Lexus use this body shop for repairs and this is how I became familiar with those who work in collision center & body repair.My point of contact was Brandi who by now is very happy that I have not returned. We had an issue with front bumper clips but finally a gentleman named Randy?? (not sure if correct) fixed problem and have not had any issue since.I had taken care of back several times for this issue and each time Brandi was very kind and patient. One thing I know is that they work hard to rectify any problems or customers concerns.Along the way I was further assisted by Kyle Montgomery, who is the General Sales Manager of Herrin-Gear Infiniti. He is one of the most pleasant and helpful individuals that I ve met thus far. It s people like this that help to create relationships and whom you never forget.I highly recommend this dealership and if you ever have an issue or problem, reach out to appropriate individuals and rest assured it will be handled properly and in a timely manner. It may be frustrating in the beginning BUT in the end the overall experience will be positive!

I had an experience at Herrin Gear that you cannot even make up if you wanted to. The way management speaks to customers is beyond belief. I had a great salesperson that made an honest error. He sold me a used truck that he believed was a 4wheel drive truck. When I got it home and realized it and called him, he was quick to say he would make it right and find me a new truck. I then went back in a few days later, and the used car manager, Jason Bain, tried to trade me for a 4 wheel drive truck at a terrible price...and was not willing to work with me. To say he was trying to screw me over was an understatement. After about 15 minutes of getting nowhere with him. I told him I wanted my money back, and my trade in back, and he said "we don't write checks back to customers". I then said I would just go meet with the Attorney General and he said "you just go do what you have to do". At this point, between him trying to basically screw me over on the deal and not admist the error that his salesperson made (who let me say again, was a great salesperson), I was in shock and frankly angry. Now...get this. He then said, and I quote, "I don't know who you are coming in here and trying to piss down my throat". Really? Really? The Manager over the used car inventory at Herrin Gear Chevrolet, who is supposed to be a respectable dealership, tells me "I am trying to piss down his throat" . Well isn't that professional? In all my 64 years, I have never even heard such a term, nor could I ever imagine Jason Bain, the used car manager at a dealership at Herrin Gear, would say such a thing to a customer. How unprofessional can you be? I can promise you I would fire any of my employees on the spot, no matter what their level in my company was, if they EVER talked to one of my customers like that. Unbelievable.At the end of the day, I finally dealt with Warren Smith, the General Manager, who after a 3 minute discussion of the issue, made it right and committed to write me a check back for the mistake, take the truck back, and give me back my trade in. Warren's actions epitomize the way things should have been done. The dealership should be embarrassed by Jason Bain's actions and the way he speaks to customers. Sadly, I will NEVER deal with Herrin Gear....and will be telling this story to every one I know because it is hard to fathom someone speaking to a customer this way. So far, every time I tell this story, people just looked back and me and literally drop their jaw that someone at a dealership would talk to me this way.Btw, I have been an executive in the customer service arena for a long time. I know what service is...and what it is not. Telling a customer that you are pissing down their throat is over the top. Herrin Gear should be ashamed.

Very stressful. About 3 weeks ago my request to check sunroof for leakage was ignored. Maintenance check instead was done & windshield replacement suggested for my 2010 dts Cadillac. No leakage from sunroof. On 3/25 I returned my car due to leaking from sunroof. Also met with Chris (service mgr) about the above issues. And stated to Chris I observed leakage from rear of sunroof. I left my car to be serviced. Yesterday received phone call from Fod leakage found from sunroof rear drains. Which should have been found on first visit. Communication about service/labor not good as well.

Actually, you get no stars but since its not an option...You knew what the issue was when the appt was set. However, 3 weeks later at the appt, I was told that there's been a lot of trail blazers being brought in for the same issue/exact same thing which baffles me bc you kept my vehicle overnight only to tell me that you needed to order the part for it. If you knew what the issue was 3 weeks prior to the appt and knew that other owners were bringing their trail blazers back for the exact same issue, then why wasn't the part ordered the day the appt was set?

No one could tell me the hourly rate without dividing the hours into the charge. I was told it was 159.99/hr. That didn t calculate correctly. Then they said it s variable depending on the expertise of the mechanic, they couldn t tell me that either. I asked for the booster that was removed, they said ok, but when I picked it up they said it was thrown out. They said they steamed cleaned the leak area, but I smell the leaked fluid on the motor. I suspect the booster that was lost is still on the truck and the gasket, o-ring or hoses that was leaking was replaced.. unless the part had a crack in it , the leak wouldn t have been from the part that cost over $800. To fix. I won t bring my truck back to Herrin Gear for repairs again. Mr Herrin was a nice man. I got to talk to him several times down at his old horse barn. He impressed me as an honest hard working man. That s why I was comfortable bringing my truck here. That was a long time ago.

Dropped car off on a Tuesday for what should ve been an oil change w/ tire rotation and repair of two door handles. On Thursday afternoon I had to call b/c I d received no follow-up on the status of my vehicle. The service advisor stated It s been ready. I think I called you the other day. When asked if he d left a message, his reply was No. I guess I could have . Upon coming to pick up my vehicle and paying $960 (this is post paying $6900 just 12 months prior for other repairs) my dashboard had a tire sensor notification on it which was not present at drop off. The service advisor did immediately address that issue and had a technician go and inflate the tires appropriately, but why is this an issue when I ve been told my vehicle is ready to go . Also, while being serviced the technician found that an evap hose had disconnected causing my check engine light to be on since almost immediately after the $6900 service prior to the current one. Now, within FOUR days of picking the vehicle up and spending nearly $1000 my check engine light is back on AGAIN. I ve spent nearly $10,000 in 2 years with your service department just to have to keep returning and being told more money is needed which I feel is a trap in itself.

My experience at this dealership was horrible. First of all, they never answer the phone. I left a voice mail twice and they did not call back. I had to catch a ride to the dealership every time I went up there. The maintenance department kept my car for over 3 weeks. They did not offer to give me a loaner car so I asked and was told that they didn t have anymore. I checked every single week to see if they had one and I was always denied a loaner car. Over the 3 weeks, they did nothing to my car. When I finally decided to go retrieve my car to take it elsewhere, the manager did tried to convince me to let them keep it. I politely declined and asked for my car back.. I still had to pay 190$ for absolutely nothing. Additionally, there was not a crack in my windshield when I took it there but when I received it back I noticed on the way home there was a crack . I called immediately and of course they did not answer so I had to leave a voicemail. I called again the next day and of course no one answered again. So, I will have to find time once again to go back up there and tell the department about my windshield. My experience at this dealership was the absolute worst! I will never in my life recommend this dealerships maintenance department to anyone.

I just wanted to say that this is the the 4th car that we have purchased from Herrin-Gear and it is always a great experience. We had Nathan who was absolutely awesome who rolls out the red carpet everytime that we come into town. I would definitely recommend Herrin-Gear to friends and family.

Herrin-Gear has had my truck for a month now. Paid for a new transmission. The new transmission doesnt work. Will not replace with another one, they keep spending time on why the "new one" is not working. ITS BEEN A MONTH!

I live 45 minutes from the dealership. All the way from Elicia, the sales person, to Frank, the General Manager, worked with me extensively via text and phone calls instead of my making repeated trips to the dealership in make the deal. I am ESPECIALLY pleased with the 0% 36-month term financing Jamie was able to find through GM Financial. I was fully prepared to pay $75k cash. Instead, I can now leave $55k in savings making 5.25% interest and make manageable monthly payments. I was able to speak with Chris in the Service Department regarding the ins and outs of my first diesel vehicle knowing he would have the particular expertise in the technical aspects of the vehicle. He was very hospitable and helpful in my selection. Purchased my previous truck at 15 years ago at Herrin Gear. Current truck is intended to be my retirement last truck . If I do purchase another, it will be from Herrin Gear.

The service department are incompetent. 1month ago my mother took her vehicle to get a diagnosis for a clicking sound when she turn her wheels. They told her it was the breaks it came up to be 500 dollars to repair. Did not fix the problem. She left only to find out a month later it was the front axle. Charged her $600 to fix it no since of concern and the manager sod replied with arrogant remarks. Do better

I would like to state that the customer service that was extended to me from the service department was the most professional I have ever experienced. It started with Fod Fullerton who showed what helping people in need is first and foremost. My transmission went out on a Saturday and the shop was closed he came in to do some personal thing but instead open up got my truck documented and ready for Monday. I can t explain how stressed I was but he made the whole situation no so bad. Also Chris who made sure my truck was ready to go so I did not miss that much work due to I live in NC and had to drive back to Mississippi to get my truck. Thanks for make that nightmare not so bad by making me feel like someone was on my side and not just another number in the shop

I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment for an oil change and brake inspection. My advisor was Jonathan McKissack. Jonathan was very polit and he explained the issue with my brakes in a professional manner. Overall, my experience was excellent.

Came for a schedule routine service but now all of my tires are reading from the sensor. Now I have to take more time out of my work day to go back and get it back working. This particular location is terrible about doing things properly and in a timely manner. I ve been given the run around since the very first day I got my new car. Robert was absolutely no help to me and my grandmother after we signed the papers he ignored all of our concerns and never responded back to anything. I guess that s a salesman for you. And this is to say the very least. James Archie is great about getting things handled. The staff just seems lost or unable to help everytime I have to come up here. I ve never left with my problems solved.

On 1/19/23, I brought my 2013 Silverado (mileage 103,970) in because the check engine was on. It was determined that the Vent Solenoid was faulty. Cost of service $424.65. The check engine light came on again less than a month after this visit. I called the week of 7/17/23 and made an appointment to returned on 7/25/23 (mileage 105,732) to have the Check engine light and a tune up since it was over 100K miles, thinking that this may be part of the problem. I dropped it off at 7:30am with the impression that it would be ready about 1 pm. I tried to call at noon to see if the truck was ready, left a message and it was not returned. My wife returned to Herrin Gear and waited for the truck at 1 pm. No one was around to answer any questions. She called the phone number on the business card that was given to us. No answer and no return call. Finally about 3 pm, she finds out that the service tech was not finished with the tune up and there was no qualified service tech to look at the Check engine light. This would require the truck to be left overnight. We live in Flora and was told the courtesy vehicle will not transport her home. My wife had to find someone who was not working to transport her to Flora. I repeatedly called on 7/26 to see about the progress but the service advisor did not answer or return my phone calls. I was able to get a ride to Jackson at 4:30 and discovered that the truck had not been worked on. Excuse was short staffed, no qualified tech available. I was not happy and let my service advisor know it. We were called the next day (7/27) telling us that it was ready. My wife picked it up and was told that the check engine light was off and it was not determined what the cause was for the check engine light. He graciously told us that there was no charge for that. Cost of a tune up $758.85. (seems a little bit expensive). The Check Engine light came on again on 8/3/23. One week later. I really do not have the confidence in Herrin Gear service department any more. I had purchased five vehicles from Herrin Gear in the past but do not believe I will do so in the future.Below is: I agree that GM or the dealership can publish my response. You have my permission as well as Twitter, Yelp, Instagram and Facebook.

We brought our 2022 chevy due in to the service department due to our GPS not working and was told that it was an onstar module that needed to be changed. It has been well over a month, and the problem has not been resolved. Our rep Fod helped us as best he could and we appreciate him but the problem still remains.

We were stranded due to a broken windshield wiper arm and traveling during a stormy time. Herron-Gear fixed the car in under 2 hours and told me it was under recall so I owed $0.Excellent service. Thank you for getting us back on the road.

I was very disappointed that I asked for specific services, as required and recommended per my vehicle's record of maintenance. However, when I received my keys and began to depart the complex, I noticed (as I am certain the techs must have) that the "change air filter" and "change cabin filter" indicators were still flashing. These were 2 of the specific maintenance needs I asked for and presented coupons/discounts for. So of course I had to bring the truck right back to shop, since I live in Indianola, MS and wait even longer for this service. I felt that shop management could & should have done by way of righting this error and the extra 1.5 hrs I lost with more than the "1/2 off" discount that I HAD TO INSIST UPON. The actual service personnel (NOT the cashier), however were very pleasant and professional in demeanor.

Our experience at Herrin-Gear was phenomenal. Our salesman, KD made us feel welcome upon greeting us. He jumped right into action and answered every question that we had for him even before we started any paperwork. KD told us he was going to make the process smooth and less stressful as possible. He did just that. I never experienced that before. KD was awesome and I commend him for a job well done along with his manager. Thanks for making our experience a great one!
