I had a blow-out on my tire! #JacksonMississippi really needs to do something about the #potholes in the city! I went to MJ's to get another tire for my Ford F-150 truck. They took good care of me; although it took about 40-45 minutes for the tire to come from their warehouse. I did wait out of the heat though in a very clean and cool waiting area (which was a plus). So, thumbs up for MJ's and their crew of guys, for A JOB WELL DONE! And a big THANK-YOU goes out to my son (#samadyasin) for coming to my rescue, he took the old tire off, took it to MJ's, and put the new one on!!!

They sell new defected tires and do not honor the 1 year warranty on new tires. I bought 4 brand new tires about 3 months. The wires are separating from within the front driver tire causing it to form a knot. I went to show the manager and all he couldsay is" that is not covered in the 1 year tire warranty." I'm truly in love with MJ Tires & Wheels!!! They are so honest and professional, always so sweet & kind anytime I need service. I have been coming here for years and they have never let me down! These are lovely people at MJ Tires & Wheels and they are truly here to help. I love my tires and I appreciate MJ Tires & Wheels. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Went to have new tires put on truck. All four rims completely scratched all the way around. Not one, but all 4. Tried to get help before leaving the shop and was pushed away. Went back and was told by the manager on duty he would talk with his boss and would be resolved by the next day. Next day rolls around and they flat out called us liars. I have video and photo proof of rims before and after. They surly aren t running a business, it s more of a circus! Went there because I thought they were a legit, reputable business. I was proven wrong.

For a small business it has friendly and great customer service. I had a tire blow-out before getting to Jackson and the next day, I contacted MJ Tires. I was in and out in less 30 minutes

My brother in law was driving down and blew a back tire. Thankfully MJ Tires and Wheels had the tires in stock and put them on quickly so we could all make it to where we were going. MJ Tires and Wheels saved our trip. Thank you!

Terrible car service and customer service. Every time I came in to get something fixed on my car, something would break and additional money would need to be spent for everything to begin working. Most recently, they changed a tire for me, and now the tire pressure will no longer show on my dashboard. They claimed it s the sensor in my wheel, however it worked perfectly fine yesterday before they changed it and made me purchase a new tire stem to go with the tire. Great on prices, bad on service. Save your money and go to licensed professionals.

Rarely do you find OUTSTANDING customer service these days, but that is exactly what we found with MJ Tires & Wheels. They went above and beyond to ensure my son's rims were ordered and received on time. We initially had some that were custom-made, and the quality was not acceptable when they received them. Tommy found a better rim, rush ordered it and my son was very, very pleased. I will tell anyone who is in need of tires and wheels to shop with MJ! Great, great experience!!!

I give this place 5 stars because the customer service is superb. They are never rude and treat everyone with respect. The prices are reasonable and I always get my tires from here. I'd recommend this business to anyone and everyone! Please come and do business with MJ Tires and Wheels. You won't be disappointed!

Loved the service until one day the manager decided to be condescending and sexist. He was rude and kept talking down to me. I reached out several times to speak with the owner to resolve the issue. The owner never responded and the management was causing the issues. I have not been back since I've also told friends to not get services here as well. I hope you do the same. Can't give your money to people who don't ATLEAST pretend to respect you...

Friendly in and out service with competitive prices. The tires (4) I wanted weren't on-site but they had them at their warehouse. Quickly delivered and installed in less than an hour.

I bought rims probably over 4 years ago. They have serviced my wheels and taken care of all my tire needs. I wish they fixed cracked rims because in Jackson it s just unavoidable. Likewise, they take care of me with no complaints. Thanks guys!!!!

The staff & management are excellent... not to mention their world class customer service and knowledge of the business. I've purchased 4 separate sets of wheels from MJ Tires and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone!!!

Wow...diamond in the rough. These guys know what customer service is all about. I came with a friend that had a pretty substantial leak in one of his tires he followed me to the older repurposed building to be almost immediately greeted by a gentleman wearing a nice uniformt shirt and clean pants. The employees weren't dirty like most guys working at places like this. Within 15 minutes we had 2 tires mounted and balanced. Paying the bill was the best part. Quality and service at a fantastic price. Check these guys out.

They have what you looking for but the wait time is ridiculous. They have to order the tire and someone comes in a pickup truck with tires. It takes about 1hour to get your tire. No where really to sit down. Staff talks to you like you got next at a basketball pick up game...area is not good.

They have as stated tires wheels and rims for sale. The customer service is decent and the prices are commensurate with other stores of this type. They are one of the more favored rim shops in the city.

Lifesaver! Had a flat in Jackson while on a road trip. It was Friday morning, and MJ's was the only place willing and able to go out of their way to help find the tire we needed. I can't thank or recommend them highly enough.

Needed 4 new tires... Shopped around at all the local tire stores.. MJ's had the same tires with the best price ... customer service was great and fast...my family and I will shop with MJ's from now on.
