HORRIBLE customer service. Came by to get a tire. She informed me she didn t have a tech in but I could come at 9 in the morning to put one on. I called in to work, didn t go early to another tire service because of it - only to show up at 9 and be told he couldn t do it. Not a single other person in the office nor did she inform me that he would have to do it towards the close of day. You can not operate a business like that. I tried to support local as they are right by my house but I will return using places with more reputable service.

Excellent prices on tires, but their process is unconventional. I paid in full on Wednesday morning and my appointment was the next day at 7:00 pm.
