The workers were very friendly and helpful to me. I had to pick up a part from here and I am glad they had it cause now my vehicle is back working again. Thank you!

The gentleman who helped me, was great, had no problems and even helped me out even though it meant me not spending more money! He had great customer service, despite Watson Quality Fords service department and sales are rude. I would give their parts department an A+++

Watson Quality Ford is now Mack Haik Ford. They have good service. Products are ranged. Prices are ranged. I mean its a car dealership I can't say any one is better than another. But they do the job they were set up to do.

Parts department was horrible they could not even tell me what kind of antifreeze the vehicle you at a dealership 20 minutes for nothing.

I am impressed to see so much kindness and that it is not common in jackson!
