These people are very professional friendly and kind. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing and the prices aren t bad at all. If you want your car or truck fixed right the first time. This is the place to go.

A first experience is the always the best experience for a company. Customer driven and satisfaction was given. Went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Mike at Express Care is an absolute lifesaver!I needed to have my son s vehicle quickly inspected and repaired before he made a road trip. Mike assessed the car, ran the codes, found a few minor issues that I had been aware of and corrected them for a more than fair price!If you re a parent looking for a trustworthy mechanic for your college student, this is the WAY to go!!!!!Thanks Mike!

If I could give this place a 1,000 stars I would ! They deserve the Most professional, friendly service, above and beyond Business Award !They are phenomenal !!! Extremely welcoming, friendly, clean shop, the waiting area is the best I ve ever seen hands down. They even change the Tv channels for us as well as making sure we where comfortable and had food. Highly recommend Express Tire Automotive in Jackson, Ms ! You will not be disappointed! I was in transit to move to Shreveport La, my rear tire started spewing grease. They had the most pleasant waiting room and atmosphere... Everyone was friendly and professional... They got us fixed up and allowed my animals and us to rest while we watched Netflix in the waiting area... Highly recommend... Wonderful atmosphere and very clean and welcoming...

This is a Great place with efficient service. Owner (Mr. Mike)was very professional and precise. He also has pool and a nice waiting area for the guest. A1+ service!! I went to Express Automotive on a referral and it was the BEST decision!! My brakes were squeaking and squealing like crazy. Mike got me in and out in less than an hr. His repair service and customer service are awesome! He even did a follow up call Not to mention reasonable pricing!! I will definitely be returning if I need any car repair services in the future! I purchased 2 new tires for my Silverado truck. They were not in stock, they had to be ordered. The tires came in the next. I received a call to come in and the new tires were installed promptly. I am satisfied with the purchase price and the service .

This Place is definitely the solution to your automotive needs .I was stressed trying to find out the solution to my Honda Accord stalling to crank and loss of power and this place seemed to fall from Heaven. Everything was great the atmosphere was comfortable and very nice with great workers. Mike showed concern was knowledgeable and was very professional I highly recommend this place. I recently had my 2010 Acadia repaired by this marvelous automotive shop.. the previous mechanic had my truck in a mess but, I had my suv towed to this shop on a Friday my suv was ready that following Monday. These guys are great, friendly and very professional. Express Care Automotive is PHENOMENAL!! My daughter was having issues with her vehicle and discovered this . The owner/manager( Mike) was Superb. He was knowledgeable on all of our concerns and needs. He was proficient in all aspects of the job. He was very attentive as well as his fellow employees. The service was faster than Express it was " STAT " Care. We were in and out in less than an hour and that timeframe also included our consultation. I definitely recommend Express Care Automotive for any of your automotive services. This is my NEW to-go-to location for all my vehicle malfunctions. My experience at Express Care Automotive was beyond great!!! The customer service was awesome and pricing was more than reasonable...not only that, staff made me feel that what was wrong with my vehicle they valued it and was very extremely patient with me...I as well received my car in a decent time and appreciated the great honesty that was given to me...I HIGHLY recommend ANYONE to go there and get your Car cared for, the name speaks for itself just as well as the staff!!! This business is horrible. The people are very nice but not good mechanics. They have " fixed" my car twice to the amount of $600 and it is still having the same problem as before I bought it to them. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I am a single mother with a terminally ill child and my car is my lifeline. I was not offered a refund and was only told to "take it to the dealership" which I can't afford since I gave this place all my money. Shame on them. My car due not have that high mileage. You are a liar! You should offer a full refund!

Good, honest mechanics! I took my car in to be serviced and I was extremely pleased. They got me in quickly, the prices were great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy. They entire staff were very professional & polite. They went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had great conversations with the owner Mike & Erica at the front desk. Even found out that Erica was also an Army Vet. So of course we definitely shared some of our Army memories. This is definitely the nicest auto shop I ve ever been to. My tire hazard light was on, so I stopped here to see if they were able to check the tire for me. The young man was so kind. They checked the tired, told me what was wrong and took care of it for me. I decided to get my oil changed while I was there. They provided awesome customer service. The waiting room and restroom were very clean. You won t regret doing business here. I am grateful!
