I highly recommend this location. I had a situation and the store manager Kendrell K. Assisted me in helping to resolve my issue. He was straightforward and very responsive each time I had to communicate with him. With his staff support, friendly service, and professional product knowledge I am very pleased and encouraged to share such an experience. I am long time customer and pleased to recognize the management staff and team in such a positive way. Kudos to you all.

I am highly disappointed and upset by my experience. We have purchased many parts from here, especially the last 2 years. I left my battery there to be charged. I went yesterday afternoon to pick it up and have an employee put it back in my vehicle. I was told because they only had 2 people working the front, no one could do it then. I was advised to come back today. Well, when I went in there today. The lady looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if they had someone there to put the battery back in for me. She had an attitude when she told me unless I purchase a NEW battery, they do not help. So ignore the fact that this battery was purchased from them FOUR months ago but unfortunately was purchased under the previous warranty I had so it is no longer under the original warranty. I have spent so much money buying parts and tools from them. I have ALWAYS used Autozone but that changes after today. The manager was standing right there and never said a word when the other employee told us that. Istill have much work left on this vehicle but I will no longer purchsse ANYTHING from Autozone!! You lost a very great customer !! Do not go here!!

I just had an excellent customer experience here. They tested my car battery (which I suspected was going bad), sold me a new one after explaining my options, and installed it for me. All this took about 20 minutes and was much cheaper than a local competitor. Thank you.

Ordered part online. Had to wait for about an hour before being able to watch a misunderstanding between employees that escalated to a shouting match with profanity over "if a customer gets a receipt (paper) when picking up something ordered and paid for online (yes, you do- manager was wrong) and then, when my turn took another 39 minutes to get the relay I ordered. This was ok because the manager, who I asked to do a check engine test, didn't do it correctly, the employee she yelled at, did it perfectly. What an experience. Manager was very unprofessional! Employee that was being screamed at, was correct and knew what he was doing! Good luck guy! Won't be back to this location.

Kendrell King was amazing!! My vehicle just had its brakes replaced and we assume the installer did not put the bolt back into the caliber. Kendrell helped get us back on the road as we had 100 more miles to make it home. Thank you so much!

Finally AutoZone has a NEW (...and convenient to get to from Bentonia especially since they re FINALLY repaving County Line Road between 49 and Tougaloo as I type this!) huge Mississippi Regional Megastore (...what I think the store Manager told me) to replace the Ellis Ave. hub (...that store remains open). New digs, excellent inventory/hours and plenty of help! Big five stars. Congrats and welcome, Folks.

I should have clocked in since I was helping customers and having to find my own parts behind the counter. I ordered parts online and went to pick them up a few hours later after receiving a notification they were ready. I get to the store and the exasperated lady helping me couldn t find my parts. The assistant manager then proceeds to look around for about 40 minutes. I had some time to kill so I helped a few customers looking for parts. Eventually I got tired of waiting and decided to look for myself. I was able to find my parts after a moment of searching. Unfortunately the order was not complete. They could not find another part to complete my order so I had to be refunded and simply told I m sorry, we don t have it. I still needed my part so I asked the assistant manager who was helping me to please look and see if another store had it in stock. Not once was an effort made on the stores part to help me find my parts. If I had not looked I wouldn t have even got the parts they did have. I think I should put in an application as they seem to desperately need management and guidance.

The Whole staff needs to be replaced. They don't have a clue. If you work at autozone I feel u should at least be somewhat mechanically inclined. The other autozones have great staffing. But I-55 frontage road jackson ms lesss than 1 star

My battery was awful had corrosion on it and the associate, Terri and assistant store manager, Austin blew me away! They were able to get my old battery out and installed my new battery! I am a completely satisfied customer will definitely come to this location for all my car needs from now on.

We stopped here after getting a small crack in our windshield while driving to our honeymoon destination. They were incredibly helpful and came out to examine the crack and give us advice on what to use to fix it. Thank you so much!!

Great looking facilities with helpful and knowledgeable staff. My purchase was quick, even a issue over a part's relevancy to my vehicle was resolved when other part stores let walk right out, having the same part all along.

They were very helpful, they honored the warranty on the starter for my '83 Porsche 944 no questions asked (cept to verify my identity). Very Pleased! This was the AutoZone on I55 North Frontage Rd.

Hello, I went in to the store and asked if anyone could change the blown out brake light on my vehicle. YES!, Ms. Chandra to the rescue. She change the bulb in all of 10 minutes. THANK YOU THANK YOU. (sorry if I've misspelled your name) Autozone, she was a great help to me!!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very helpful and can aid in identifying specific parts. Don't complain about them asking 2wd/4wd, you're silly if you don't understand they have to put that info in as they go through. If I could give em 6/5 I would.

Quick to assist, just as fast to check out.. found what bi THOUGHT I needed.. when in discovered it wasn't.. they were even quicker to help me return it and get my money back... which I quickly blew on other tools!
