Here we go. I have been How many my oil change for three years. They had an outstanding crew today it s completely completely new people. Two guys apparently you re trying to change your vehicles while the woman that s supposed to be coordinating is hiding in the corner with his cell phone. Completely different vibe not coming back here anymore.The only reason why I came here for y all was because the crew they had was fantastic, professional attentive. Money didn t come easy and I m sure not spending it here with this clown crew.

I rarely give bad reviews on Google but the service I got yesterday was terrible. I went to Car Care Clinic on I-55 on Frontage Rd to get air for my tire. An attendant came out, I asked him was air service here and he said he couldn't hear me. I imagine he couldn't with an blue tooth in his ear so I repeated it and pointed to my tire. Then he said if you need an oil change why are you pointing. I told him again I was pointing to the tire because I told you that I need air in it then he caught on and told me to go to the back. I found this to be unprofessional of him. I don't anyone to lose their job but he needs some work rules training. Poor job people skills, a blue tooth in your ear and you can't understand what the customer is saying wow.

Went to get an simple oil change and the man suggested I get a new filter.. Ok so no problem I did that!! So now tell me why my oil stick is bone dry and oil leaking out cuz they didn t seal the filter.. I just bought this car!! I will not go back for service but they gone fix the problem..

I am grateful that places like this still exist where you can get needed service for a fair price quickly and efficiently. I wish them continued success. I can and will return without reservations. You should to.

I had an oil change at the I-55 location and it was the best experience I ve had with a shop. They were very honest and helpful with all the questions I had. The oil change manager was so polite and the girl at the front desk was amazing! She had such a pleasant voice and kept me updated even though she seemed super busy. She was a great first impression at the shop! I will be back!Services: Brakes, Oil change

Worst customer service ever! The technician & the manager acted as if they didn t want my service from the beginning which was crazy for me to even leave my truck up there. But I dropped my truck off at 7am this morning and nothing was done to my truck until I called them at 4p to check on the status. Then he called me back with a rude nasty unprofessional attitude talking about he couldn t found any issues with my truck and he was not about to spend all day trying to find a issue. I m like sir first off calm your attitude down & secondly I brought my truck to you because obviously something is wrong with it & I thought that s your job to diagnose and fix issues. I ll never use another car care clinic again.Service: Brakes

A simple oil change is all I requested - god No oh God please don t! I almost had engine failure because of the oil was leaking after they forgot to seal up my filter on a practically new vehicle and when I confronted the service manager, and some of the technicians wanted to get an attitude, if you wanna lose your investment go there 1 star and all thumbs and toes down Service: Oil change

I have gotten several oil changes here, as well as mechanic services. They are very professional, friendly, and keep you updated during the repair process. They are also open on Saturdays which is great if your weekdays are busy. As far as oil change, they are one of the faster ones in town. If you are in the area, I highly recommend them.

I ll give this place 0/0 would not recommend this location. I received a coolant flush and the next day my car started running hot. had another facility mechanic take a look and there was NO antifreeze inside my car which was making it run hot the other mechanic fill my coolant container up with water and my car automatically stop running hot. I took my car back to this location in the same mechanic that preformed my coolant flush the first time was there and he took a look and told me it was already filled up .. ( yes with water) he didn t even try to redo the job correctly with antifreeze just told me how my car would ve run hot the same day because he knows he put antifreeze in my car and that it was something else and I paid almost $100 dollars for this services to be done and no one even attempt to correct the problem. And also my car never run hot again after the other mechanic from a different car care put water insideServices: A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Extremely happy with the service I receive here, from simple oil change to other issues that require going under the hood. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and nice! I really appreciated their communication and honesty throughout the process.

Look they are $30 higher than ive ever paid for a oil change with my car. However the lub tech was super nice young guy with dreads and it was extremely quick like probably 9 minutes. I just wish it was little cheaper on the oil changeService: Oil changeService: Oil change

They had me waiting 4 hours to tell me they didnt have all the tools to fix my car that sorry business then talking about they not going to charge me for a diagnostic test but thats what i came for these people dont want to do nothing i had the money but how u not gone charge me for some i dont know about or they did didnt give me no information to show me nothing that photo is from November25,2022 and this photo is from November 26,2022 you can see that they mess my car up in black and white paper

When I first moved to to Jackson many years ago, I used Car Care Clinic on the frontage road of I-55. I brought in many different cars over the years and they were very good at first. I have not used them in the past two years because they are very unprofessional and very expensive for the kind of service you get. I had a fuel pump put in and it was about $900.00. They charged me $20.00 to replace to tail lights that were burnt out. This company must have changed management and the workers they have. Car Care Clinic has been going downhill for the last few years. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and go elsewhere. I'm writing this review today, Thursday, 7/24/2014. It's a shame for a business like this to go downhill so fast.

I only bring my car to Car Care Clinic. They ve been taking care of my vehicles for nearly 20 years. They ve been very trustworthy and have always taken good care of me. David is always friendly and honest when it comes to dealing with my vehicle s repairs. I also like that this is a locally owned business.

Got my car dropped off here from a AAA tow truck. I had no idea what was wrong and they told me it would be two days before they could look at it. They called me back a hour later and told me they looked at it and saw it was a fuse blown and had it up and running and ready for me to pick up. Everybody is so friendly. Care Care Clinic has been one of the best car service places have experience. The speedy service and friendly employees have won me over. The little details such putting caps on my tires, I really appreciated that. My last visit they even vacuum out my car. That really sold me on how they care about their customers. JOB WELL DONE!!!

I went to have an oil change because I was going on a road trip. They said they checked the whole car out and that it was ready for a trip, but the front brakes were completely worn through! I had to stop and have my brakes and rotors replaced because they hadn't checked my car properly. I would never come back here. That should not have happened.

The prices were reasonable, the waiting room was awesome with complimentary coffee and popcorn. The staff was informative, courteous, and thorough. And best of all the wait was short.. also the restrooms were very clean. Overall it was a great experience.

Customer service clerk would not acknowledge me until the oil change was complete. Should have at least spoke and after checking out said. . ."thank you for your business." Smoking her cigarette was the priority of the moment. Cigarette should be put when customer drives up.Grade: C-

My last two visits here have been unbelievable. They really value your time and money, and they take great care of your car. Most recently, they were able to diagnose and fix an electrical problem on our Honda CR-V better than Paul Moak... and cheaper! Can't recommend these fellas enough!EDIT: make that 3 visits now. They diagnosed the cause of this idling problem I was having, fixed the fuel injector and charged me only the cost of the computer analysis. SERIOUSLY, you can't do better than these fellas.TL;DR: Don't waste your time anywhere else - this is the mechanic you were looking for.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If I could give zero stars I would! I called on Tuesday and spoke with Keith about the issues that I was having with my car. He told me that it sounded like it was the transmission so I told him that I would bring it in to HIM on Wednesday. I got there on Wednesday only to be informed by Brandy that he was off that day. Hmmm why didn t he say that when I called? Ok no problem so she writes down what s wrong with my car and takes it to another mechanic. I asked if they would look over the things that I said was wrong AND just look over the entire car in general? She said yes they would. After sitting in the waiting area for almost 3 hours and having two of their mechanics take my car for a test drive Brandy finally came back and said they couldn t detect anything wrong with the transmission. For the other issues that I was having she offered suggestions but couldn t guarantee that it would work. I took my car to Ridgeland Service Center and although it wasn t my transmission they did find out what was wrong with my car and got me taken care of right away. So if you re looking for a great repair shop PLEASE GO TO RIDGELAND SERVICE CENTER!

Tire and automotive. Two separate places in one service. Seating inside if you so choose or you can sit in your car for your oil to be changed. They will show you everything that is wrong or right with you car. Good service.

Staff was very helpful and courteous to this weary traveler, got me a new radiator as soon as they could so I could get home in time for Christmas. Better deal than expected and a AAA discount too.
