Scheduled an appointment to get my battery replaced because it was under warranty. They told me that it was not under warranty and wanted to charge me almost $400 for a new battery. I will go buy a battery and take care of any future service elsewhere.

The absolute worst Lexus location I have been to. It takes 4+hours for an oil change EVERY time. If you leave a message for a service advisor or service manager, they will not call you back.

I got oil changed at this facility and who ever worked on my car stole a Bluetooth from the storage compartment. When I called and spoked to manager, he denied that his employee can not steal anything and was rude with me. Manager is working there from last seven years and no complaints about missing things from the vehicles but I read lots of complaints at this work place.They have a camera system but not in the service area where they work instead of monitoring their employees he asked me to put camera in their facility.I bought a car from there and giving them business all this time.I didn t take pic of my Bluetooth laying down in the storage compartment.be careful Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Kept car for over a week. Had to run down someone to talk to b/c my advisor was sick. No courtesy was for my cat and they didn't warm the car up. Staff unfriendly
