Chip provided great service and was very knowledgeable about the 2024 Forester features. Dealing with the finance department was fast and easy. I m ecstatic with my purchase and I highly recommend this dealership.

This is my second car from Paul Moak with Bradley! My first experience was a lease and he was so amazing and efficient to work with! We feel like we made a friend and our second experience with him was even better!!!!! We will definitely be back and continue buying/leasing with Brad! I highly recommend this place and sales associate for ALL Subaru needs!

Took a little bit of time to figure out the exact issue with my car, but it was a complex issue on a not very common vehicle. In the mean time a courtesy vehicle was provided. In the end the issue was diagnosed and corrected. They took extra care to drive the vehicle and ensure the issue was corrected and made more than reasonable financial arrangements for the work.

The salespeople at Paul Moak made my recent car buying experience beyond satisfying. They were knowledgeable, poignant and exceeded every expectation, as does the car I purchased.I had always wanted a Subaru but was nervous as I m relatively unfamiliar with the brand other than the polarizing opinions many are familiar with.I am now proud to say, even in the short time of owning my true all wheel drive dream sports car, I m a believer that once you go Subaru you never go back! Special thanks to Chip for going way above and beyond to make sure I drove away knowing as much as possible about the amazing infotainment system, wifi and amazing technology available throughout the vehicle!In sum, zero buyers remorse and I m proud to finally be a part of the Subaru family.Thanks to all the individuals at Paul Moak Subaru in Jackson Mississippi I didn t mention but also contributed greatly to my experience. It was busy Tuesday yet they did good working us in to get service and maintenance done. It was quick considering all the things that they had to do and the amount of customers having things done. I felt comfortable knowing that it was keeping my vehicle reliable for the next few thousand miles.

Paul Moak Sabaru Service in Jackson, MS. gives excellent care to my 2018 Outback. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and makes our wait time comfortable.I live in Monroe, LA. and purchased my Outback at Paul Moak. I ve tried local service but quickly returned to Paul Moak. My husband and I will continue the drive to Jackson for routine service!

Paul Moak Subaru dealership in Mississippi really helped me out. I was 1200 miles from home visiting family for the holidays when my check engine light came and none of the other features of the car worked. this happened on Thanksgiving day. We were leaving to take our 1200 mile trip home that Sunday. Paul Moak dealership kindly took me in Friday morning at 7:30 and spent hours addressing the issue. I was able to get home. Particular kudos to Brian at the service desk and the mechanic that worked on my car. Thank you!

We waited two hours for an oil change. I am not sure how long it would have been if we had not had an appointment. Our appointment was at 11:00. Service Department was super nice .

My wife and I were looking to trade in her 2023 Subaru Outback to purchase a 2024 Ascent. Was told by finance they wouldn't deal with us due to our credit union having possession of the title. Ended up taking our business to Subaru in Memphis and was in and out within an hour no issues. I wouldn't go back to Paul Moak if they were giving away cars for free due to how they handled the situation and their lack of ability to answer phone calls.

My previous Crosstrek Sport was totaled a few weeks ago when I was hit from behind by someone who was texting. I spoke on the phone with one of the Salesmen from Paul Moak Subaru (I live 2 hours from the dealership) and told him what I wanted in a replacement car. My salesman (Chip) was extremely helpful without being pushy and helped me find the perfect replacement (a red Crosstrek Wilderness). The price that I got on the car was very fair and everyone that I dealt with from sales to finance was outstanding. Having purchased my previous Crosstrek from the same dealership, this was exactly what I expected, but it was nice to see the consistent friendliness and professionalism. I would recommend this dealership to any friend or family member, and when my wife replaces her Outback, this is the dealership we will use. If you are in the market for a Subaru (I think they sell Honda's too) you should definitely talk to them. You won't regret it.

Paul Moak Subaru is awesome. Just took our 22 Outback in for the 18 month service, which was FREE!, and the service staff could not have been better. I highly recommend Paul Moak if you re looking for a Subaru. And we LOVE our Outback!

I just called the service department. I spoke with Morgan. My 2018 outback is deader than dead. I got a letter from Subaru about my DCM and how it drains my battery. I was told if it s not the DCM I ll have to pay $185 for hooking it up to their machine. I tried explaining to Morgan that I m on SSI and I don t really have the money to pay for hooking it up. I was told sorry have a nice day. Now I don t have a working car to get to my doctor appointments.Thabk you for getting back to me. I m out of town right now and will be calling the general manager sometime next week

Brian Baskin is my service advisor and was very accommodating and understanding with a billing issue (when he certainly didn't need to be) and personally took care of it. Appreciated enough, that I didn't pick up my car, but I will be personally shaking his hand.

Spoke with Morgan this morning about getting my car looked at. After I got off work and was about to bring the car in the battery was dead. Noticed that was probably the issue I was having in the first place. Called Morgan to let him know we would not be coming in. he was super helpful regarding everything and very nice to speak with. If we have any other issues, we will definitely be going to Paul Moak based solely off my interaction with him!

Terrible dealership. I had to tow my car to another state for them to fix what Paul Moak wouldn t. The dealership forgot to connect a hose back to my ac condenser which cause the car to flood internally.

We were very happy with our service at Paul Moak Subaru. We were stranded on vacation when our car broke down and we managed to drive the car to the dealer. They got us in immediately in the morning without an appointment, were very clear and concise with the needed repairs and we were back on the road home to Tennessee within a couple of hours. Everyone we had contact with at the dealer was very personable and we felt very well taken care of the entire process start to finish.

Hands down, best service you will ever get. Mr. Brian went above and beyond the realm of what one would consider "normal" customer service and by far exceeded all expectations to provide not only 100% satisfaction, but also the most exemplary experience of my life. I would give that man a raise, a steak dinner, and a gold medal if I were his boss. I literally cannot say enough good things to describe how happy I am with the service I received and anyone reading this trying to decide whether they should take their car there, stop reading and just do it, right now, and I swear you will not regret it. We have had trouble with the air conditioning in our Subaru Forester all summer. We were distraught with the failed attempts to fix the problem. I called Paul Moak Subaru and spoke to the service department. The man that I spoke to was extremely understanding. He worked with me to get an appointment as soon as possible. When I arrived, he met me outside and took the vehicle. When they figured out what was wrong , he came into the waiting room and discussed the solution with me. He also remembered me discussing my wife s situation with him. It is now running with cool air . This makes me so happy that my wife will be comfortable as she travels. When someone listens to you and really cares, it means the world to you. Great experience!!!!

Excellent service, we'll explained, and efficiently, quickly performed. The service manager (Brian) met me at the door, for the scheduled service appointment. He took careful notes, listened carefully, asked needful questions, and explained how the service would proceed. When a question arose about the service he came to explain and ask my input for how, and with what to proceed. When the work was complete a thorough written documentation of the work and the inspection of our vehicle was provided and carefully explained, taking time to thoroughly answer questions that I had.Great service and great communication throughout.
