The manager Ty at the NTB store on PGBT & Coit was extremely helpful to me by provding information on two tires I purchased. I experienced an issue while traveling for the holidays out of state and did not have the paperwork for the tires. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the product and warranty on my account. I would definitely recommend visiting this location and speaking with Ty for any future tire needs. Thanks Ty!

They refused to unload my truck for two days. In my conversation with them I did not raise my voice. They told my dispatcher that I was arrogant. I would not do business with such people.
