This is my wife's page but I know everybody up there at McElroy s. They're one of the best mechanics to take your car to in Jackson. And they're not the type to get your car and say they can do something they will let you know first off before they do anything to your vehicle and it will always be a fair price. But if you ask me a fair price for a great mechanic is always a good thing. My name is slim and I recommend them to to anyone.

The owner of the place tried to attack my wife yesterday. They drink all day and the customer service is deplorable. They do not like to give invoices or receipts. My car was supposed to be done in an hour and it's been there for over a week. Jr. Is an okay person. As far as a mechanic... Smh. The office receptionist is the only one with any common human decency. Unless you know these people personally and went to school with them or know their family NEVER GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN

I love Mc Elroy's shop I owe them lunch for keeping my vehicle running including breakfast ,lunch and dinner thank you Sam I haven't forgotten.I called but no answer .

My family was having car trouble on a drive from Alabama to Texas. The kind folks at Mc Elroy's were open on Sunday, diagnosed our problem over the phone, were prompt in making repairs, and we were back on the road in a very short time at a very reasonable cost. Thank you!

They have terrible customer service and do not fix cars right I recommend everybody to go elsewhere because they do not do good business here my car got broke into while on their premises and they did not refund or did anything to help me in my situation on losing my personal items hey on top of that not fixing my car correctly

This is the Best Mechanic in Jackson! They showed us from Louisiana some good ole Jackson hospitality.They took really good care of us very family oriented.. We loved it Thank you Thank you!!
