Beth at Neely Electric was wonderful. I wanted to get my son a car but had a budget. Beth gave me lots of options. We ended up picking a beautiful car that I was proud to give my son at Christmas. Anytime I get a car I am going to get it from Beth.

Beth sold me a lemon and she knew it. Screwed me from the jump! The SUV I bought ran hot on the way home and I had to raise hell for her to finally agree to fix it. Had to bring it back 2 days later, same issue, running hot. Months later I found out she sold me a car with a warped head. She always denies responsibility and switches the blame saying I "let it run hot". Here I am less than a yr later & I have to buy another vehicle but of course she ain't gonna trade this one I. Just ridiculous. I'm a hard working single mom and I didn't deserve to be screwed like this. Do not I repeat DO NOT buy a vehicle here!

I had taken my vehicle to two other service centers and they could not find the problem. However, the staff at Neely's were able to locate the problem and repair the damaged wires on my brake lights in one day. This is a highly effective team of engineers. If you need repairs to your vehicle, Neely's is the place to go. I highly recommend you check them out for all of you electronic vehicle repair needs. The staff is friendly and they are dedicated to getting you back driving.

I had an electric shortage and I took my car to Neely s. They lady was very unorganized and not consistent with communication. I paid $775 for my service and was told I had a 30 day warranty. I took my car back a week later because my left signal light wasn t showing in my dashboard. I was told I had to pay $250 plus the part fee but mind you I have still have a 30 day warranty on my car. I was told that my signal light in my dashboard didn t have anything to do with my previous service but they took my dashboard out to do my previous service. This is the worst service I ve ever received. I will not be going back here for service.

Bought a 2008 Honda Oddyssey From Beth. We had it shipped to Florida. When it arrived the delivery driver said it had to be jumped off at the lot to get it on the trailer. Van runs, but if we left it off for more than 2 days, the battery would die.Turns out they sold us a van with an electrical short, a bad door latch, power window control module, power window switch, and rear latch assembly.. Took my mechanic 1,700$ to fix, and that was the family friend discount price. Beth took my initial call and said that my mechanic was ripping me off and was probably a liar. Then told me the delivery driver must have been lying about the van being dead....Now she is unresponsive. Looking into seeing if I can take them to small claims court. The van went in the shop 2 weeks after purchase.And to top it off, I told her we needed the van because we had a baby on the way. Sure enough, the baby was born Dec 3, and we didnt have a vehicle from Dec 15- Jan 12th. Perfect timing to enjoy the holidays :(Still haven't heard anything from Beth.

The worst experience I ve ever had . I paid 2500 for a bumper and a hood ( plus paint). And the bumper is sticking out. They tell you they re experienced but, I could ve put the bumper myself though I am not. Stay away from this place. Should ve listened to other people s advice. Do your research before committing to one of those Jackson shops.Edit : Splash Guard fell off on I55Edit: They put a torn cooler hose, ended up paying 50$ at Toyota.

I took my car in for a bumper repair. I got my car back with paint covering all my windows and he removed a part of my mirror. When I told his wife, she tried to sell me a mirror. Never take your car to this place. They will steal parts and mess your car up worse.

In response se to those with their negative response...The first response tk the person who claims we changed his hood and fender has reported a review to the wrong company as we have never had him as a customerTo the lady who claims we broke her mirror and tried to sell her one... She was from out of town wrecked her car and asked if we could help her before she went back home she was wanting her repairs done quick in one day she had hugged me and thanked me for dojng a great job so quicklyAt Neelys we offer a variety of servicesWe sell low mile nice clean cars we offer warranties and free oil changes for a year with purchaseWe do body work paint and detail cars we offer some electrical and mechanical repairsWe have return customer from all over Mississilpi and I appreciate all of our return customersWe do our best to make each customer happy and satisfied
