We were new to the area and was in need of a dependable mechanic. I talked to several places, but didn't find one I liked. One day we were at a gas station and I saw the Pit Stop sign. I am so glad we decided to stop. Mark is the manager. He is professional and sincere. He made us feel welcome and important. We have gone back for other work and are just as satisfied.

I went by because it said they were open and upon my arrival I was not acknowledge at all , after approximately 5mins of waiting I then attempted to call & the number was disconnected. At that point I decided to just walk up to speak to someone. I was then told that they were open but they were under contract with Comcast . I didn't understand what that had to do with anything so I responded "okay I just came to get a oil change" . They told me they couldn't do it but I could return in a few hours and they would do it . The owner (assuming) asked for my number so that he could call me when I could come back. Less then 30mins after leaving I received a text from telling me to go to AutoZone to get the oil and a filter , which I obviously didn't want to do & that he only took cash. We exchanged a few more text that ultimately ended the possible business transaction. I just don't understand why they are posted on Google and they don't seem to be open for business. What legitimate mechanic shop only takes cash or Cashapp? On too of the fact that he could've asked me about getting the oil & oil filter & told me that the only took cash before I left WITHOUT the need to get my personal number . The entire thing was silly .
