The best service center in town. Please see my post on the great service I got on my 2018 Nissan Altima at Zero $ cost! Thanks Chris Farley and Crew! They checked and found my car was still under factory warranty!

I didn't have an appointment, but was welcomed with no problem. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this facility!

Google map gave me wrong directions to Brandon gray Daniels. After arriving just barely on time at Jackson's parts division I was able to collect part previously ordered at half the price Brandon's parts dept gave me. Did want to call other branch for correct part #, no sympathy, no excuses, no explanations, just NO. USE JACKSON BRANCH FOR BETTER COURTEOUS SERVICE & 1/2 the cost of same dealer of branch of next county over. RIDICULOUS. Thank you JACKSON Gray Daniels!

The service dept at this dealership is always incredibly busy, however, the service dept personnel have always been prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional.The service advisor Dean and the young lady who works beside him (young lady I do deeply apologize for forgetting your name) have always been outstanding. That is why I continue to come back.

I wish there was a way to turn off the fake shifts on the cvt. The transmission is supposed to be smooth not randomly jerk you into the dashboard then tug you back with inconsistent pull because of the fake shifting.
