I would never recommend it! I brought a part, and waited for it to come in just so it to be broken. I then ordered the part again received it and had it install just for it to not work and be broken ( I was charge 200 by my car mechanic for installing a broken part ) I then had to pay my mechanic again to install another part and be charged the same fee. It cost me more money than I anticipated to spend.I had ask the sale associate will it work and they said yes.

Customer service is terrible and they have absolutely no quality control when it come to used/recy parts.

I paid for my part and they took a week and a half to deliver the part to my mechanic and was three days off the scheduled date. I'm not dealing with them anymore

Very dependable to get any automotive part at a affordable price. You can't go wrong because they warranty all products.

Was told on the phone the part was in stock, drove all the way out to the warehouse and then told they didn't have the part but if I wanted to pay and wait who knows how long they would order it for me. Really????

Its a great place to get parts for most people that I know. However my experience wasn't as I hoped for.

it is quite uncomfortable to buy because nobody sees you when you are at the window and you want to buy with your commercial account.

The guy at the desk when I entered would not even speak. Three workers present no one spoke . Then when I did speak it was problem.

Good folks. Their stuff is on the higher side but they got auto paint for everything.
