I recently purchased a new 23 Ford F150 Platinum from Mac Haik Ford in Jackson, MS.Very happy with the shopping and purchasing experience. Brian D. was a pleasure to work with. He s patient, attentive and helpful. Just an all around pleasant individual.His senior colleague Collin who helped out towards the end of the shopping process was also helpful and nice.Their manager Josh was also pleasant to work with during the numbers discussion.When I got to the finance individual for signing of the paperwork as well as the service and extended warranty programs, I was even more impressed with Matt. Matt has got to be one of the most if not the most informed person when it comes to information and knowledge regarding Ford products. He not only is knowledgeable in his scope of work but he was also very knowledgeable about the different Ford vehicle models as well as their maintenance histories associated with the different models.I have always been a Gray Daniel s Ford customer. This is my first experience with Mac Haik and so far so good. I hope my ownership experience and maintenance experience with Mac Haik continues to live up to the positive experience thus far.

My car needed a tow for a flat tire. At the shop, my car was towed to, they told me I needed brake rotors. I decided to go to MacHaik Ford to have this checked out along with routine maintenance. I contacted Ford and spoke to the agent and explained the situation. I got there a couple minutes after Service closed. The agent saw me and let me in. He took all my information, and explained what would happen the next day. As he explained, I got a call the next day and was told that my brakes were in good shape and they gave me information about questions I had about other problems with the car. I was very relieved about the brakes and I could make informed decisions about the other questions I had about my car. I was very pleased with my service.

A failed diagnosis from another service department in Brandon,Ms led us to get a second opinion. Mac Haik's Service Department correctly diagnosed the issues we were having with our company truck in a few days. They kept the lines of communication open with us at all times. They had our truck ready around the estimated completion date. I would definitely recommend Mac Haik's Service Department.

I just bought my Ford Bronco from MacHaik.This is the third Ford vehicle I have owned.The sales team, as well as the finance person, went above and beyond to make this an easy process. I had my Edge for over 15 years (it s still in great condition) so it may be another 15 years before I am back for my next vehicle purchase.

Mac Haik Ford of Jackson was able to get me in for a service appointment on short notice for the following morning. I was able to work remotely from their wait area that included coffee, breakfast snacks, and a nice atmosphere.
