I had THE BEST EXPERIENCE here! First off Nina had the most awesome customer service from the beginning til the end when I picked my car up! Chris was also great. They were so accommodating and they made sure to keep me updated every step of the way. They made this process so smooth. I really appreciate the entire staff and my car looks like it did the day I bought it and it was brand new! I highly recommend them! My Mother had an unfortunate minor mishap to her passenger front door of her four door sedan Toyota Camry. Per the other person s insurance company she was able to take the car to Carstar. It was dropped off that morning and later received a phone call asking her to pick it up that afternoon. We were puzzled and complied to go pick it up. Once the car was assessed and found to not be completed in task the directions were to leave the car until the following week due to scheduling, volume and manpower. The following week, upon assessing the work, my mother was very satisfied that the repair was up to standard and that the quality of painted restoration was worthy of the car being made whole again.Kudos goes out to the working Technicians, Staff and Management for recognizing the product in our problem was total miscommunication and the solution was patience and clarity.The Representatives of Carstar Autoworks Collision truly went above and beyond, like the days of old, when they exhibited the reason why they are in business. Which is to serve it s customer in a time of need when their cars are in need of repair. Thank you for your professionalism, your wonderful craftsmanship and the show of fair and descent humanity when the car was picked, up as to the mutually agreement of expectations. My mother s mishap was rectified and made whole.A special acknowledgment to Ms Nina at the front desk, whom reflected he epitome of ambassadorship from beginning to end! What a valued Jewel she is for us customers!

The work was done as it carstar didn t care at all! You could clearly see that the mirror was different from the passenger mirror on my Brand New Truck and it had paint all over it. First class customer service and timely response. I worked with Scott Harris (owner) to replace the front grill filler on my Audi A7 and touch up a few paint chips. My car was handled with care and in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend Scott and his team on any auto body repairs! They were a real pleasure to deal with.

I received Excellent Service at Autoworks Collision Specialists! My truck looks like new after the repairs. Very professional staff that kept me informed during the whole process. Very unprofessional and took the job of fixing my Lexus and did a very poor job fixing plus put new headlights in and now my bright lights don't work........They act as if it's all good after sitting my old headlights on my backseat making impressions in it.......But I blame myself cause I should have took my car to Lexus like I am going to do first thing Monday morning so I can correct what they couldn't get right..........I urge anyone who cares about their vehicle take it to someone who cares about the work they do...........All they could have done is said we don't specialize in Lexus so you should take it somewhere else......Even though I am sure they will offer to correct but I have give them ample enough time to get it right now its 3 strikes your out my car is going to Lexus and if they really care they can help with repair bill to get my car corrected..........Thanks Scott & Chris for a horrible experience............
