Great experience! Charles Aga is one the best salesman in the business. He really cares about his customers and tries to get them the best possible. I bought my daughter in a week ago to get her first financed car. Charles and the team were able to get her a great deal on a 2024 with affordable payments. To see the smile on her face was priceless!!!I've purchased several cars from Charles when he was at another dealership. Every time I showed up he's treated me like family and was always able to get the best deal possible. So of course I followed him to Cannon Nissan to get the same great customer service. Cannon Nissan will now have my business for as long as I'm buying cars

She got my recall completed and the other services as well. I am a new loyal customer thanks to her kindness. I had just lost my aunt that day. I would love if someone reached out. To thank her.

Great experience. Mr. Charles Aga my sales person really went above and beyond. My mom got a car from him then me and my daughter. This is our second car and we will continue to come back. He was very helpful shoes us All the Bells and Whistles on the car. And he asked if we had any questions about the car. I will return. Mr. Charles is the Best.

Yesterday, December 23, 2023 I went to Cannon Nissan for my 1pm appointment to have a break inspection. I ended up needing new brake rotors and pads all around. Not a problem. No issue with the staff at the service desk. The work took about 4 hours and I was given my keys around 4:30 pm. Driving home, I noticed my steering wheel vibrating heavily. When I got home I discovered my front passenger tire was missing 2 bolts to hold the tire on my vehicle. Not only that, the auto technician replaced several of my original lugs with different Nissan style lugs. They are closed today which puts me in a bind over the Christmas holidays to find a repair shop nearby. Very disappointed. Never again.

Brought my vehicle in for an alternator replacement and Gracie was my service advisor. She provided exceptional customer service, was extremely patient and diligent when reaching out to the repair warranty company to get the repair claim fulfilled and was very responsive when returning phone calls and answering questions. She ensured that the entire process was seamless and easy. I can t thank her enough!! She s a great addition to the Cannon Nissan service department.

Yesterday my vehicle stated low tire so I took to the Cannon Nissan on the hill service center and when tell you I had the best SERVICE EVER! Mr Berry and staff were FANTASTIC I've had nothing but excellent service .My sales guy was ricky and he was AWESOME ! The service was so good my son also purchased with hm also. September 2022I needed a car really bad. I prayed. My assistant principal recommended Greg Linzy in August. I tried to do it my way. However, I had to go back and follow God s instructions. I thought I was getting a used car. No ma amIt was a 2023 Toyota XSE from Cannon Toyota in Vicksburg, MS. Starlin Short guided me through the paperwork. I m still in a state of shock. I thank God daily. Little did I know I would be traveling on the road and needed a dependable car three weeks later.We took a picture before dark. This was my first time visiting Cannon Nissan. Jerrell was very welcoming. He informed me on everything that would take place, with the workers servicing my car. He was very informative and just an all around nice guy. I would recommend you all to give him a raise. Often times you don t find good service like that. Let alone a good nice person. Employees are always mean, well from my past experiences. Any who I will definitely be returning again. Jerrell you better live for a long time because I ll be back. Haha. Best Employee In My Book.

I had the best car buying experience in my 33 years of living. Went in late yesterday evening with my 4 year old baby girl to test drive what would be our Rogue. Mr. Charles Aga made me fall in love with this vehicle. He was patient and informative. Today, shortly after lunch time, me and my daughter drove away in our new vehicle but not before he prayed with us. It was surely a blessed and appreciated experience. I m very grateful for him!

We looked at every Nissan dealership in the area and Cannon worked was the only dealership that would with us on the price of the vehicle and auto notes. Charles Aga was the most dedicated salesman we have ever met. Such a gentleman and totally went above expectations. I took my car to Nissan Cannon on 1/30/2024 for a tune-up and a censor change. While there, Raul was my service advisor. I informed him that my car crunk up a little rough, my check engine light was on solid, and the traction light was solid. Raul informed me that they could do a full inspection to ensure they fixed the correct issue. When Raul called, he informed me what was wrong, but never mentioned the rack and pinion being worn or the traction light flashing. So I tell him to fix what I brought the car in for along with a radiator flush, the rest can wait. After fixing those 3 problems, Raul then calls me back and informs me that now my traction light is flashing and he thought the tuneup would fix that, but now the car is not drivable and bucking. He then informs me that they can t take responsibility for this. So we have had to battle them from 1/30 - present day still to have my car fixed from what they broke. The website informs you of steps the techs take on for your vehicle. Their is an inspection step and that step details so much is reviewed for accuracy yet I wasn t informed of my car being worse off then when I brought it in until the final step was completed and it was time for the vehicle to be picked up. We have refused to pick it up daily although they continue to try and send me back with the vehicle being non drivable after their work was completed. Still currently waiting on my vehicle as I write this. PLEASE DO NOT USE CANNON NISSAN OF JACKSON, MS! I am CURRENCTLY (02.07.2024) waiting on my vehicle that was again dropped off 01.30.2024. Mind you today is 2.07.204 and th is is where my car information stands. Pick up date was 2.06.2024 at 6:30, but service hours close at 5:30pm.UPDATE: finally able to pick up my vehicle. I will NEVER recommend nor use their services ever again. I sent my vehicle in for a tune up and a new air fuel ratio censor and ended up needing a new rack & pinion. HOW? Only Nissan knows.Update as of 2.07.2024. My vehicle check engine light is now on and flashing once again, not even a day after I got it back. Spoke with Scott who had the most sarcastic nonchalant responses. I hate this place with a passion. I have no choice, but to take it back because they were the last to fix it. UPDATE: they did a diagnostic after telling me my vehicle would have to wait 45 min to an hour due to working on recalls and not wanting to inconvenience other customers. Mind you, mines was paid for and I ve been battling with them for a week plus. Cylinder 4 was misfiring (Is that not what a tune-up was supposed to fix) how? They fix that taking all day. Mind you we made it there a little after 10am, not leaving until that afternoon.UDATE: 2.09.2024. I now have my traction light on again and will have to return my vehicle to Nissan again. Will update this post as the mess continues to unfold.They are so quick to reply to their negative reviews, but not ONCE did I receive a phone call trying to fix my vehicle issues. I have had to call and fight to be treated fairly, so NO SCOTT doesn t want to speak with me. He and Raul both have been avoiding me so much that visits to the Dealership were required. So the auto reply is crap. I wish this lace could be shut down completely.Never received a call back from Nissan, an Apology or anything of the sort. Most people are excited to have done business with them because they re known to put anyone in any car regardless of you being upside down and more. This dealership is crappy and I loathe that they re allowed to still be open.

The price i was paid was way too high. It took an entire month to get my truck back. I pray i never have to go back to a nissan dealership service department to fix my vehicle because it is way too expensive. I hate the fact that I took it there in the first place. Scott and Gracie are awesome but Nissan is too expensive!!!
