I had to have my transmission replaced on my 2018 Altima last week. Today, 2/22/24, I took a 6 hour road trip without any problems.Chris Farley and his crew did a great job & they checked and found out that my car is still under factory warranty. I paid Zero $! I m a happy customer and driver! Thanks guys!

No point in scheduling an appointment, you will be waiting regardless. Oil change s, while overpriced, will come with a side of arrogance and sarcasm from the service writer. This dealership has an awesome sales staff but the service center customer service is garbage.

So a scheduled appointment was scheduled for Friday at 1. We arrived and the front desk asked, we said the car sent an email saying something was not correct about the battery, and we thought it had an oil leak.He said, so you are leaving it for next week. I said no sir, we are expecting to bring it in and get it looked at. He said well you can t expect to get it looked at on a Friday at 1. Umm, yes sir, that is why we scheduled an appointment. Well it can t be done on a Friday at 1. So I said, why is there an spooning Trent scheduled for Fridays at 1 if clearly it can t be looked at. I don t expect you to fix it, I expect you to look at it and let me k ow what s exactly wrong. I don t think I d trust you all to fix my 2020 blazer. But with a warranty, I expect you to do your job.He ended the conversation by saying that he could schedule a time next week, so I said obviously not, take. Off work twice for you is unacceptable.

I was told to come back if I had any problems after they repaired my Camaro. Several months later when I noticed something that wasn't quite right and I swung by without an appointment, they took my car back immediately and the repair was finished in around 15 minutes.

Had a small issue with my new 23 tahoe which had nothing to do with grey Daniels it was a manufacture problem we contacted our local dealer who told us it would be a week before they could look at it LOOK AT IT so we contacted the great folks where we made our purchase we live two hours away they were most helpful sent a wrecker to pick it up and diagnosed and fix the problem within a day within a day and a half I m back in my new ride I ll for sure buy again from GREY DANIELS great sales plus great service after the sale that went above and beyond to get us back on the road great job guys thanks againService: General repairs & maintenance

Normally you read bad reviews of angry customers who didn't get there way and decided not to go to a particular place. However this is not the case for this particular business. As of today they will no longer receive my service. I went in on a scheduled appointment only to be ignored and given the run arounds and was several lies. If I had of been told from the beginning that a service technician was not going to be able to meet my scheduled appointment because he had 5 cars to complete from the previous day I would've understood. However I was not told that in the beginning was there waiting for a simple diagnostic report from 8:30am-3pm. This was the WORST SERVICE I have ever received from Gray Daniel's Chevrolet.

Good service. Had tires balanced & rotated but a screw is still in my tire that was there prior to rotation. No attention to detail
