Great guys! They fixed our trailer quickly. Before coming to them, we visited specialized services for trailers and they did not help us.

Was actually my mom's cat that needed some welding work done. Staff was super nice and friendly. They took a look and got right to work. They fixed the problem in no time and surprisingly for the work they had to do on her car was at a reasonable price. Definitely the only place in Jackson I know that does this kind of work that I'll recommend to anyone. Very nice people

MJ tires keeps referring people to this location. VERY RUDE AND IMPERSONABLE! They have atleast two dogs roaming around and no one assures you that the dogs are harmless. No friendly hello welcome to Novelties ! I would have rather bought a brand new rim instead of giving them my last. The two women that work the front desk have absolutely no personality to be in a service driven business. Even Napa referred them! I am so upset I have to do business with them. My stomach is in knots! I should have taken it to the dealership. At least they would have greeted me with a smile. Very upset!

Very rude old lady on the phone. Asking general questions about the price and repair time, acted as if she didn't get my business or not.Went to drop my rim off for repair and an older gentleman came from the back. I spoke"Twice" the butt hole didn't answer and told me in a very rude way that I had to take my tire off.Don't waste your time going here. Pay the extra money and go to Patrick Trading on North side Dr. Can't speak on quality but I spend my money where I'm appreciated.

I stopped here as a last ditch effort, to have old bearing pressed out and new ones pressed in. They close at 5pm. And it was about 3:50pm when I walked in and asked for assistance. The first thing I will say is they are very nice and polite. I explained what i needed and was there any way in hell i could get it done today. The man at the counter said no problem and even went to my car and got the parts out for me. He said it would take about 20 minutes (only took 10 minutes). I waited on my parts. When they got done. He put the nasty parts in a new bag and loaded them in the car for me. Because of the wonderful service and courteous staff. I have been there quite a few times.

I was referred her by MJ tires to fix my dent/crack in my rim. I dropped my rim off and the lady said they would give me a call. So I'm waiting for the call to see what would the pricing be and what is the turn around time for my service. No call. So the next day the lady calls me and tell me my rim is complete and it will be 118.80 so I asked her why is it so expensive she tells me she doesn't know and the welder isn't there. So I come to pick it up and I ask about pricing and the lady that I initially dropped the rim off was there and a new lady. The new lady says they charge $10 per inch on cracks and my crack was 9 inches and they pay the guy for repairing it. So I ask when do you tell the person that's paying their total. She says you have to ask for a quote when you drop it off they don't just give them out.. HOW?? WHY?? *is what I was thinking* but I just said screw it and paid... PLEASE DONT GO TO THESE GUYS...

These guys did an excellent job. I was broke down on I20 during rush hour and they got me back on the road before my insurance company could even find someone to fix the broken bracket. Thanks! And good job!

Went to several shops in Jackson they said that they couldn't get the broke bolts out of my head on my car. . Not only did novelty do it they said no problem and did it while I waited. Would absolutely go back with any more problems I have.

They are extremely rude and condescending. I was told it would be done by later today and was treated like I had done something wrong for calling and asking is it done.Was told I would be called later today when it was ready and hung up on. Turns out they closed 5 min after that call.Would recommend to go somewhere else where atleast your business is wanted and respected.

Dropped my rim off early morning. I was told it would be repaired that same day. Called that evening prior to closing. Receptionist was very rude. Said she would call when it was done and hung up.

Best place in Mississippi to get your machine work done. I've been going here since they opened in the 70's. You will not be able to find a better place. Top of the line.

Very rude on the phone. Asking simple questions, and got hung up on. Very unprofessional and not very Christian like for a company with a cross on the building. Jesus would have done much better!!
