I stopped there this morning because I had picked up a nail in my tire as I was leaving Jackson to continue on my cross-country trip. It was early in the morning, and I was worried that I would not be able to get any help but the gentlemen at Gateway were amazing. I was immediately helped and on the road in less than a half hour. I greatly appreciated the quick service and quality work.

I got an alignment. I can't remember the guys name that helped me. He was very friendly. I have no complaints. I would recommend this place for car services.

I was from out of state needing a set of tires. The guys at Gateway gave me a great price on a full set of tires. They delivered as promised and had me on my way in no time. Thanks again guys.

Awful Awful!! I requested a diagnostic test and they did not complete one; therefore, I paid for something that WAS NOT CAUSING THE PROBLEM! A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. THE cashier was rude and did not want to listen. It wasn't until afterwards did he test drive my car! I waited 5 hours for them to tell me what they could have did in 30 min. Overall, I took my car to another mechanic and he discovered i needed brake pads/rotors as well.How was that NOT in my car report?? GATEWAY DID NOTHING- OR NO DIAGNOSTIC AND THEIR NEGLIGENCE COULD HAVE CAUSED ME OR SOMEONE ELSE TO GET HURT!! GATEWAY DID NOT BOTHER TO EVEN TAKE MY TIRES OFF BC THE ZIP TIES WERE STILL ON MY HUBCAP! SHAMEFUL BUSINESS... DON'T GO OR SEND YOUR CAR. NEVER DID A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY CAR AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL....SAFETY STILL DOES MATTER!! LYNCH ST. LOCATION

The Branch on Lynch St. Really takes care of me when I need service done! Excellent customer service! Those guys are awesome! I wouldn't have anyone else seeing after my tires! Hands down! Excellent place to have service done to your vehicle!

I went in to get a new set of tires and spoke with Lawrence. He definitely knows what customer service is all about. He genuinely cared about helping me choose the right tires for my truck and at a great price. I will definitely be purchasing all of my tires from Gateway Tire in the future.

Gateway gave HONEST feedback on the vehicle! The parts arrived as quoted. They only specified the needed services and did not try to recommend extra, unnecessary repairs. They were clear stating what I needed and did not need. It's refreshing to go to a car repair place where the people don't try to get over or bamboozle, especially women. My aunt spoke highly of them as well! Very pleased!!!

Quick and friendly service. Needed a tire patched on our camper and they had no problems accommodating our rig. In and out in less than 20 minutes.

Worst experience ever in life. Waste 3 hours of my time to get absolutely nothing done to my car. People was getting put in front of me. No communication or update on anything.... never again

Was driving from LR, AR to Mobile, AL when I had a low tire warning come on just outside of Yazoo City. I stopped and added air, but pressure kept dropping. I stopped here and Lawrence took excellent care in getting the nail out and getting me back on the road in no time. These were brand new tires that I purchased before I left town (just so I wouldn t have to worry, sigh). Thank you Lawrence!! I highly recommend this tire store!

The guy they have working today must not want to be at work today. I need 2 new tires but I'm only getting one because of the price. We have gotten tires here before and it wasn't as expensive. I guess because I'm female they taking advantage. I will send my husband next time. Geez

I couldn't believe it when they told me that is was NO charge for repairing my tire that had a nail in it. I thank God for that. Good customer sevice is rare these days. I'm so thankful I went there. It was closer to me. I am over joyed. Thank you so much.Gateway Tires and Services.

Excellent service. Great deal on 2 new tires. I didn't even have to wait long to have them put on. I was in and out in about an hour.

My first time using the service was great which is why I went back a second time but my experience the second time was horrible. I called a day in advance for a tire, got there when they told me to come & the tire wasn t even there. Was told to come back the next day, got there & the tire still wasn t ready. Just overall a bad experience & lost me as a customer for the way they handled the situation.

I would definitely call before I come next time. Seems like the only guy that changes oil went to lunch. It was over a 2 1/2 hour wait before my car went to the back.

Adequate, but slow. Prices tend to fluctuate depending on who you speak to. But, quality of products are good, and warranty good. Sales associate knowable.

Poor customer service I took my SUV in twice now to get a flat tire repaired and a tire rotation the first time one of the tires was not repaired and the tires was not rotated this time one of the tires was repaired but still no tire rotation was done I will never use gateway for new tires again next time I need new tires I will use Walmart

The guys in the shop great but guy in the office that drives a white Tahoe r suburban need to work on his customer service skills pulled up with no consideration for people standing n driveway

Brand new inner tube Had 5 hole (pin) in upon purchase. Manager wouldn t do anything about . This is just one incident in dealing with the manager .

I purchase my grandson a tire in Nov. last year he brought it back because the tire was wore after 6 months.Your rotten sales just because he sit behind a desk does not know how to talk to people if you are not a people person you should not have accepted the job that you have a little authority sometimes goes to your head because he had forgot the phone number the tire I purchase for him in my account you did not have to treat him like I had bought it from someone on the street from someone hey if you do not have customer service skills you are in the wrong business talk to people the way you would want someone to talk to you.
