I was driving back home from New Orleans and all of a sudden my car waned to act up. I just googled the nearest auto repair near me and drive here. Darius was so helpful and honestly made me feel so much better. This place got me back up and rolling to get home safely.

We were driving through Jackson on vacation and our service light came on. It was late so we stopped for the night. We didn't want to get stranded so we contacted the highest star rated mechanic in the area and they said we could come right in for I diagnostic check. (We did contacted another place that was closer to where we stayed but they acted like we were bothering them and said it could take hours and they might not get to us if we weren't there by 7:30) I was a little worried about the location as we were pulling up. The road they are on is ROUGH. We walked in and there was no one in the hall but I stuck my head in the garage area and two guys popped up. They greeted us and asked if we had had any trouble with the car other than the light, and showed us to the waiting room. They set us up with air and Netflix. There was also a water dispenser. They came and checked on us once to let us know that the test was being run. About 20 minutes later one of the men came to tell us what was going on and showed us the computer readout. Everything was cleared up and we now have peace of mind that we can enjoy the rest of our trip. Also I got a look at some of the work they did on car interior and it looked amazing.

We were on a trip and passing through Jackson. We were having trouble with our brakes. We got there early Monday morning and they took it in and fixed it right away. Very reasonable too! Great guys! I contacted Drew to diagnose an engine noise but the starter went bad before I could get to the shop. The tech had to replace the starter before testing the motor. This was done quickly and at the low end of the estimate. The engine noise was not easily identified and Drew was upfront with me in that he didn't want to throw parts and money at the issue without being sure what the problem is. He recommended an exhaust repair place to get their opinion and eliminate that as the problem.Honest and upfront regarding what to do I would bring my truck back here again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We highly recommend the staff of Automotive Group for their kindness, professionalism, and incredible work. We recently had a brake emergency an hour before the shop closed on a Friday. The men ordered new brake pads, stayed overtime to fix our car, and gave us a tour of the shop, where they do incredible interior and exterior work on beautiful automobiles. Every single person I met with was phenomenal and the customer service was top notch from my first phone call to the final billing conversation. Truly a dream to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. They've gained a loyal customer for sure!

We were driving through Jackson on our way home from spring break and needed urgent help with our car battery. Drew was very helpful on the phone providing directions and assurance that they could look at it right away. Rico was extremely knowledgeable and able to fix the issue promptly. These guys were a life-saver, and provided professional and courteous service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto repair service!

When I see a clean auto shop it tells me the mechanics/technicians are serious about about their jobs. Even the men's room was spotless, above all their mechanical expertise was very good! They repaired my car quickly and at a fair price. If you're looking for a good mechanic, look no further !

I m so grateful Google led me to this shop! The guys here will not upsell you anything you don t need and are honest with you about that from the jump. I came in and they looked at my car for no charge. I thought it was something major but come to find out it was just a belt that needed replacing. I m not from the area so it was really nice to find honest people that genuinely care about your car and driving safety.. and your wallet! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

My son was looking for someone to do repairs on a 2005 Volvo SUV that needed air conditioning, oil leak, suspension work and he was referred to the mechanic Rico. Tell me isn't God's guidance better than GPS and give Him some praise for this business. Estimate s and turn-around time can't be beat. The owner is a very fine man too. Gotta check them out.

These guys are extremely humble down to earth human beings. Locally owned. Their prices are extremely fair and they catered to my Jaguar XF with precision.. These guys will be the only people that touch her going forward..
