The process was smooth. They worked with me to ensure I had the car I desired down to the interior. Did I mention the timely Mocha Lattes?? Everyone was professional and personable and they patiently explained all of the details of the transaction and all of the functions of my vehicle. I appreciate each person I touched during the process including Tim, Antonio and Lathario.

My experience with Herrin-Gear INFINITI service department (Randy) met and exceeded my expectations. They also washed it and had ot looking "showroom ready". I absolutely love the staff, they have become like family now. Visit them if you are in the market for a new vehicle, to feel the wonderful atmosphere that I feel each time I visit. Many thanks to Herrin-Gear for making my 2 hour drive to Jackson, MS well worth the trip. Proper servicing of my QX-80 is of the utmost importance to me, which is why this is THE dealership for me.

Jerry Jones and service manager Mr.James everyone to be honest Mr. Randy greet you with a smile and show great customer service and that's what I love most. Mr. Jerry always explains everything about my vehicle to me and if I have more questions he get the tech that's working on my vehicle to speak to me. Peter is wonderful also the whole service team department gets 10 stars.

I think Terrance was fine. I was given an amount for the payoff to buy out my lease. I check was sent to the dealership. I had an appointment at 9:30. I had to wait an hour for them to find the check for the payoff, even though I had talked to the general sales manager to let them know it was coming. When I finished the paperwork, I was then told that the amount I was told to make the check out for was over what I actually owed. I was then given a letter saying that I overpaid and the amount that would go back to my loan company or me. That was 2 weeks ago. I have tried several times to email and call the general manager with no return email or call.

Lathario was my sales person when I decided to get a new vehicle at Herrin Gear. I thought I knew what I wanted coming over to the dealership but with his assistance I ended up purchasing a much nicer and accommodating vehicle. He was helpful and pleasant in his tone while selecting vehicles for me to test drive. I m please with his serve and is loving my new QX60. Go see him you won t be disappointed.

Horrible!! Never again!! Go somewhere else!! They will tell you it's free but will charge you. Told me it will take 3hrs to diagnose the problem but kept my car over night. Charge me $234.26 just to tell me the something I told them. I will never take my car to this place go somewhere else if you can, please!! They hustling off people!!

I had a horrible shopping experience and the term used car salesman comes to mind and not in a good way. These people just want your money. They don t care if you re happy about your experience. My new car is already experiencing service problems and the service people are just as bad.

They lost my key to my car back in August and told me they would cut me a new one. It's now November and they still haven't cut me a key and they still have my car. They give me the runaround every time I call about it. I very much so would like to talk to General Manager about this to see if we can get it straightened out.

Great to deal deal with on the car lot. There are a lot of hidden and unnecessary fees they don t tell you about. After the purchase their phones quit working for some reason. Glad I m not waiting on my salesman to call me back. Had an issue with the title and still haven t heard from him.
