Anglin is a good company but Timmy is costing them money because he is entirely too old to be productive in a fast paced setting. I sat in the lobby for 20 minutes with no other customers being assisted waiting on him to give me service to vehicle, he s very nonchalant and doesn t seem to have any sense of urgency.

This was my second visit in years, but for some reason, my husband's had really high expectations of Anglin and wouldn't use any other company in Jackson. as I found myself needing auto care, I remember them. The serviceman was polite and took care of my car and gave great advice about what was missing that I was not a where. Must say A+SERVICE. The price was reasonable, and the timing was good to get the job done.

I paid $300+ for a service at this establishment that resulted in me having to spend an additional $300+ at a different auto repair shop because this establishment FAILED to put it on correctly (it was my front axel). Be aware and avoid this place at all costs.

I had a leaky valve stem on a tire and took my car in to have it fixed. Dex provided amazing service! I cannot overstate how professional and efficient he was. They appeared to be busy and for good reason. Quality service from good people. Don't even think about going anywhere else! These are your guys.

I went to ask about the patch of a commercial tire outside. They said we don t know until we check it. They started the job. And they don t want to tell me the cost of the repairs. Any way. They patch a nail in tire for $88. If I went to TA or Loves they charge $45. The 2nd star for the fast service.

The service is professional as always. The manager, Timmy is awesome! He really cares for his customers and maintaining a good reputation. I've visited four times so far & the wait time is not too long. The price for services has been reasonable so far. This will be my place to go. I can always feel comfortable putting my car in their hands. Very trustworthy - Hands down!

I hate to do this to a place I ve visited for years. However, after finding a noise in my front end after an alignment, i crawled under truck to find that my left tie rod jamb nut was loose. This was an accident I understand. If the tie rod would ve broken it couldn t been a been a very bad accident. Secondly, I went in and got some tires installed a couple weeks ago. I got all the whole home afterwards to find that two tires were installed backwards. This is not acceptable for a reputable shop. I will not be returning. It seems they ve lost their touch, or they just hire anyone to work there.

So Timmie Wiley was awesome in assisting us with the replacement of our tire. We called around, no one else even had our tire in stock what a relief that his shop did. The service was fast, the shop was friendly, cool, and comfortable. Although we are from Tx and didn't know him personally based on his conversation with customers you could tell he was respected and well like. I would recommend everyone go to this shop for fast and fairly priced service thanks again

Honest people, great prices, timely service. Highly recommend for all your auto needs! I have been to a few other shops in Jackson when my car needs to be fixed, but this consistently has the best care.

I called the Anglins Tire first to ask if an appointment was needed for service and was told first come first served and after I said "thank you" the gentleman said "we're not busy today", so I immediately went to Anglins Tire and within an hour or better my tire was repaired. The customer service both on the phone and in the office was amazing. My father before he passed used and recommended myself and my brothers use this business and with the services our family has received over the years I am proud to give this recommendation for Anglin Tire Company.

I called prior to going by. I was told my bent rim could be straightened out and that it would cost between $45 & $90. When I arrived I was told by the black guy it could not be done, even before an examination of the rim. Despite my efforts to get him to look closer or to get a second opinion he argued and began to embarrass me in front of other customers. I left, called Mid South, about a mile away. With three solid hits with the hammer, approximately twenty minutes later, I was on the road again. They did not charge for it. But I gave a $20 tip, since I was prepared to pay up to $90. Can't make excuses and money at the same time. As a service provider you have to determine which one you are willing to give up. Money, or Excuses?

I went in at 7:43 am for a front end alignment. I asked how long would it take. I was told, it wouldn't be long because I came at a great time and they didn't have anything else. While waiting, I asked them to price 2 tires for me. After about an hour and a half, I asked for an update on my vehicle and was told they were about to get started on it. Mind you, I had sat patiently for an hour and a half. Come to find out, they had taken my tires off and that's it no alignment was done. No new tires were put on or anything. I was too mad. I was there from 7:43 until after 9 and nothing was done to my vehicle .

Customer service Cool but I went in for a alignment after getting new tied rods as soon as I left my truck was all over the road I hated it so much I went somewhere else to get it fix waste of $88

I've been a customer of Anglin Tire Company for around 20 years but a few months ago I went by to get a tire sensor replaced and have my tires balanced. The technician (tire installer) failed to remove the old balance weights from the rim first before trying to balance the tires and instead STACKED more weights on top of old weights causing the tires to wobble even more then they told me I had bad tires even though I had just purchased the tires from a reputable online dealer and Anglin sold the exact same brand of tires for a higher price. As a business Anglin has been very good in past years, but their technicians need some training or retraining and close supervision if they expect to keep their customers. Unfortunately they probably just lost me as a customer because I can't trust their technicians to do things the right way for my money and my safety!

Please do nott use this place.took my truck there today to get a alignment. They quoted a price of 99.00.They took my truck to the back and 30 mins later ' The co owner came and said that the mechanic had broken the caster bolt and it would cost an additional 150.00.i asked why didn't he use lubricant spray before trying to take it off, he lied and said he did.Only to find out that when I went to the back to see it, the bolt was completely dry.Trying not to take responsibility for their mechanic incompetence. Making a bunch of excuses. Instead of identifying a potential problem and asking me if I wanted to proceed with the alignment, he broke the bolt and tried to charge me extra.please do not use this place. Read other reviews and you will see.

They fixed my nail in one of my tires when no one else would! Very quick and affordable too, only took half an hour to do so; if you ever experience a nail in one of your tires, I personally recommend them!

They special ordered my tire, it took a few days to come in but I was in and out in about 30 minutes. No complaints.

Every time I go I don't worry about the safety of my vehicle. I know when I leave there, the work will be 100 percent complete. Customer service is amazing there.

Super place! We were at fairgrounds and out horse trailervhad a flat. They had me fixed up very quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
