From the moment we came to the lot, the salesperson Nicky was polite, respectful, helpful, and friendly. She helped us find the exact right vehicle for us, and the sales manager David gave us an honest appraisal and offer on the first round of discussions. I ve never been treated with such respect at a dealership before.

This is my second Mazda CX-5 a fantastic car with good fuel efficiency, strong engine performance, and a stylish appearance. The customer service, from telephone service (Emma) scheduling to the car dealer for any service, is excellent. Three years the car just have oil changes. My last Mazda one w 5 years no issues at all, saved my wife from another bad driver in a t bone collision.

I don't normally write bad reviews but the service department here has been awful. I've brought my 2021 Mazda 3 in to get the seats fixed 4 times. They've (a) tried to upsell unneeded service and tires everytime I go in (b) taken apart the wrong side of the car (c) ordered the wrong parts and (d) when I tried to reschedule another service appointment I mentioned these problems they said "ok" and hung up on me. What great service we have at Mazda of Jackson, your warranty is only as useful as their employees....

Not a fan of this dealership. I began leasing my car in Aug. 22. It was sold to me with disgusting seats like a circus had been in there. Cracked windshield and A/c that may or may not work at the time. I did not just buy the 2020 Kia Forte with all these concerns on a whim. The salesman at the time created a promise to fix the areas of concern. After dealing with scheduling conflicts and making over 5 1 hour trips back and forth to Jackson I eventually gave up on the idea of having a decent car for the outrageous price I pay monthly. There is an almost entirely new staff hired since my experience so maybe yours will be different. I suggest throughly checking ever crack crevice and working part in the car and make sure you have someone with you during purchase who is well versed in cars and sales.

I bought my 2015 Mazda 6 from here in 2015 with only 20k miles. I ve had my service done here this entire 8 years, at now over 100k miles. I ve always been very satisfied with any work or maintenance they have done, which has been minimal considering this is such a solid car. Their employees are super sweet and helpful, too. The service here is quick and done well. 5 stars.

Mazda of Jackson was excellent in serving my needs for a vehicle. The sales representative was very friendly and informative on the vehicle I was choosing. He answered all of my questions that I had about the vehicle, the Mazda 3. The sales manager was kind and answered all of my questions though out the process. The sales manager and the sales representative was transparent regarding the financing part of the transaction. I would recommend this dealership, when in search of a new vehicle. I am loving the Mazda 3 more than ever!

I am so happy with everyone at Mazda so far! Jeneifer helped with when I brought my car in the service department. Was in and out the same day, even washed and vacuumed my car for me! She was so helpful and kind!! Also communicated with me so well though each step!

Not very pleased with the service. My second tire rotation where I had to pay and they didn t rotate my tires. I took pics the first time because I have a spot on my tire where I had to get it repaired and I realized when I got home they didn t rotate my tires so of course I called and they told me the next time I come, they will do it for free. So the next time finally approaches, and I told the nice young lady of what happened last time and that my tires wasn t rotated on my previous visit and this time my tire rotation was supposed to be complimentary this time and she stated okay and she will let them know. So of course, I took another pic of the same tire and in the same location and once again, Mazda failed me again. Not only was I charged for it, but they didn t rotate my tires. I didn t realized I was charged until after the fact, so at this point, I m furious. So they get my truck and take it back to do the tire rotation after I showed them the picture.. So now they apologizing and telling me like before , oh the next time it ll be free. Oh next time, I won t be coming back.. So long story short, take pics before because they aren t doing the service you ll paying for.

I've always had very lovely servicefrom Mazda and I love my new car. I did not love what happened when I went to get my first oil change. My appointment was at 7:30am, and i was there before the doors opened. I finally left Mazda at 9:10am. I work with Rvs myself, so I certainly understand that sometimes service becomes more than what was estimated, but during that whole time, I never recieved an updated time estimate, despite asking multiple times for one. I, at the very least, wanted to know how late I would be to work. The only updates I got were after an Hour being there, I got a message that said to move forward with my service, I needed to authorize an air filter replacement, which I agreed to because I had the audacity to assume that it would not take them another half hour to do so. If I would have known that my 30-45 minute free oil change would turn into Over an hour and a half of my morning, I would have just gone to Walmart after work. With the lack of transparency and consideration for my time, waiting in purgatory with very little communication or updates about what was going on with my car, I did not find it worth not paying for my car's first oil change (but of course a $59 charge for the filter change). Still, I was content to let that just be an awful morning in the books until I received a text today from Mazda asking if I would leave a review. I already recieve unwanted post mail and emails from Mazda. Advertising is important. I get it. But if you are now considerate enough to have your system text me and ask for a review, then I will be considerate enough to leave one.

If I could give this place a hundred stars I would!! The service department was awesome they identified the problem and worked with me until we got it fixed!!! Ms. Jennifer Peacock communicated everything with me and came up with a solution that left me beyond satisfied I couldn t ask for a better service team i would highly recommend Mazda of Jackson and Ms.Jennifer to anyone with car needs they will make sure your done right.

From the start everyone was friendly and professional. Victoria checked me in at the service center. She took care of everything and contacted me with updates. Victoria let me know that they were checking to see if this was a warranty issue. It was covered my vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Austin wh was the salesman that sold me my vehicle even texted me to make sure everything were well. Great experience great dealership.

Update: Bryndan with customer satisfaction called and apologized for the situation. Mazda came and picked up my vehicle and dropped off a CX-90 to drive while my vehicle was being serviced. My vehicle ended up having a thermostat failure which was replaced under warranty and the undercarriage was also fixed. My vehicle was washed and waxed and the interior detailed while at the dealership. Bryndan also called afterwards to make sure that everything was resolved and offered to refund any service charges due to the inconvenience.I don t see how this place has so many 5 star reviews. I purchased a 2023 CX-5 last year and every time I ve ever gotten in contact with the dealership they ll say they re going to check something for me and I never hear from them again. This has happened 4-5 timesI took my vehicle in for service at 6K miles and service didn t rotate my tires and ended up tearing the fabric on the vehicle undercarriage (not a huge deal to me) but they still didn t fix it when I returned for my 15K mile service. I paid for the 15K mile service package which includes oil change, tire rotation, vehicle inspection, wash, and vacuum. Obviously it wasn t inspected that well if my check engine light is still on and my undercarriage is still messed up. My vehicle also wasn t washed and there s dirt and leaves all over my floorboard

Brought my 2019 CX-9 for an oil change and tires rotated. The service department is friendly and professional. I drive 1 1/2 hours for their service. I m pleased with them.

I am a first time buyer in the car world and I will recommend Mazda in Jackson everyday. I was welcomed politely when I came in, and Austin (my salesman) put in 100000 effort to inform me about every opportunity on the lot that would not screw me over payment wise. He was very nice and educational. I learned more than I ever knew I would about interest rates and financing today. They really work in your favor! I love this dealership!

The entire process was very slow, from intake to payment. Perhaps because the dealership has transitioned to on-line processing from paperwork. This is not an improvement. The cashier s location had changed since my last visit but there was no signage that suggested the new location. Otherwise I thought the service was good, including a video sent me of the under hood inspection.

Best customer service, by far!! I ve owned a Mazda for 5-6 years and this is my 2nd one. First time buying tires, and they were fabulous working with me on getting the tires I requested, as well as getting me back to work and picking me up. Great job, guys!! Thank you for what you do!!!

One visit I was told my back brakes needing changed (with all my paperwork showing green=good) and both my filters. The next visit my brakes were good! This last visit both brakes need replacing now and both filters and I literally had just changed my cabin air filter 5 days before (all my paperwork showed green again). I m not sure I know what to believe, not that I would pay their pricing anyways but to have a true diagnosis without someone trying to get over on me would be nice, however the people I ve come across are really nice and the waiting time is very reasonable.

I made an appointment for routine service and waited more than 2.5 hours for my car to be finished. I have had similar experiences for past service appointments. I didn t leave a review before thinking that maybe those days just had higher than normal volume. But this seems to be a consistent occurrence. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I set an 11:30 appointment for my daughter who came in from college to get an oil change and tire rotation. It took over 2 hours to get done. This was after several other people came in after her for the same service and left before her. I called the service department over 5 times and never got anyone. I had to call the sales department and have them walk back a message to call me. The gentleman that took my message walked by my daughter, showed her my name and asked if she knew this guy. When she said it was her dad he just laughed. He handed the message to the service manager, they both talked and had a good laugh. I have called several times with no response from the service manager. I have been going to Mazda either in Jackson or Flowood for over 20 years and will probably never go back.
