De and Lawrence were both prompt, knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire car buying process. They worked with me to assure there weren t any gaps in communication, and never made me feel like they were trying to sell me anything. They just made sure I got exactly what I wanted. RRJ has had my vehicle for one month. In that time, we have had to make contact dozens upon dozens of times to find out what s going on.We ve been in a rental for a month. No help with a loaner and as far as we know, nothing has been done to our auto.This is a warranty repair that was fixed 9 months ago by RRJ and we are having the same exact problem again.Most recently, we were promised a phone call on Thursday and after 2 messages and 3 calls from us on Friday, no one has reached out to us.

We lined up the service department to change the brakes on our Range Rover payed for the service (no one said you need brakes) got in the vehicle and the worn pads light was still on, so we went back in to let them know the light was still on then we find out they ONLY changed the oil ( this was done 3 weeks prior BY ANOTHER Land Rover dealer and a LAND ROVER sticker was on the window ) The other Land Rover dealer was booked till October is for the reason to use Jackson Land Rover ( now I know why they have openings) First time I ve seen Land Rover dealer with service like this. And they told us the service light was on was the reason for oil change so I asked them you did not see the brake light? But the service light was not on. Sent them an email with the service that was performed 3 weeks ago and as I expected NO RESPONSE. Added the photo of the sticker they evidently didn t see or change out.

OK Ritchey Land Rover Service Dept I see you. I saw my vehicle parked outside of the service department. She was clean with shiny tires and I was impressed all was well. It wasn t until 24 hours later, after I had driven out of state) that I noticed there wasn't a drop of washer fluid. I thought a basic service check would address that issue, but in this case, it was not and I was very disappointed, that this luxury vehicle s fluids were not topped off. It actually created a safety hazard for me as I drove in the dark for four hours and the windshield attracted lots of bugs. And thus you get a four instead of five stars. Please do better

We had Ranger Rover of Jackson put 4 new tires on our car and align the car. 3 months later our back passenger tire blew out on our way to Atlanta. The next morning the driver rear tire started wobbling. We went to Range Rover in Atlanta where we were currently located. All 4 brand new tires were completely without thread and had to be replaced. Range Rover in Jackson refused to help us, email our receipt for the tires for warranty, or provide documentation of the specification of the alignment they provided. The service manager treated us so poorly and we were left stranded in Atlanta. We had no choice but to pay out of pocket for 4 new tires and Range Rover of Jackson said they would not help us get a refund on our tires that have less that 7,000 miles. This is my 3rd and last Range Rover I will ever own.

11/1/23 update: My check engine light has come on 3 times in a week at 25k miles (2.5 years). The service department keeps resetting it but will not fix the problem nor will they provide a loaner. It s not the head because I have been to an Exxon and Chevron in two different cities in between the lights coming in. You can t tell me all Mississippi gas is bad. I wish I could give them less than one star. I would not recommend the dealership or the vehicle. They are both trash. My next step is reaching out to Land Rover Corporate, the BBB, and a lawyer.Customer service is truly lacking and I was told this before I went down there but I really wanted a Range Rover. Will not get another vehicle from them.Went in to get a 2021 Range Rover on Thursday and they sent me on a test drive with a salesman that did not normally sale these cars and did not/could not show me all the features. Once I talked to Lawrence Porter (a Land Rover salesman) leased a 2021 long wheel base Range Rover on Friday. Lawrence was very helpful to make sure I understood the features of the vehicle.Could not get the WiFi to work and after repeated tries and calls it still does not work as I am writing this review. They say it is a known issue with the vehicle.Dealership picked it up on Monday to get the windows tinted and they brought me back a dirty car. Call and they said bring it back and they will wash it. They washed it and it still had streaks down the side. They cleaned them off and I noticed a small scratch on the door. Pointed it out to them and they said they could fix it but it would not be this week. Told them I would not be available after this week. I was not happy about it and said I do not want a brand new vehicle painted. Started talking to one of the managers and had a respectfully conversation. I went to get in the vehicle and I went to hand the towel to him and he snatched it from me. When confronted about it by a male friend of mine, he call me a liar to my face. Had a conversation with another manager and he apologized.Still have no WiFi and a scratch on my door.

Rod (Service Manager) greeted me at the door and already had everything needed to get my service done. He inspected my vehicle before I left which made me feel comfortable about leaving my vehicle (still under 900 miles on her). Rod was very organized and professional, yet personable. Brett (Shop foreman) was great. He handled 3 separate major installs on my vehicle and did a fantastic job on all 3. Land Rover is fortunate to have him! Arthur has always been friendly, courteous and transported me wherever I needed to go. In summary, I would not have changed anything about how this service visit was handled.

Lawrence Porter was my sales consultant and he was an absolute pleasure! He was honest and transparent. He is an outstanding, and experienced Sales Consultant. Lawrence was very professional, knowledgeable and quick to get back with me and will call to ensure my vehicle will be the item I want. He is an overall nice gentlemen. A great salesman who is about taking the time to help customers.

Lawrence Porter was an awesome guy. He didn t even tell me my car and I called him and he just sent me up with my aunt control and his finance manager. Danielle sold me a warranty that I needed and we re thinking about Christopher using and I just think God for Lawrence Porter. and you need to keep Lawrence Porter around for many years, because hey, I m gonna buy my next rover from him for sure.

My wife s Range Rover has been there for two weeks and she has placed and left multiple voicemails with Crystal with zero callbacks for a status. Very frustrating and I finally called and left a message with their Service Director . Vehicle is still at dealership and don t know when we will get it back. Very poor customer service in my opinion. We ll be using another LR dealership next time. The extra driving time is well worth better customer service.

The purchase of my new Range Rover was a pleasurable experience because of my salesman, Mr. Lawrence Porter! His knowledge of the suv, experience, and courtesy led to the purchase of my new vehicle. He found exactly what I was looking for. He truly puts his customers needs first. He has called me a few times after the purchase to make sure that I was enjoying the vehicle and if I had any questions on operating the new technology! I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family when they are in the market for a new vehicle!

I got a recall on 2 vehicles that could potentially leak gas and cause a fire. Contacted Richie automotive in October 2021 and was told it was a backorder on the parts and my vehicles was 28 & 29 on the list. Fast forward six months I was in Mobile, Alabama 5 hours from home and I walk out hotel to my LR4 and smelled gas and smelled gas. There was puddle of gas under my truck. I had to tow my truck to the local land rover dealership . Then I rented a vehicle for 3 weeks and I had to drive back to get my truck. Total rental cost was $1200. Since then I have contacted Richie several times about the recall on my other vehicle but they tell me I'm still on the list It's has be 18 months and they are basically refusing to fix my truck on a deadly recallHow can Land Rover Mobile get the part in three weeks but after 18 months Richie claim it's still a back order? Make sense of that!!

My husband and I had been searching online for quite some time for a for a Range Rover. We visited many sites and saw many pictures of some very nice ones and heard back from a few sellers. One Range Rover in particular caught my husband's eyes here at Land Rover Jackson. He forward an email to Land Rover and got an immediate reply from Lawrence Porter. Lawrence was very professional and very interested in our needs/wants in the Range Rover. He was patient and attentive to our needs. After answering all the "many" questions we had over the phone, we were buying customers. Lawrence stepped away from his busy day to deliver the Range Rover to us 2 1/2 hours away, he was very patient in explaining the documents to us and answered all other questions we had at that time before signing. We are very pleased with the service received from Lawrence and would definitely recommend Land Rover of Jackson. Remember to ask for Lawrence Porter! Thank you Lawrence!Mike and Shirl Jones

Spent almost $900 due to a code that said incorrect diesel exhaust fluid quality and the system flushed only for it to happen again after their service work. I called them back and they said even though they didn t fix the issue they could not take my car until May 2nd. My Range Rover says it will not crank after 225 more miles. A month is unacceptable for a come back job!!

Land Rover Jackson Salesman Lawrence Porter by far gave me the most significant customer service. I purchased A Range Rover from the dealer. Seriously, I had no idea who I was talking to or going to be dealing with, but I don't know how he does it but if you have even a tiniest doubt on what you want from your vehicle or where to get it go to Land Rover Jackson and ask for Lawrence. You will end up with an unexpectedly great deal. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced, no exaggeration. I communicated with him via telephone and text messages prior to driving to the dealer to actually purchase the vehicle. Lawrence provided me with all the details of the vehicle and answered all my questions clear and concise. Mind you, he asks for you to trust him, he is very transparent on what the dealer is willing to negotiate and provide. I was very well impressed and satisfied 100% with my purchase and the overall satisfaction of Lawrence. If you in the Jackson Mississippi area and or surrounding area and look for a Range Rover give Lawrence a call or go see him down at LAND ROVER JACKSON......MY GUY!!!!!!

We had a great experience purchasing our previously owned Range Rover in May. The check engine light came on on the way home. We were told it was a simple fix by replacing a sensor. In the 4 months I ve owned the car it has been in the service department almost 7 weeks total. In June they kept it 14 days (without a loaner) and after those 14 days I went and got a loaner and kept it 11 more days. It has now been back in service since August 28 (19 days and counting). (Note we live 2 hours away.) My husband has made numerous calls every few days to check on the status and is always met with a voicemail. He has called and asked to speak to a manager and again only gets a voicemail with no return call. The few times he has talked (or mostly gotten a text) to service it has not been looked at or we will keep you updated. From reading the reviews they have an excellent sales team (Lawrence mostly) but their service reviews are terrible. These reviews go back a year or more when I stopped reading them. What has to be done to get better service? I just want my car back....fixed. Maybe this will get some response.

My sales professional, Lawrence Porter did an incredible job. I came in, thinking that I would buy a different vehicle from another company but after speaking with him, I was convinced to buy the range rover. I love this car! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely refer other customers.

Lawrence was very conscience of my time and answered all my questions. I've purchased quite a few vehicles, but this was the best experience by far. I took my Land Rover to Ritchey Automotive, a Land Rover dealership, because I thought that they would know best how to service the vehicle. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. While rotating the tires, they scraped some of the finish off of one of the 22 black wheels on my Range Rover Sport. In addition, they did not adjust the air pressure after rotating the tires, so as I was driving home, I noticed that I had 44lbs of pressure in the front tires and 37lbs of pressure in the rear tires. I took my car to the dealership because I trusted them to do the best job. They failed in their performance. On a positive note, Ronnie, the Land Rover service advisor was extremely professional. In addition, the gentleman who drives the shuttle (I failed to get his name) was very pleasant and customer friendly.
