I ve tried multiple other companies in town, but they all always tried to oversell me or charge a fortune for the work. Freemans stands behind their work, they are fair and do really good work. I take my personal and work vehicles there and they have always taken good care of them. I won t go anywhere else in town if I can help it.

Called for a quote and to talk with a MECHANIC about my vehicle..the so called receptionist said they don't give quotes over the phone and she couldn't take a mechanic off a job so I said okay then she asked WHAT'S WRONG With IT as if she's QUALIFIED to answer my questions on the vehicle so for kicks I told her then she says it could be anything wrong with the car lol I tried not to say a bad word to this that's why I wanted to talk to a MECHANIC in the first place..why would I pay a tow truck to a shop just to tell me a bush of mess in person when they can tell me over the phone and me not having to come out the pocket for a tow truck just to have it towed back to my house that's ridiculous and I'm glad she did this so if she's like this then they're all like this..happy no money wasted and won't be not with this auto shop BAD Business here people

My serpentine belt broke on my car and I was able to get a tow and service for less than I expected! Great service and I would highly recommend. They got me back on the road the next day!

Would not fix my vehice because I had the parts, And did not buy them from Freeman auto repair. That's crazy.I guess everybody's money's not good money there.

I trusted Freeman's Auto Repair to figure out why smoke and noise was coming from the engine of my '08 Honda Accord. Although they repaired the oil leak the noise was still there. Later I found out they replaced a part that wasn't causing the issue with my car and that part cost me over $500. Although I told them the part had recently been replaced. I had to pay someone to fix what was really causing the noise and that cost me another $350. Thank God I found someone that would put the part on for me because it would have been another $500+ if I took it to another shop. I also found out they left a screw out of my valve cover and didn't place the oil filter on correctly, so the car was still smoking. So now I have to get another oil change and that's another $65 or $70. I was so stressed out trying to understand why they didn't do a diagnostic test on my car. I took it to Advance Auto they used a simple machine and diagnosed the issue for free. Now the noise is gone, and my motor is quiet. I didn't waste my time taking it back because I knew they would charge me instead of owning up to their errors. When I spoke with Mr. Freeman over the phone several times, he never said a word about making this right. Freeman has always done good work but after this I'm finding me a new mechanic and won't be utilizing their shop again.Service: Engine repair

While pointing his overly greased index finger at the tired battery that was hooked up to what was most certainly the megatron of battery chargers, Thad said confidently, "I cannot condem that battery!" This is the most honest garage you are going to find.

Today on Monday, August 28 at 11:00 AM I called them for a question and they were very rude over the phone and I just called for a quote. This is supposed to be a top-of-the-line place, but I can t get top-of-the-line service

I ve used Freeman s auto repair for years. You can TRUST that they will be honest with you and do the work right the first time. Took my car to Freeman s for a repair. From the start with a quote, the individuals I talked to were professional, quick to get back to me, and reasonably priced. I took my car in to get serviced first thing the next morning. As they worked, they ran into multiple issues with the repair because my car wanted to be difficult - not them. Freddy s communication with me was great! He updated me along the way with each thing that happened, explained it in a way I could follow, and the steps they were going to take to ensure they fixed the issue. They persisted and got the job done. Price was more than original quote because of the challenges my car threw at them led to more labor hours and an additional part, which Freddy explained to me. Price was still reasonable and I think I would have paid much more had I gone somewhere else. I felt they were very honest, professional, and fair priced. Appreciate you guys!-the (not so) proud owner of the Altima that had you guys all frustrated lol thank you!

Took my 05 Accord here for a check engine light and because I'm about to start driving 1,000 miles a week and need the car in good shape. The mechanics we're knowledgeable and I was kept in the loop throughout the day. Felt like I got an honest opinion of what needed to be done. Service was reasonably/competitively priced.I'll be coming back for future work for sure.

We have been a loyal customer for many years, even refer people - until now! The best part of your company was always great service, top notch repairs at reasonable and fair costs. Today we were charged for 5 hours of labor that only took ONE hour to install a $50 part - total cost of $500!! We understand you need to make a profit, but not when you over price your work - that's never happened to us before, that's why we were loyal customers. Not anymore! We won't be back!UPDATE: It took a little time to get back with us - but you did. Thank you for the apology, and the chance to redeem the repair that ended up wasn't done properly. You have regained my husbands faith in you. Whom ever takes over from what you have established needs to keep in mind that faithful customers treated well will keep you in business.

Freeman employees and owner are the most professional, courteous and sincerest folks I have ever taken my vehicle to.They checked my vehicle's brakes, and let me know that I didn't need to replace my brakes. Probably got about 30,000 more miles to go before I need brakes.In my opinion, other shops like Firestone or Goodyear would have raked me over the coals and insisted that I pay for an expensive unnecessary brake repair.I highly recommend Freeman's Auto Service, and I definitely will utilize them again, and again.ChuckService: Brakes

I really trust this place. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable, and friendly. Yesterday I brought my car in because it was leaking something. They weren't able to look at it immediately because others cars were ahead of mine, so I decided to wait it out at a nearby hotel restaurant. The secretary dropped me off so I wouldn't have to walk in the heat! Little things like that make me feel like they appreciate their customers. That, and the service, of course, is fantastic.

The best of the best auto repair shop in the Jackson area. Their greatest strength is in the knowledge and proficiency of what they do best, but the part that keeps me going back to them for every car issue is their honesty and unwillingness to charge you no more than the actual issue itself. They would tell you that some things cannot be fixed if they can t, instead of like other repair shops (such as Firestone or Mavis) who tries to find every thing they can find an excuse for replacements. Other shops will replace things until it works, and charge you a fortune that you were not prepared for. Their incentive is not you, but their commission! However, Freeman Auto Repairmen are like doctors for our cars. They can diagnose very well and address the issue without having to replace the 10 different issues other than what you came in for.LTDR; They are honest, family run business with excellent knowledge and experiences for your car s repair needs.

I have always had a great experience with Freeman s auto. The staff is very knowledgeable about the auto repair industy. The employees at Freeman s have always been very professional and trustworthy in there approach to diagnose and repair my vehicles. I took my 2010 Honda Odyssey in for AC repair. After diagnosis they told me that the ac compressor AND condenser needed to be replaced. The folks at Freeman Auto were great and I am back to chilling (literally) in my mini. FYI my repair cost was $1300.

They have taken great care of me. I got my wheel bearing and my condenser changed. Have your coins saved up though. The price is worth the work tho.

I've taken my cars to Freddie Freeman for over 35 years. He is THE best. If anything, he treats you too fairly. Freemans will tell you what the problems are, what the options are and what they will and won't do. Pricing is always absolutely fair, and if there is anybody I know with more integrity than Freddie Freeman, I don't know who it is. Freemans is always the best, first choice.

Mazda pickup truck was out of commission. They could have taken advantage of my situation, but instead were COMPLETELY HONEST and fixed it right. It's much better to have the job done right here - for a fair price - than to go somewhere else. If I return to Jackson, this is certainly the shop of my choosing. Take care.

I am from Oklahoma and needed my a.c. charged.....I looked and everywhere I looked they were overpriceing and I knew it was more affordable......I didn't give in and kept searching and found my destiny here!!The LORD IS GREATER THAN GOOD AND IT WAS A HONOR TO MEET A GENTLEMAN LIKE MR.FREEMAN..ITS WAS FAST...ACCURATE... AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY.....AL$O..THE PRICE WAS RIGHT LIKE I KNEW IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LIKE IN OKLAHOMA.......GOD KEEP BLESSING MR.FREEMAN AND HIS STAFF ASWELL HIS FAMILY AND ALL WHO SUPPORT HIS business he has held on to since his dad passed him the baton..His legacy has inspired me to empower my children to keep the family heritage...thank you....Joe Surman & FAMILY!!!!!!!
