I was struggling to find a mechanic who worked on European vehicles. I stumbled across this shop during a low point of struggle. One call to Gary and he told me to bring it in and he ll look at it. The problem was diagnosed within 24hrs. Gary communicated with me to let me know the progress as they were working on my vehicle l( this is major because it s something you don t normally get). Very professional. Very understanding. Very affordable! Stop in and give these guys your business they deserve it! Definitely will be my number one shop from now on

Over price will take advantage of you if you allow them Took my car here for a gear shift replacement. Unbeknown to me there was a $109 diagnostic fee. I was unaware about the fee. I did not want a diagnostic, I already knew what was wrong with my car.So, he completed the diagnostic and told me about several repairs I needed. The total was $1,400. I asked how much for only the gear shift replacement, he stated $451 which included the diagnostic cost.I paid the $109 for the diagnostic and had my car repair at the Buick dealership in Jackson.There was no diagnostic charge. It was only $240 taxes included.I don t understand why some car mechanics try to get over on you sad

Took my car there for oil leak and they told me I needed a water pump, breaks and rotors. Car was supposed to be ready in two days but didn t get it back until after 2 weeks. Poor communication and given run around. After two weeks of getting my car back my motor is locked. Mind you the car has never ran hot at all prior to taking it to them

They installed an alternator that failed in two weeks. They agreed to have the car towed to their location from Firestone, but they have not communicated anything since except that if it is not the alternator I would owe for tow and repair. How would I know what they found?

I ve had really bad experiences at places like this over the course of my life so, I usually would do my car repairs myself. Being tied up at work all the time and dealing with other everyday issues leaves no time for me to complete these tasks so I reached out to Auto One. I m giving these guys a 5 star cause I ve been a satisfied customer 3 times over the last 5 years. These guys works fast and are dependable, each time my vehicle was ready to go the next day with no problems. Will not go back, got oil change which I'm sure oil filter by air box was not changed. Window left rolled down, express concern because I had to go to work was told" should have told somebody, we going to lunch" . Never will I ever support a black owned anything. Had to pay somebody to fix window and taking to mechanic to see if oil change was done properly. Thanks, that's how you treat vets on veterans day.

While on a road trip we heard a funny noise worth the car and stopped for the night. This place was one of the few auto shops open on a Saturday and when we called the guy was super nice and checked to make sure he would have the potential car parts before we showed up. Came in, did the diagnostics and turned out to be a much simpler fix. The service was excellent, the staff friendly and honest and would highly recommend it! Thanks Randall!

I stopped by to get my air checked in my tires. But good God I was not ready for the price. It was $8 dollars! $2 dollars per tire! I have never heard of such a thing. Any where else around charges absolutely nothing to check air. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! They don t ever have to worry about me as a customer! I really wish I could give then no stars.

Car was cutting off, a number of mechanics stated it was bad fuel pump. Bought 595 dollar fuel pump and asked them to put it on. Stated they would need to do a test that cost 101 dollars. Held car for 5 days. Stated there was nothing wrong with the car. 3 days later same problem. Said I would have to pay another 101 for them to just look at it again.

Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful staff! They looked up the part I thought I needed before I even arrived, and then were not only honest enough but excited to tell me that the repair I needed was actually much cheaper than anticipated. Wonderful customer service, highly recommend.

Drove my 2001 Jeep Wrangler from Atlanta to Auto One with no A/C in July. Once accessed the technician knew exactly what was wrong and I had my jeep back in 24hrs with the A/C working perfectly which made a pleasant ride back to Atlanta. A1 ServiceThank you for your review!

My car was stolen. I had to get On-Star to locate and disable it. The owner at auto one refused to have the damage done to my rear bumper fixed after keeping my car for 3 months. I had to sue him . Never go there, he has the spirit of mammon.

WENT TO GET A HEATER COR THEY SAID MY CAR WOULD BE READY THURSDAY I HAD TO GET A RENTAL MIND YOU IM PAYING 991 for the SERVICE THEY NEVER EVEN CALL ME TO TELL ME ANYTHING I HAD TO CALL THEM They didn t get the right part no communication! Days later still nothing now everything going bad on the car THAT WAS NOT MESSED UP BEFORE BAD COMMUNICATION UNPROFESSIONAL POOR QUALITY DO NOT GO THERE

Took 5 days to misdiagnose and another couple days to swap parts for misdiagnosis. Wasn't long before my truck was back in the shop (a different shop) for the same problem.
