couple of days (we purchased online, out-of-state not recommended). Apparently there were problems getting someone to ship the vehicle to us we were told on a daily basis for a week that the car was being shipped that day only to find out the next day that it was never picked up for delivery. We later learned from the delivery company that the car was posted on the shipping website at such a low price that no shipping company would even touch it. It got to the point of us asking for our money back and talking with General Manager Trace Carlock before they increased the price on the shipping website. Trace said that pennies matter and that they try to save pennies. I wonder if a penny is worth the cost of a poor customer experience, poor customer satisfaction, and bad word of mouth?When the car arrived it was VERY obvious that it had NOT been detailed (even though we were told that it had gone through TWO detail sessions). It honestly looked like what you get with a Walmart oil change a lousy wipe down and vacuum. There was what looked like sticky spilled coffee on the back door and seat. There were crumbs, dirt, chewing gum, and sticky residue in compartments, cup holders, and the console. The seat crevices had dust, dirt, and crumbs. The leather was visibly dirty and had not been cleaned. The back hatch and ceiling were covered in dog hair. The car was CLEARLY NOT detailed. We were also disappointed with the condition of the outside of the vehicle, and neither Peyton nor Trace were transparent about nor disclosed the condition of the paint job (scratches, swirl marks, toddler-like paint touch ups).In all fairness Trace did attempt to send us to a local detail shop they found. We opted instead to take it to someone of our choosing whom we trust, and Trace offered to reimburse us about 75% of the cost we were out (the amount he would have paid the detailer he found).One of our primary frustrations was that the whole process was laden with excuse upon excuse, and It s not our fault . This type of behavior and these kinds of comments are both unprofessional and juvenile. A dealership with professionalism, integrity and exceptional customer service would take ownership and accept full responsibility, in addition to making amends and making things right for the customer. This was not our experience. It seems as though the Porsche Jackson management team (both General Manager and Sales Manager) are still a little too green and lacking some wisdom, discernment, quality leadership skills, and experience (especially with luxury brands). We do not believe they are managing and representing the Porsche brand as well as they could be. All that being said, an in-person buying experience would have probably yielded better results and satisfaction. We do not recommend buying online, especially out-of-state, from Porsche Jackson.

He went above and beyond , from picking me up to the airport to making sure I had everything I needed for my drive back home. Even texted me to make sure I got back safe. Highly recommended

As soon as your vehicle hits the lot, your spirit is surrounded by the vibes of the incredible employees who work here. You will have zero doubt in your mind that I made a great decision . Don t take my word for it, call them today however, be prepared to be completely blown away.

Possibly the worst service experience! My wife took her Panamera up there for scheduled service. It took them 6 hours!! No loaner was provided. Wife was dropped off at a shopping center and told they would come pick her up. She tried to call several times to be picked up but nobody picked up the phone. She had to call sales to get through to somebody. Worst part? They were supposed to do an oil change and as soon as she gets home (2 hour drive) the check oil light comes on!! She called and was told just to take it to a local oil change and to send them the bill!Absolutely NOT acceptable!!!

Horrible experience. Purchased a CPO. Delivered dirty, and damaged, ended up in the shop which showed the shotty work done by their mechanics. This vehicle was purchased new and solely serviced at this location. -It arrived dirty, trash inside the vehicle, didn t bother washing it, no full tank of gas. Water spots were etched into the paint and glass, front end damage, peeling clear coat, 3 damaged rims, crazing on both headlights, climate control buttons weren t working due to sludge spilled in them, plastic burned onto the tail pipe. A few hundred miles and experienced sever over heating issues later revealed as incomplete repair done to cooling system. Took over one month to get parts. Did NOTHING to assist or accommodate when I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction.I traded it for a great car!!! They treated me well, were honest and showed integrity.Love my new Porsche!!! (Park Place in Dallas, TX)They sold my trade as a CPO, repaired ALL the cosmetic issues and replaced the headlights ($5000 expense just for the headlights) before listing it. This is how the car SHOULD HAVE been delivered. That is a dealership who shows integrity. If only Porsche Jackson could take notes and do better.Good luck to anyone who works with these clowns.Here s a pic of one of the keys for the car at delivery it should give an idea of how disgusting the rest of it was. How did this pass CPO?Thanks for the post of contacting you .I ve done that, expressed my concerns and NOTHING was done. I mean NOTHING.-just updating this so anyone reading understands that your reaching out is all a farce.To all: I m sorry they just don t care.

Burkie went above and beyond to help me find my vehicle. Initially, I contacted him to see if he had a vehicle since I was from out of town. The vehicle I wanted had been sold, but he found one in a different state, had it brought to Jackson, and then brought to me. He made the process so easy and stress free. Family members saw how easy this process was and plan to use this dealership, and specifically Burkie, in the future.

Just purchased this 2023 Corvette C8 70th anniversary edition from Porsche Jackson from across the country and the manager Joshua Demars made it the smoothest car purchase I have ever had. I live in IL and was able to negotiate and purchase the car without ever seeing it or meeting Joshua but the whole process was seamless and without any issues. I highly recommend Porsche Jackson and Joshua! The next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will start looking at Porsche Jackson! Thank you Joshua!

Be wary of what a salesman tells you at this point, I bought a used car with confidence on the words of the gentleman stating the car was in fantastic condition with various new parts....in which arrival of the car contested those very messages. I was convinced this car was in perfect shape, the salesman did a fantastic job of selling me the car. Apparently they can lie about it's condition to get you to switch your choices to their car over another vehicle elsewhere. When the car arrived, clear coat was peeling off the bumper, the brakes were not brand new as I have been told. There was a bubble in the sidewall of the new pirellis tires, the car was not remotely detailed as I was told it was, nor filled up as he stated it would be... The salesman actually told me over the phone they would fix the front bumper issue as it needed a repaint during my call to then about the cars arrival condition... Gave them one week. Called back and the manager then told me "sold as is means you get what arrived". This was the single worst experience I've had buying a car with a luxury dealer. Let alone a Porsche dealer. I understand it's used, but do not tell me it's in a certain condition with other tempting maintenance items new on it. Then say "too bad" when I found out the truth. . . Stand behind your employees statements.

We had an overall excellent experience buying a new vehicle from Porsche of Jackson. The sales guy (Carter) and the Sales Manager (Josh) were first class. Excellent follow-up after the sale was over too.
