I m warning you people do not go here the car is a lemon bass business shade tree mechanic bought the car from now my car last four months my valve covers was bad I had metal inside my wall. Please do not go. Select auto is better than them

HORRIBLE!!!! Do not spend your money here!!! Had to replace my key literally 2 weeks after purchasing my car & they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for my inconvenience!! The least you can do before selling a car is make sure the key works!! I would not recommend anyone to do business w/ them!!

It started off with the guy opening the door for me which was very sweet. Miss Amanda and Mr. Chapman made my visit such a wonderful experience. Everything was quick and easy. They let me test drive a coupe vehicles and gave me great options. I was very pleased and would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car at a great price.

I had a flat tire on the interstate and they were quick to meet me at the door and asked if me and my coworker needed help and I asked for a four way lug wrench and they let me borrow one if it wasn t for this great company and employees of this company I would have been late for work but they saved the day.. if I ever need to buy a car it will be from here because of the great hospitality and caring Demeanor these great people have. # FaithinHumanity

Mr.Sam and Mr.Chapman was very nice and helpful gentleman. I got the car I wanted with a good down payment. I am really enjoying my car and would recommend anyone to go see them to buy a car. I felt very welcome for the time I walked in until I left with my car. So go check out Mr.Sam and Mr.Chapman. Very nice gentleman. And you will leave happy.

The vehicle was great and gave me no problems for the 3 years I had the vehicle. But it wasn't explained that the vehicle was a lease. You lease the vehicle for 4 yrs and 4 months. Once you pay your last lease payment you will get the option to buy. If you can't pay the full amount then you're just out of luck. I can't blame the company because I should have read the agreement thoroughly before signing. PLEASE READ THE AGREEMENT. And if you decide not to keep the vehicle they tell you that you are still responsible for the balance left for the 4 yrs and 4 months. The representative stated they will garnish the payment from your employer or federal taxes. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to AMERICAN CAR CENTER. Yes it's easy to get approved and didn't take long with the paperwork but please make sure you ask questions and get a clear understanding before signing anything. Of course the salesman is not going to tell you all of this because they're just doing their jobs.

American Car Center is the biggest joke of a dealership. I ve had nothing but issues with them and the car! They sell, no excuse me LEASE vehicles WITHOUT disclosing said info for one thing, don t want to fix problems with the cars they sell. They take advantage of good hard-working people that have gotten themselves in a mess with their credit and are trying to get back on their feet and get things back on the right track. They advertise that the vehicle is under warranty and then when it s time to fix something that s under the warranty they ignore your calls and will not call you back. Oh but the finance Dept will call wanting their payment without fail. I will NEVER buy another car from them and I will tell everyone that s considering it DO NOT PURCHASE (lease) ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. Also I would like to add the newest BS they have done. Palmer is the manager of this fine establishment . My husband finally gets this rude man on the phone after many calls there and many messages left. My husband who s clearly as aggravated and fed up with this place as I am proceeds to tell Palmer how he feels about being ignored and not having his calls returned. Palmer who obviously can t take the truth being told to him HUNG UP THE PHONE ON MY HUSBAND IN MID SENTENCE. I ve NEVER had such a horrible experience with a dealership or manager of said dealership. I own my own business and would NEVER hang up on a client no matter what they are saying to me. It s bad business and extremely unprofessional. What I find hilarious is that when I post a review online I get a response from management saying they would like to discuss my issues at my convenience. No longer needed I solved the problem since they wouldn t. I took my business elsewhere which is exactly what I told them I would do if they wouldn t do something. Do not I repeat do not buy a car from these rude unprofessional people.

Well I got a car from them paid it off early bought it pay it off in the first week of April I have not received my title the lease was up in August of last year I sign the paperwork to buy the they gave me 2 years but I paid it off early the people who finance they cars said they just sent request for the title on May. The 12th and yet it is July I sti)l don't have my car title

As an identity theft victim, it's been almost impossible to get financed for a car. I stopped in half expecting the same answer as before, and for the first time in my buying experience, I was treated like a customer, not someone a salesman didn't want to deal with. With a small down payment, I was approved within an hour, and for a car I can be proud of.Everyone from my salesman to the finance dept made this an experience I'll point people towards for a long time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! They sold my fiance a vehicle with a bad motor that went out in less than two months. When you try to contact the warranty department they never answer the phone or return calls when you leave a message. If you have an question or concern regarding your vehicle, they are very rude and unprofessional (unless you are calling to make a payment), especially the sales reps (i.e. Sam at the Jackson location and agents over the phone). They do not properly inspect their vehicles and do not want to hold up to their end of the warranty. Worst place to get a vehicle you do better purchasing a vehicle on the side of the road because that's where you will end up doing business with them. If I could give them no stars or negative stars I would. If you don't have the approval rating at conventional dealerships go anywhere else, hell try Drive Time.

Be sure to take a crystal ball to see into the future, if not you're in for a rude awakening! Was getting paid bimonthly at time of purchase. Because I didn't know I would get a new job a year later paying monthly, they harassed me every two weeks. When I explained that I no longer get paid bimonthly, I was told "you signed that you got paid bimonthly and that's what we have to hold you to." Again I explained that I have a new job that pays once a month! They were not hearing it!!!!!!! Almost done paying now it quit on me ON the train tracks but they will help me with a "side loan" if need be. No thanks, I want to keep my side. You've already taken an arm and leg!

You're not financing car to buy like at an actual dealership. You are leasing the car until the full car payments are made(19,*** whatever car cost) and then if u decide to buy you still have to cough up thousands more to officially buy the car. They hound you after one late payment and tackle on late fees(which adds up to a damn car note in itself). Be Careful and read paperwork. FYI.

Worst place ever to do business with. My friends car broke down after only having it for two months and when she calls for help and to follow up it s the run around. Why has it been a week with no information on the car? But believe they want that payment through.

Don't ever & I do mean ever buy anything from here. I was happy at 1st until I got hurt on my job & had to miss two weeks from work, I haven't ever missed a payment in 3yrs so I thought that I'll be good I called them to get on their hardship program that they say they have. Only to be told that I need to make a payment or they would cut my car off & that's exactly what they did so after that I went to go trade the dam thing in, now here's where the fun begins after I called & got the pay off & had my new truck from another dealership they added another 4000.00 to my car

This is NOT the place to go if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!! These are the MOST unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Very very rude and do not care to hear anything you have to say or answer any questions!! Do not go here!! What a rip off!! You end up paying WAY over the value of the vehicle!!! then once you make all the payments you still have to "buy" the vehicle!!!!!

I am so glad that we have a dealership like American Car Center in Jackson. After being turned away at every other dealership in town, I thought I would never be able to find me a dependable ride and rebuild my credit all at the same time. Luckily, I decided to go to American Car Center after seeing one of their commercials on TV. I was able to get a vehicle that came with a warranty and free oil changes. Now I'm able to get back and forth to work and take care of my family. Since they report to the credit bureau, I'm also rebuilding my credit at the same time. Thank you once again guys down at American Car Center!

Never have I had a bad experience like this. I purshase a car and only had it 14 days total due to it being in the shop. I paid my first car note. And when it was time for the second one I still had no car. Chapman drove to get me another car after about 2 weeks of complaints of me not having a car. Once they got me a new car. They asked for the second payment. When I didnt even have a car. And on top of that I had already brought a $400 tag. Which with the new car I would have to repurchase a new tag. And on top of that with no car I lost my job. I would never advise anyone to get a car from here.... EVER

When you are done paying for your vehicle they still add a extra 4,000 to you before you actually own the car. You think you rent to own but you are only leasing. If you wanted to trade that vehicle in for another one your payments start over. It's just misleading, because they don't tell you upfront, but it do be in your paperwork. Read EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DOTTED LINE

Place does not sell you a car. You pay more for 2014 nissan a month than a Range Rover. Plus, you car is not yours when you pay 100 payments. You have option to buy if you pay 3k more. They say that they are a program for you to increase credit score. They pray on the poor people's ignorance to take advantage of poor people. They will take your car as soon as you miss a payment and still make you pay full amount you owe while they put your car back in circulation to release. They will never say the word lease to you in person. Should be prosecuted for fraud

So far everyone has been as pleasant as can be... If I have questions they are answered within minutes... I have only had my car for about three weeks now and not a single person was rude to my husband or myself.... Love this car dealership

Mr Chapman is one of the nicest people you will EVER come across. This includes professionally AND personally. I will admit he does have a weak spot...he goes out of his way to treat those he interacts to with like family. I have been dealing with him for over 30 years and have as of yet to walk away from a d deal feeling like I came up on the bad side of a deal. Stop by and get to know him...you'll be very glad you did

I regret buying a car from there within my first two months of having the car it cut off on me multiple times they checked it and couldn t figure out what was wrong and sent it to Chevy. Chevy fixed the issue for like 4 months now my car back to doing the same thing. As well my case manager Katherine was rude and so unprofessional we had several words now i have a new case manager but i will never in a million years buy another car from them. I would rather walk instead.

American Car is a horrible car place! I will not advise anyone to go there to get a car the customer service at the call center is a joke I thought it was ran by a circus! I have a account manager name Katherine Boyd she talks to me like I am one of her hood friends.... I have tried to speak with serval supervisors and managers about her poor customer skills I have told them to pull my calls with her serval times no one have acknowledge to honor my request, they act as if Katherine Boyd is doing a amazing job! Customer Service is not important to this company but they want your business something needs to be done!I hope corporate or someone will reach out to me in regard to this issue, if not I will contact the Better Business Bureau I had to give the review one star rating to make the post, if I could give it a negative star I would!

I went in and spoke with a man named Quentin and he took very good care of me . I shared with him my situation about being car less and he said oh we gone get you in something today. At first I just thought he was just talking but guess what? I left out in a 2017 car. Go see Quentin I promise he will get you approved
