I purchased the whole set in 2022, my car had 80,000 miles on it when I took it back to get tires rotated they said I needed more tires at 80,800 miles I only put 8,000 miles on them plus they sold me a set of tires that had been sitting in there from year 2020 which means they were not fresh tires, keep in mind I had been taking my vehicle to get tires rotate an no one ever said anything, I wouldn't recommend firestone to anyone they don't honor or value they consumers safety at all.

Garbage service,I took off work to get front end alignment done,got My truck towed up there stay up there all day just for them to tell me that they can't do it,and plus the technician that suppose to inspect my truck stole change and a part out my truck,I wouldn't recommend them to not even service a bicycle....

The place desperately needs more employees. The staff that are there range from non chalant to extremely great! Depends on whom you get to help you. ... please firestone.. hire more people, and train them. Tks.

I called ahead and asked for an appointment and was told to come on in immediately for an oil change. I waited an hour; and no one spoke to me or did the oil change. They just didn't care if I had service or not. Very disappointed

I had a blowout on my trailer today. Finally found some tires here. Sent my wife to get them. The lady said the tire guy was on break and he be back at 4;30 but they close at 5p.m.Then wanted to charge $20 bucks to put the tire I bought on the rim. This is hwy robbery. Firestone you should be ashamed.Service: TiresService: Tires

Can I give this place six stars? Stanley saved us by staying an hour past close on a Saturday night to fix our destroyed tire after we hit a road hazard on I-20. Had he not done that, we would have been stranded in Jackson until Monday morning and missed a big chunk of an important family trip in Texas. That level of service goes beyond five star service and we can't thank him enough.Whoever Stanley gets reviewed by, take note. This man deserves a raise.

I have been to multiple Firestone s and this one by far has been the best! I made a last minute appointment and they fit me in their schedule for that day. Upon arrival the service advisor (Mr. Stanley) was professional and helpful. He kept all customers informed of their cars status at all time. The service was super quick and they fixed all issues I had from a previous Firestone (Madison, MS) visit. I recommend going to this Firestone if you are in the Jackson area!

Stopped by on our way from Texas to Florida because we had a low tire pressure reading. Without hesitation, Joe checked the pressure and filled it up. Great service and I really appreciated it!

It does not take 4 hours to put a new tire on a car, especially if I m the only customer here. The ONLY reason i came to firestone is because I have road hazard warranty on my tires, and the price goes up everytime I have to get a new one. I was not informed when I bought them it would do that, I was told it would be free for tire replacement. I ve never had good service at this establishment. Hire new people who know what they re doing and will tell the customers things they need to know.

Fast and perfect work! I didn't know it was possible to have my car this well balanced after changing all four tires. They were extremely respectful to me as a woman, which is always a worry when going to the mechanic by myself. They didn't push anything and the price was amazing!

This location DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I will advise if you have a Mercedes DO NOT take your car for an oil change. My mother (elderly lady) took her car there soon as it opened. My mother did not get out of there until almost 11 for an oil change. She comes out they give her her paperwork did not tell her anything. My mother later see about 5 minutes after the guy that worked on her car wrote she has a ( minor oil leak), in which she hasn t had on top of the fact YOU did not tell her You wrote it on the paper. That is not all they did not reset her oil light told her that they couldn t do it. Ok before that months ago I took my c300 there and same thing happens besides minor oil leak, I went day after day to get my oil meter reset spoke with MoD at the time still nothing. Now I do not stay with my mother so had I known she needed her oil changed I would ve told her don t go there! Now after my mom was done seen that on the paper called me, I called there and spoke with MOD Stanley now Mr Stanley did grasp the fact that their job was not properly done at all and I had an issue when brought my car and Mr Jerry Young is the one that worked on my mother s car I voiced to him I do not like the way business was handled with an elderly lady whom is my mother. And I also told him why touch a Mercedes if you don t know what your doing?, he stated to me that they have worked on one before and was able to change the meter correctly, that s when I told him that s funny because you did me the same way and then he looked in the system and realized ohhhh ok. Now I m saying this DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR MERCEDES AT ALL I will be calling Ms Tenna to speak about this location and I will be watching this all of a sudden mysterious leak that was sneakingly wrote on a piece of paper for an elderly lady not to see

Was excellent customer service. Recent shuffling around of mainstay employees has lead to a dropp off "old school personal touch" as well as not being as thorough. In general it's still a good and functioning service center, just not the well oiled machine it used to be.

The complaint is not on the staff. They got me in and out quick when we broke down pulling out 5th well. The complaint I'd up charge on parts set by corporate. Charged $502.00 for a $202.00 part. They would not let me bring in the part my self and could not drive the truck so they had me. Still waiting on corporate a month later.

Worst experience I ve ever had ! I stop there bc I had a flat tire ! I walked in the girl that works there didn t even care when I walked in after 5 minutes she finally got up with a mean look to help me I purchased 4 tires after 1 hour 30 min finally they get done with my tires after 30 min of driven my tire sensor wasn t working they broke the tire sensor this will be the last time I spend money with this company

Extremely slow service, at the Jackson location, on hwy 80. I was one of only three people, inside. After waiting an hour, they had only changed 2 tires on 1 car. That's a 20min procedure. They either need more employees, or some that can move in a more timely manner.

I'll never go back to this place again. I like the store manager I interacted with while I was there, but my experience with the guys actually doing the work was suspect at best.When I first visted them I was hearing some noises on my frontend, they told me I needed to change my struts and some other parts. Before they were done with the job I was told that they were wrong and the struts were fine. A few days later I started hearing the noise again, I had a mechanic a guy from my office recommended look at into it. He said my struts were bad, the same struts Firestone said were fine; he even showed me the strut and it had grease coming out of it. To be fair I complained to Firestone about the whole thing and the store manager reimbursed me what I paid the other mechanic to have the work done.I had 12 month warranty on the alignment I did with them the first time they looked on my car, so I took it back to them to have it aligned after the struts were changed. They told me I needed tires because the front ones had broken radial belts. I decided to get a second opinion from another place that told me nothing was wrong with my tires. I had Firestone recheck the tires a week later and they found nothing wrong with them! One minute they tell me my tires are bad, the next minute nothing is wrong with them!If you are not doing something as simple as an oil change. Stay away from this place. I don't trust any report that their technicians write.

Went an got an alignment only and got my truck back the engine started tapping and knocking. What they did I have no clue but wouldn't own up to it.

Randy and his staff are excellent people to work with on issues with your vehicle. My mother and I were traveling to Tampa, FL and broke down. Randy found us a place to stay, drove us to the hotel, picked us up when the vehicle was ready the next day. He also made sure we were informed as to the status of the vehicle throughout the day. Randy is a great shop manager and he creates an environment of respect with his workers which creates a pleasant environment for everyone in the shop! Once again...THANK YOU, Randy for everything you did to help our vacation get back on the road.

I went to firestone to get them to correct a balancing problem I'd had with another tire company just few miles down the road from them only to find that their tire installers or technicians did the same thing to my tires that the previous company had done....they didn't bother to take the old weights off the rims and instead STACKED the weights on top of old weights causing the tires to wobble and vibrate at high speeds because they were unbalanced. I can not afford to return to firestone for future service due to the cost and because they don't value customer safety if they cut corners in balancing tires.

The technician was a great person that I have worked with for years. However I tried to call Firestone customer service to receive coupons since my email address changed. The customer service representative wouldn't take my email address.

Worst experience ever. All I wanted was my tire changed and was told it would be 5:00 when they could get to it! Really??! The hours clearly stated the business closes at 5 so what the heck? There were only 2 customers and 3, vehicles at the place so why would it be 4 hours to change a tire?!!! I will never return for services at this business!
