My daughter was in her first and hopefully last car accident while away at college. I was referred to Marcus at Collision King Center and I wasn t disappointed!!! Collision King Center did an excellent job servicing my daughter car. We are extremely satisfied!! Thank you again Marcus !!

Go to them, don t bother looking elsewhere and weighing the pros and cons! My back bumper was hit in a hit and run accident. Coming here was the best thing I could ve done for myself and car! Marcus was personable, hospitable, professional, quick (2DAY REPAIR), and all at a great price! You don t get this type of service too many places these days. They went over and beyond to ensure I had a great experience from communicating with me to communicating with the insurance company! Don t worry, they re experts at this. I didn t know about estimates and things I needed for this situation, but they helped me the entire way. Phil also contacted the rental dealer for me ensuring that I had a reservation. He also went the extra mile to help me turn in the rental and transport me back to my car! I can t express how grateful I am for the service I received here. It was a very smooth, non-stressful transaction! I ll recommend them to any and everyone!Service: Body & Trim

Mark and Mathew are truly pleasant people to work with throughout the whole process. Was in need of a bumper replacement and front left quarter panel repair. They had it back to me in 2 days time, and the paint job matches the rest of the body perfectly. Looks brand new. I was quoted a very reasonable price (unlike other shops around town) and the work done was extremely satisfactory. Highly recommend.

This is a one stop shop . Marcus and the crew did exceptional work on my Mercedes SUV. Very professional customer service, and they knocked it out faster than the insurance company had even expected them to. Marcus at Collision King Center is an excellent worker. He is very honest, humble, dedicated and diligent. He is also reliable, punctual, and passionate about providing excellent service. I recommend Collision King Center to everyone in the Jackson area. My son is a student at Jackson State University and Mr Marcus did an excellent job assisting me and my son after my son's car was totaled. He went above and beyond what was required. I needed my front bumper and left signal light replaced due to hitting a dog. I looked at several body shops, and I'm so glad I chose this one! Marcus told me my car would be ready in 1 day, and it was ready in 1 day! The work that was done is impeccable!! He was a man of his word, and he didn't charge a penny more than what I was quoted! Marcus and his team are very knowledgeable but very professional and do great work! I recently found out that they do mechanicalwork as well! George is the best mechanic and Marcus is the best body and paint guy. Me and my family have been going to Marcus for years and will continue to!

If you're ever in need of Top of the Line quality and professional car repairs, Collision King Center is the place for you to go. This place have never failed my vehicles nor the ones I've referred to him. I love this guys work and I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.. He will always get you back to your original look.

Great place to take your car for body work they did work on my car at half the price I got from other shops. They did a great job fixing my bumper and the paint job on it. I'm already talking with them to get something else worked on and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Fantastic experience with these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I called while out of town and was able to send them pictures of my damage so they could order the parts ahead of time and have a really rapid turn around. Very professional. I met the proprietor, while looking for my son's stolen car. It wasn't there but he was helpful and said would be on the look out for it. I have had work done here several times. Very good at the services they provide!
