I would never advise anyone to service the select body shop at that for my insurance carrier. Troy in management is very rude & disrespectful . You will not be informed of anything in regards to your vehicle , only shop issues. The receptionist didn t know anything beyond my keys where there & that the receptionist for that location had been fired , another employee just came off vacation etc I had to have my car towed again from this unorganized establishment.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I can t begin to explain how overly satisfied I am with the service I received from Katrina and her team! It was my first auto claim and they did not disappoint when they said my car would look like nothing ever happened! They were timely in updates and even finished my car 20 DAYS ahead of schedule I couldn t believe it! They always had cleaned her up inside and out! I would 1000% come back to Service King of Jackson. Thank y all so much!Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience at Service King Jackson. I got into an accident on my way from Texas to Florida and had to leave my car at the closest USAA repair shop which happened to be this Service King. It happened to be on a Saturday and Damion was present at the shop, and waiting for me to drive into town. He was very helpful in explaining how everything would work and helped us get organized and situated as I needed to get to Florida. It took 3 months to repair my car, but every week on Wed and Fri, Katrina who worked at the front desk texted or called me with updates on the repairs. When my car was finished, the manager, Austin, took the time to pick me up from the rental car agency at the airport and take me back to the Service King for my vehicle. They were so nice, helpful, and attentive to my situation which I appreciated. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!Services: Auto windshield repair, Body & Trim

The service from Service King was top notch!! Damion was professional and very helpful. I dropped my Chevy Tahoe off on a Saturday ( super easy check in process ) and it was ready Wednesday. THREE working days!! My truck looks new and the air conditioner works great. They also kept me informed the entire process. The staff was so helpful and kind! Cody and Katrina were really nice to me and I m so glad that I trusted the service of my car to Service King. What was most impressive was the almost daily updates, from Customer Service (Katrina), to keep me apprised of progress/ problems . It is extremely frustrating to have a primary vehicle out of commission , so the effort put forth by Katrina to keep me informed was greatly appreciated especially when it was realized that a critical part, needed to complete the repairs, was on back order ! The actual repairs to the vehicle seem to be of excellent quality only time will tell, but the customer service was appreciably better than expected ! I would recommend this business, to anyone in need of vehicle collision repair especially if Katrina and her backup , Cody, are still there! I took my car to Service King for damage it sustained to the left side. Another body shop told me that the car was totaled. However when I took it to Service King they repaired my vehicle within a week for a significantly less price than the first body shop and it looks good as new. It s been over a week since I picked up my car from Service King and I have no issues or complaints about the work they ve completed. Damion Otto, the Associate Customer Experience Representative, was so kind and professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. Dropped off Subaru after dealership recommend this place. Also know one of the employees at Subaru recently used them for her own car (deer) and had a great experience. Currently waiting on fix to be completed but hope to be happy and update to five stars.Update- after automated notice gave me a two week wait, Carlton called and explained what was found when they took the shell off and told me it may not take so long and reminded me how to tell the difference between the automated updates vs his real updates. Fingers crossed the parts guy can get it done before two weeks is up!Received car back in beautiful condition. Everyone at Service King was so kind and helpful. Will be returning if I ever have a need to do so. Also wonderful that they keep customers updated daily as to current status.

Honest and very professional people they did a outstanding job on my vehicle I can not even tell that anything ever happened. My contact Stuart Murray was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I was kept up to date on everything that was done to my vehicle during the entire process via text message. Really was satisfied with the service and I will always recommend anyone needing damage repair done here. Thanks again Service King :)

I was impressed from the moment I stepped through the door. I was given updates as the repair progressed and given reassurance that I made the right decision in trusting them to perform the repair. Jim is a real asset to Service King and made me feel like a friend. I love the workmanship and highly recommend them.

Very thankful for Service King! I have had to take my car there a couple of times and Heather has been INCREDIBLE!! She notifies me throughout the entire repair process so I know what's going on with my car the whole time! Jim is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure he has satisfied customers!! I won't take my car anywhere else!! THANKS SERVICE KING!!!

When I got my truck fixed, they said I have a warranty on front end and now my alignment is off and hub making noise when I turn I call them to make appointment they said there s no warranty for it. Do not go to this place completely rip off.

I was hit twice from behind in two separate cars, and Service King fixed both. I was really satisfied with their work. I had a glitter paint job on my car, and they matched it up perfectly. I will definitely be using them again for any damage I may have in the future. They keep you updated on the entire process of your vehicle. The entire staff is very professional. I pray I don't need any service in the future, but if I do I will be calling Service King.

I chose this shop due to the high ratings. Went there and was declined for leaving the car there for evaluation cause I have no appointment. Then was told can leave the car there if I sign the contract to get it repaired there. One star for sending messages to me on status (no pictures). Tried a whole week to talk to my case manager but could not get through. I am kept in the dark on my car condition. Hope the insurance company knows this.

Our minivan was hit by another car while parked at our apartment. Nobody left a note to tell us what they did or what they saw. Our auto insurance suggested we use Service King for our repairs. The car is in the shop now we expect it to be finished soon. The service rep we dealt with was very professional and courteous.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Window tinting. I had multiple claims on my vehicle. Service King employees coordinated between my self, my wife, USAA and Enterprise. My wife was in Mississippi and I was in Fort Bliss, Texas. I received daily updates on the progress as it pertained to my vehicle. My wife was pleased with all the cosmetics repair to her vehicle. She is very critical when it comes to her vehicle. Liberty Mutual provides coverage for the lady who ran into the rear of my truck. Liberty mutual asked if I would allow Service King to do the repair, I agreed and I took my truck to them. The repair was completed half the time initially promised to do the job. I was impressed for the amount of time it took and pleased to know that Service King used only new parts on vehicle.Service: Body & Trim

The service reps are less than truthful, they work very slowly while th no regard to the customer and the manager is dishonest and has no concept of right and wrong much less customer service. Just another business that makes huge profits by screwing over the customer. That being said, the workers shoddy especially the tuck on the front end and I had to reconnect one of the lights they "replaced" but wouldn't have dreamed of taking it back there for any reason, especially to fix it hat they messed up originally.

Service King did a nice job of repairing my vehicle. Yet, the vehicle was damaged on the glass, a bad crack was in the windshield which was not on the vehicle when it was brought there. When they were asked about the damage they denied that the crack occurred while in their care. The crack was on the glass when it was given back and they would not take responsibility for their mistake or even insist to help with their blunder.Not pleased.

First time allowing Service King to do a repair on my vehicle and I was truly pleased. The main thing I really enjoyed was that I was up to date on all events that were taking place. Thank you Service King.
